I adore this company, their practices and their products. I knew when I was pregnant that I wanted to use goat milk with my little guy and researched many products heavily and found that Little Oak ticked so many boxes that I was relieved to have one less thing to worry about.
I forgot to reorder in the midst of mum braun and had to use another brand and found that it did not satisfy my son as well as Little Oak did so I will never stray again.
Highly recommend.

Love it, I'm between breastfeeding and topping up with Formula not ready to make the full switch. So I keep forgetting to order formula. When ever I do the service is so amazing and fast even during the pandemic delays

I had a monthly subscription so I could get my formula on time after I purchased bulk previously and it was late. My subscription is now not on time and I am buying bulk again. I'm not sure what the point of the subscription is as it's not on time. I thought I wouldn't have to worry about running out of formula if I had a subscription coming at the same time each month but it's not the case. The subscription really doesn't make any sense if it doesn't come each month.

I spoke with the customer service team about some of the delays with stock from NZ. The LittleOak Company were able to dispatch a container for us promptly by proritising us. They even had a local rep drop off some testers to get us through the night. Amazing.

Amazing customer service, they even personally dropped off samples to get us through the night. Knowing their product would not arrive until the day after. Amazing.

We absolutely love LittleOak goat formula for our baby. He struggled with an organic European cow milk based formula, and as soon as we switched him to LittleOak goat, he became a happy baby with a happy tummy. It's an amazing feeling to watch him thrive.

We ordered from Canada, and customer service was incredible with fixing some mix ups (caused by customs, not the company). Ive never had such wonderful service. The LittleOak Company were kind, prompt and generous with the problem solving and I have since become a Subscribe and Thrive customer.

The times I have purchased on line through little oak have been very quick with delivery. I was close to running out of a tin when I first started giving this to my son and I rang to see how long delivery would be, the lady I spoke to went above and beyond and it was on my doorstep the following day. Very happy with little oak. Also just recently little oak had no stage 2 formula and I messaged in a panic and was treated so nicely. The lady who messaged me sent me s few boxes of single serve sachets to get my son through until my next order was delivered. I highly recommend Little oak to everyone that has asked about baby formula.

Incredible mamas who want to give your babies the best nutrition. These ladies go far above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction is met. There was a small glitch in the system with one delivery and the company acted fast to ship me an emergency can for free so that I did not run out. I am very blessed to have found this company.

I have waited for the stage 3 formula to be made available in the can. The lady of Facebook said something about a new range. It would have been nice to know what the new range is and the changes you're making.

I love the product, but it takes way too long t get to me and the tins are already finished by the time I receive my next order which means I'm constantly chopping and changing formula, also it's always sold out. It's a great product tho, just needs a better online system. Also you should offer a discount if you a subscription :)

After trying other brands (which I didn't love their ingredient list) we discovered The Little Oak and my breast fed baby (9months) took to your formula straight away. Took a few days to drink a full bottle from the bottle (bottle was a new concept), but on about day 5 was complete success. Thank you!

I find your website really annoying to use. Everytime i click NZD it goes to AUD or USD but never NZD. Then on the checkout page i start writing name then go to do my address and realise its set on Australia?! Even though I've clicked NZD numerous times, then I change it to NZ and it wipes all the info I've already put in. I absolutely love your product but I'm almost ready to starting buying a supermarket brand because everytime I order formula on your website it drives me nuts.

I went to online ordering as it said it was free shipping to NZ and AUS, was disappointed having to pay extra for shipping on top of an expensive formula (as we are only going to trial the formula did not want to buy another thin to just save on shipping) hopefully it's worth the money

Recently switched our 8-week-old from a well known, supermarket brand of cow's milk formula to LittleOak as we were looking for something with the best ingredients and that's as close to breastmilk as possible. So far, so good. She loves the taste and is having considerably less spit ups. We had a few questions about the transition and have found LittleOak's customer service to be exceptional, both over the phone and via email. Looking forward to the tins coming back in stock as whilst the sachets are handy, a lot of formula ends up being wasted.

Exceptional - phone call was answered promptly by Nancy, who was friendly, helpful and very solution focused. Nancy followed up with further information via email the same day, as promised.

Sometimes ordering outside the US can be a difficult process, but Little Oak made it a quick and easy process. Can't wait to try!

I have now received my package and I am beyond thrilled. The package was lovely and well protected and the canisters themselves are quality products & well designed. The formula did not clump or froth too much- it was quick to dissolve into a silk liquid that my baby ate happily. It's her first time on a goat milk formula so I was unsure whether or not she would take it, but she guzzled it down with gusto! I am so pleased I found this company and will be a repeat customer!

Very easy to use and self explanatory too, only issue has been the lack of stock on numerous occasions which as left me in such predicaments but I realise with the current world situations we are in this is sometimes out of our control.

I had a delay in my express shipping order, however the staff were amazing and I was very impressed with the customer service.

I have low supply and was desperate to EBF, unfortunately this has not been our reality, but I feel soo much more at ease knowing baby is getting the best formula available on the market. Super quick shipping also which is always appreciated

It's great when you ship from the USA or when you ship from Australia via UPS.
One time my order was shipped with Aus post and it took over 1 month to arrive, but takes only days with UPS even from Australia.
My very first order came from the USA and it was just over 36 hours from order to delivery in Canada which was amazing, but I understand if you can't ship from the USA all the time.

So glad I stumbled across this amazing company

I had ordered in advance, however the company was swamped with orders and had a delay. I emailed the company and The LittleOak Company got back to me straight away with where I could get stock immediately and that they would send mine ASAP. I received my order the next day ☺️

I never know when orders will ship, or when The LittleOak Company will arrive at my house. For parents waiting for deliveries, I would suggest ordering A LOT of formula upfront so that you have a stockpile to hedge against unpredictable deliveries.

Brilliant formula, great price, appreciated sale discount. Was lost without it while you were out. Horrendous nappy rash and Bub off all her solids. She knew the difference first bottle back

Two things….

Firstly, it would be helpful if you detailed that each box has 5 sachets.

Secondly, the tin offers no economy of scale as it's the same price for less product.

My boy loves your formula and we're very grateful to you for producing such an excellent product. We'll keep coming back for more for as long as he wants his bottle…. And then for the next buba too when The LittleOak Company exist and are ready!

Super fast delivery and such a great quality product! I was so upset when my colicky newborn wouldn't take to the Stage 1 formula; my doctor recommended a drugstore variety that seemed to "work" at the time, but I was never happy about it. So glad she's older, over her colicky stage and this is just the best stuff for her!
