The CE Shop

I have taken 5 courses with the CE Shop. 4 of them I didn't have too much trouble with. One of the courses I didn't pass after putting in over twice the amount of hours as what it was supposed to. It seemed like all of the multi choice answers were so closely related I could not get enough correct answers.

The CE shop is my go to for my continue ed classes. The website is very easy to navigate through and comprehend. I love the way each chapter is broken down into key points and then there is a quiz at the end that you take. The system will allow you to take the quiz more than once to make sure you comprehend. Thank you CE shop you are my #1 Choice for all my education courses. I highly recommend The CE Shop. Only negative is They need to make clear. Classes purchased expire in a year. I purchased a 36 hr package. Indiana requirement is 12 hours per year. I had to pay $100 thus year to finish the 24 hours I originally purchased. Courses are excellent. I really learned a lot.

Course extremely intense with material that takes more than the 3 hour advertised. Course designed for brand new real estate applicants who don’t have any knowledge or experience in real estate; not designed for agents who are renewing their real estate license

After 10 yrs of working with this company and recent knowledge of how unhappy I can't fathom they are asking for a review. I had reached out to them regarding a zoom class 30 mins prior to the class starting because I had an issue logging on. . The young woman was not helpful in the least. and neither was the CE Shop. Then she told me I was not entitled to a credit after the class started and I still couldn't access it (never hanging up the phone with her the entire time When I emailed customer service regarding the no-credit issue, they didn't respond to my email. Finally when I posted a negative review elsewhere, describing what happened CE Shop commented on my review in a very insulting manner. They offered me a discount (no refund) on my next course. I had already found another company that not only offered better content, but better service. I have been an agent for over 20 yrs and you can be sure I will never give a good review and steer my contacts to another company

My only comment, not intended to be negative, but, rather an issue of preference. I would much rather have the option of choosing how I would like to approach exams. I found the Zoom experience somewhat distracting. The Mandatory Understanding and Preventing Racial Bias in Real Estate was only offered as a "must take on line" and it was more expensive than taking a course on my own. I did not like the fact that virtual was the only option for me. And $25/course vs $49/virtual course factors in as well.

Everything went fine until I submitted my class start and end dates from printed certificates. #6314-1022 was missing start date, seemed to be temporary very. My application was returned. Bummer.
Also noted chat feature is down today.
Disappointed.

I've taken many courses at the CE Shop and have been very satisfied. This last class I took was the most frustrating class I've ever taken. The questions for the tests were not the best and I thought were made to be confusing. I do appreciate the fact that I can satisfy my CE requirements for another state. This last 4-hour course seemed way too long for a 4 hour credit. I had to retake one section test 3 times before I could pass it and still didn't really learn anything. It took me over 5 hours to complete and other than the missed unit test I felt I was reading normally.

I liked the fact that they gave summary notes after each section! Very Helpful when taking the exam. I also liked having less information on each page. Other courses seems overwhelming when each page is full!
the Quizzes are also helpful. Also, I appreciated seeing the exam results!!!

I believe this year is the third time I have used The CE Shop for my continuing education as with the convenience of take the class and exam when it fits my busy schedule has not only made my live easier it also saves me a lot of time and trouble of having to travel a great distance to take the courses and having to block out that time for my normal appointments of doing my business which is paramount to being successful. Like the variety of courses offered. Had purchased a course and at a later date decided I wanted to take some other courses. No problem with canceling the initial course and receiving a credit for future classes. This was not my first year with the CE shop. They also have a HELPLINE:, well staffed and readily available to answer any questions one might have. I Have never been disappointed and would highly recommend using the CE shop.

The best online schooling money can buy. It beats sitting in a classroom listening to lies and war stories about the one that got away or some office manager trying to get you to go work for them because they are better. LMBAO..... Frankly, I learn more in this schooling than in any classroom instruction I ever had.
do it when and how you want. I get aggravated at Virginia for putting time limits on the classes, but that is not the schools fault, That is Va.

I love CE Shop. The courses are well-organized and the online delivery is smooth. I can log out, if necessary, and save my place. The quizzes are a good measure of whether or not I understand the material well enough to apply concepts or recall details. I actually appreciate the need to pass an exam before receiving credit so I always get value from the courses I take.

I have completed all of my Continuing education from the CE Shop for the past 4 years. It has made it extremely easy to log in and out on my own time and complete the programs. It is so user friendly as well. I will always continue using the CE shop in my career.

THE CE shop gave me all the tools to pass the state and nationals on the first attempt. Prep Edge kept me in the know concerning subject matter. especially since taking the actual test did not have a single question from the material. knowing the topics and understanding which math formulas applied to which questions was priceless.

The coursework and practice exam format is excellent. The challenge arises when you are ready to take the final exam through PSI. Technical issues are prevalent and trying to get support is a complete joke. I've had to reschedule tests three times now as a result of a technical issue between CE and the proctor PSI. It's been a huge hassle and unfortunately, neither side has helped resolve the issue.

I love CE Shop but sometimes the instructions on questions are not clear to pick more than 1 answer and I at times get stuck to move on. I will too there were more video tutorials. That's the only reasons it's not a complete 5! BUT it's usually super easy!

I don’t really recommend using CE, too wordy and not into the point and knowledge not really using in life as an example. Secondx, you only have two chances to pass the class, not make sense at all to pay the class again if fail two times, and learning the same exactly course . Other competitors can take as many time as you want.

course content had errors. proctoring process was terrible. biggest problem was that the proctor could not read my ID. I have a microsoft surface book which is only 2 years old with all software/operating system updates. Very frustrating. But also, there was a microsoft os app that your tech support had to disable on one occasion but not others. Getting the proctoring process ready to go and trying get id read by the proctor was multiple hours on the 2nd 2 test. first test all went smoothly. It was nerve wracking. Not what you want before taking a test.
