I live on the island of Maui and I ordered a T_shirt on line ,not surprise my order never made it , that's a long way to go London to Maui. I emailed customer service letting them know my order never made it. After looking into it they confirmed it and I had a choice to get a refund or they could process the order again. I really want the T-shirt , so it's on its way with priority shipping no extra charge to me!

Amazing customer service.
I needed a T shirt in a hurry for my son. I placed the order on Tuesday night, then messaged to ask if I could have the T-shirt by Thursday as he needed to wear it on Friday. I got a lovely message back saying they had sent it urgent, tracked and it would reach me by Thursday, which it did!

Brilliant service, item went missing, Post Office at fault. Teemill replaced item and we had it delivered by special delivery the day after informing them we hadn't recieved the item. We will use this company again, great customer service.
