I called blue space when trying to put my tap order together to query the freight cost. I spoke to Melanie who was fantastic and she came back to me very promptly to sort out my order. I have had further communication with regard to my order shipment and look forward to receiving it.

The ordering process, updates on manufacture and delivery and exceptional customer service when we had a concern about the bench on our vanity have all made our experience with The Blue Space one of the best from our whole renovation. Will definitely be recommending The Blue Space to others and using them again ourselves!

Easy to order online with extra quick delivery. Price was great. I have not used the Caroma Coolibah Classic Cross Laundry Tap Set Chrome as yet so am unable to comment on that aspect. Packaging was good however. Would order again from this company.

The Blue Space staff has been absolutely wonderful in assisting me with getting the right products for my bathroom renovation. Nothing was too much trouble for Melanie, whom I mostly dealt with and who provided excellent advice and checked each item for full information to ensure I got exactly what I needed (and made sure they complemented each other). The other staff I spoke to were also lovely and helpful. Although I have yet to receive my products (I will do another review when that happens), at this stage I cannot fault The Blue Space staff for their attention to detail, interest, price and also turn around time. I would highly recommend them on the basis of customer service and look forward to recommending them on the basis of quality of the products as well once I have received them.

The heated towel rails are exactly as described, but the service and delivery were excellent. I knew what was going on and they were delivered into regional VIC within a week of the order being placed. Excellent work

We are renovating one of our bathrooms and we’ve been delighted with the assistance provided by very helpful staff. Today we received an early morning delivery of our Caroma 1700 Cupid freestanding bath. Regrettably, the delivery driver left the packaged bath at out front door by standing it on one end causing scratches to the end rim of the bath. After proving photos on the damage to the The Blue Space Support Team, it took very little time before we received confirmation of a new replacement bath to be shipped. No fuss … easy to deal with … a great value service. We’ll be happy dealing with these guys again in the future. Highly recommended.

Very good. The product ordered arrived as per specs on website and in good condition. The actual delivery date was late by a week but that is ok as Blue Space did send an email to advise of the delay - thank you for the consideration.

For starters, it was great to see an actual customer service person with a smile and happy to assist.
Secondly having stock on hand ready to be shipped out ticked all the right boxes.
I'll certainly be be dealing with this company in the near future, highly recommended.

My experience with The Blue Space was absolutely brillant. Website is the best, making the process of selecting all my products for my powder room so simple. This company has terrific stock levels & delivery was prompt. I will only ever go through The Blue Space when I do my ensuite renovation. Very professional with a fantastic range of products. Great range of products. I bought a black Dorf mixer tap to replace my existing mixer. I was looking for something specific as I had a height restriction. The information on the website provided all the information I needed to make the selection and then the purchase process was quick and easy

Great product range, quality products, decent prices, prompt customer support.
Delivery was a bit haphazard though: was not told to expect delivery on the day - the driver just rocked up out of the blue. What if I wasn't at home? Would he have just left the (fairly valuable) stuff outside my door?

Easy online ordering process ,and a great vanity/ basin set up.. Was expecting notification prior to delivery though but received none. Was just pure chance I had not yet reversed out of driveway as truck pulled up!

Really great service and competitive prices. Ready to ship items came within 48h. Customer support was REALLY good, fast and helpful. I got fast feedback on the availability of specific items. In one case where a defect in goods was found, the team organized a rapid replacement without argument. I would strongly recommend Blue Space to anyone.
