It was my first time to order from the Derma company. One of the team rang me just to doublecheck if I had used the products as they are high potency which I found very responsible and therefore, customer care seems to at the heart of the company.

Service was quick and efficient, no problems ordering my usual ENVIRON even though this was my first order. Lighting shipping! Definitely be back that’s for sure! 10/10 overall! Well done Derma Company.

I always feel that my skincare is in good hands with The Derma Company. It is so easy to order online and delivery is both quick and efficiently dealt with. Their products were recommended by my beautician and have proved to be well suited to my (aging) skin type. Although the products are not wildly expensive or budget price, I feel that the quality and efficacy of the products justifies their pricing band. Should new products need an older skin to trial then I would be happy to volunteer.

Happy with the product as always, box was a bit squashed. I really think posting out to customers is a very good opportunity to pop in some samples of other products that may suit. I bought environ from a leading competitor website because they used to pop in 3 or 4 samples (some of which I went on to buy full size) in the past. It made me look forward to the delivery all the more. Maybe The Derma Company could do this too.

Whilst I want to support my local salons that sell the Environ products I use, can’t justify their markup price especially at the moment whilst cost of living so high. I found Derma Company online and had a good chat with them. Very helpful and went through what I needed. Prices spot on. Very impressed and my order arrived within two days.
