The Shade

Loving the colour , the smell and how good my hair feels . My friends have commented on the colour and say it looks much better than what I was using before which was a supermarket brand. It was lovely to be able to get advice on what colour duo to use from a consultant before purchasing.

Very impressed with the product quality, supply timeliness and ease of purchase.
The colour I picked did produce a bit of a darker shade than expected, however the outcome was still lovely.

Great product! It's a bit daunting buying hair colour on the internet for obvious reasons but I don't have time (or honestly the patience) to sit in a chair. My last hair (foils) took 4 hrs.
I opted for Chocolate Blonde which in my hair came out as a dark red which is a fun colour. I loved the dramatic change. I've included photos these were taken under the heat lamp so show the end result as closer to how it looked in real life. The last photo was in average bathroom lighting.
It covered my greys and is lasting really well considering I wash my hair everyday. The colour has faded into more of a soft brown which is nice. Definitely will buy again - to have new hair at home in 35 minutes is fantastic. The packaging and product is great and the conditioner that came with it is amazing so will have to buy that too!

This product is amazing, I have spent thousands at the salon and will come out with my greys still showing but this product has given me complete coverage even without the use for the pre softener!

I absolutely love this product, as well as thw great colour range and the ease and simplicity of colouring my own hair, no drip, no smell, everything you need in the kit. My hair ALWAYS is complimented on once done. All of this is huge in itself, however the other big benefit is the savings I have made by not having my hair coloured at the hairdresser. No waiting around. To be honest for this product I would give 100000+out of ten. I am currently using Chocolate Blonde brilliant. Have never had one negative comment, or thought from your fantastic product. Hair always looks great. And the fact you can pause your repeat delivery then restart. What can I say but thank you 😊 💕

I have been using shade for a few years now and I love the products. I am super sensitive to hair colour and I have almost zero reaction to the colour. My hairdresser is also impressed with the products as she puts it in for me.

I’ve been using The Shade for at least a year, is so easy in so many ways, to choose your colour, to change your colour, to dye your hair at home just by yourself. I love that you get the product at home so fast. Also the free kit is amazing, I feel like being in my own hairdresser!

I received the bleach and a colour. Last night I bleached my hair to get rid of the current colour, followed instructions, left it for the required time, and then washed it off. The bleach hardly got rid of any of the colour, so it is likely a waste of time even putting in the new lighter colour. I will attempt this tomorrow - after the required 48 hours, and see how I get on.

I will save thousands of dollars. I got 6.1 light ash brown and so many compliments ....freedom from hours of my time sitting in hair salons and no hair breakage . What a brilliant idea THE SHADE !! As women we already pay more just for a hair cut but THE SHADE has made it all possible : bargain and shiny smooth frizz-free hair plus natural brass-free hair colour.

This colour service is a game changer. Going from blonde to copper and I can now do my hair at home. Feels so good to save money and time and have control of the outcome. Hi, I was very happy with the products supplied, the only feedback I have is one of the reasons I color my hair is a couple of greys at the very front, I colored my hair 2 weeks ago and the color has already come away from the trouble greys, even with the grey softener product

I got the silk noil hair towel and tsubaki oil. Which transformed my hair, I have bleached curls which takes a lot of maintenance. These products helped make my hair routine so much easier. Left my hair extremely soft, shiny and bouncy.

I have enjoyed my shade colour. I am orry I can no longer purchase the shade colour, as my health has declined and I can't colour my hair. Please stop sending me the shade hair colour.

Absolutely love this product. It doesn't smell bad, there is no irritation to my scalp and I love the colors I have tried so far. Best of all, the price is outstanding. Will continue to use The Shade.

Unfortunately my hair didn’t turn out the blonde I wanted , It was very brassy and yellow not like the platinum that was described .

So impressed with the colour ! I received advice from one of your consultants and the match was perfect. Saved me hours in the salon and had no scalp irritation at all for the first time with any hair colour.

I recently used The Shade to color my hair. As I am 70 yers old and I am grey I wondered how this more gentle product would go. WONDERFULLY, I love it. Previously I used the more natural, less chemical loaded, hair products as well but some did still sting a little. The Shade did not sting at all. And had absolutely no yucky odour. The coor takes well and the greys are covered nicely. I am nearly a week past the day I put the color in and my hair is silky and shiny.
The idea of adding a pre-clor to help the greys take up the color shows a good understanding of the needs of us older generations who still want to keep our hair colored.

The Shade has been an amazing asset to my hair colouring routine. I have coloured my hair at home for many, many years (I can't afford or justify going to a hairdresser) using store bought hair colourant with their overpowering smells and horrible ingredients. The biggest challenge I had though was the fact that my toughest greys either didn't colour at all or faded all too quickly. Enter The Shade which has overcome both of these concerns. I also find I can go longer between colouring.

Finally an at home hair colour that looks like a professional has done it.
I have always had trouble covering greys and the blonde colour always going orange.
My scalp felt good and didn’t sting during colouring and it had no chemical smell.
It was easy and I love the colour.
