I have shopped with Tent world before at the Toowoomba shop where i bought a couple of Pilbra Sleeping bags which were so good friends also bought some.This latest Purchase of the Emperor Aus-track chair was online and was so easy and dilivery was very quick And such a great product. No outlets where i live so shopping online is the way to go.

We were in a store and bought one chair. We were going to wait until that store had more stock but found on line the same chair we can order. A good experience with ease of ordering and super fast delivery. I would definitely consider on line ordering again. Especially with the free delivery. Made it so easy. Thank you Tentworld.

The people at Tentworld were a pleasure to deal with. Firstly they responded to my query with regard to the dimensions of the cast iron kettle, which I then went on to buy, and secondly they then despatched the same with great alacrity and well packaged. The kettle is also very stylish and well suited to the top of a wood fire with a radiant top. Many thanks once again.

Just letting you know that your ad for this swag says "2 year warranty" whereas when it came it says "3 year warranty".
I think you should change the ad to reflect this as I was seriously considering buying it from another company that gave the longer warranty!

The lamp I ordered was reasonably priced, and it arrived safely and quickly. Further, it's exactly right for my needs. However, I was disappointed that it came wrapped in several layers of non-recyclable plastic, which is more than a little ironic when your company is all about enjoying natural environments. There won't be much to enjoy if we don't eliminate plastic waste, obviously.
Please review your packaging materials as a matter of priority - it's easy to find recyclable and compostable plastics, if you must use plastic for shipping. Even if it increases retail prices slightly, I'm sure many of us would be willing to pay a little extra for the environmental protection afforded by responsible packaging materials.

Wow. I didn’t even know tentworld existed. Only that I googled a blue hose for my camper and tentworld was cheapest. Went there today and I was blown away with the store and how many products you have. And the prices are soo much cheaper. I ended up buying more than just my blue hose. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I’ll be back and won’t be going back to my usual shop which is your competitor. Your prices are amazing

I was slightly disappointed that some items were not available online and could only be purchased instore. This actually meant I spent less because I couldn't get everything I wanted online. Otherwise, it was quite good. The website is easy to use, fast and easy payment. Delivery was quick and I had my purchase safely and well packaged.

Young Grandson (9) overjoyed with his real 'adult' hiking/orienteering compass. He will be encouraging his father, mother, older sister to orienteer. Now to locate hard copy orienteering topographical maps.
Delivery: took quite a few more weeks to arrive than anticipated.
Packaging: excellent. Tracking: many advices via email.

Purchased Coleman Aluminium Utility Deluxe table and two Oztent King Kokoda chairs. Order placed Friday night 10 Jun 22 and delivered in Brisbane early Tuesday morning on 14 Jun 22 - surprisingly fast delivery. Products were correct and well packaged with no damage. Courier followed delivery instructions. All in all a very satisfying experience - could not have asked for better.

I misread the closing time seeing with 3 minutes before time. I wanted to buy a sleeping bag. I would have quite happily accepted the ‘sorry mate we’re closing’, as it was my mistake to arrive at that time. But no they took me to where the sleeping bags were and allowed me time to choose and buy. Very happy & will go there to buy camping goods again (Fyshwick store Canberra). Thanks guys.

Everything was very good (price, availability, speed etc) except that they used Couriers Please for delivery, and there were big problems with my delivery. It was taken to the wrong address, and I only found my parcel by chance at another house on my street. The cheapest courier service is not necessarily the best idea to match the rest of your service.

The products were delivered in great condition and quicker than I expected. They arrived within the week. I would happily order from Tentworld again. I would like to suggest if possible to see the freshness of packaged foods at the time of ordering. The 'use by date' on the camp dinners is important to me and I was unable to see it at the time of order. I was happy to receive items with a long 'use by date' which was a relief. Happy shopper.

I ordered a fire pit online for my husband's birthday and the grate was delivered but the firepit wasn't. I contacted Tentworld a week later and I was so impressed that the person I spoke to went to a great deal of trouble to find out what had happened. Two days after the phone conversation, the fire pit was delivered. It was an excellent service and I would not hesitate to purchase products from Tentworld in the future.

Purchased led lenser hr7 signature which arrived quickly but it was faulty. I spoke with the team and organised the package ti be sent back for further inspection/repair but unfortunately had to fork out the return fee even after being told i wouldnt need to pay anything.
Other than that the team was quick to respond and helpful.
Fingers crossed I get the headlamp in tip top condition!

Placed order on May 10, and have had no update other than it has been dispatched.
No estimated delivery either, don’t mind if it will take a while but going almost three weeks with no updates is not great.
Have tracked the items with the delivery service, and the only update there is that they have received the items, no other information.

Been out in a tent I got and hand leaked wind blew through for roughly 3 weeks interesting experience traveled a bit on low budget anyhow I purchased an rv4 from tentworld amazing followed instructions rained all night not adrop inside fault less even had control of the amount of air flow best sleep I've had and the Goanna stretcher faultless the whole tent is so well designed one happy camper and the light with blackout also oztrail perfect thanks tentworld for making my life a bit easier thankyou

I am a long term customer but was disappointed in my last purchase, I bought a stove, happy enough to take the one in the damaged box as the young man had a quick look at it, when i got home the stove was damaged, like it had been dropped, fins and top plate were bent, upon returning it, the gentleman that served me seems angry and questioned me like i had damaged it, that's how I felt anyway, I said to him that I had not dropped it as i would not do this to this company/owner as I had been coming to them for years, they exchanged it for the other one on the shelf, it also had a slight bend in the top plate, but was able to be bent back straight, the younger gentleman who seemed in charge that day(a Sunday)said twice that Coleman were a rough product. I just went home feeling unbelieved by the store.

Excellent quality with the oz trail camp cupboard. Better than expected and delivery was great too. I have found one courier is excellent however the Toll courier was lacking terrible. All phone conversations were extremely friendly. Down to earth. And the info I needed on a product was provided in a knowledgeable manner with a great attitude as well. Wonderful indeed.

Tentworld are extremely inflexible with their delivery arrangements. They verbally promise that goods can be delivered within a certain timeframe, and then when this isn't actioned, they then abandon all care and wash their hands of the transaction. I am extremely disappointed in this company. I have no goods and Tentworld doesn't care. Big company equals very poor service.

I cannot express my absolute pleasure and gratitude enough for the service I have received from Tentworld. I had a manufacturing issue with a purchased item and the staff at Tentworld made the replacement or refund offer with the utmost ease. I chose replacement and had my new perfectly working item with no stress or frustration.
