THEMAGIC5

I have never been able to find goggles to fit my face/eye sockets. I have tried literally dozens of goggles, with always the same result: they fill up gradually (sometimes not so gradually) and become useless. Themagic5 goggles are the first goggles that work for me the way goggles should. I put them on, and swim!! I rarely take the time to do product reviews, but this product is clearly superior. If you have had trouble finding goggles that fit, all I can say is that these did the trick for me. And overall the quality is top-notch.

The goggles fit, and they do not leak - without the usual pressure required to keep normal goggles both in place and working. I usually have to swim a few laps, clear the goggles, then resume swimming - no longer. I put them on, adjust into place, and simply swim. In the 2+ weeks I’ve been using them, I’ve had to re-adjust the goggles once. Once. I was in a hurry - my fault; the goggles worked flawlessly after I adjust Ed them (not tightened them).
Love them. Love. Them.

They perfectly fit my narrow face and deep set eyes! I have multiple pairs and use them for different purposes. I swim every day, sometimes more than once a day. I live at the beach and swim in the ocean every morning and need the darkest lenses for the brutally bright sun. I use the light blue non mirrored for swimming in the gym pool in the winter and the medium tint for swimming in backyard pools and later in the day in the ocean. The darkest lenses are very dark - I love them but they are too dark for me unless I am at the beach on a bright sunny day. They fit well and don’t leak. I bought the latest pair of goggles just because they were pink. I have been using the goggles for a year and they are holding up well with heavy use so I didn’t need another pair.

I am a swimmer since ages. But really never found goggles that did not leak. In social media I read about these goggles, and this really was my last effort in finding non-leaking goggles. The 1st purchased was unfortunately sent to an unknown adress in germany. I sent a mail about that and shortly afterwards received a mail of Harris Helberg; he immediately produced another one (no extra costs) and today I could experience what an amazing choice I made in purchasing these goggles! The fit is so perfect and they are sooo comfortable. It is almost like you forget like you are wearing them. In the past all my other goggles that I paid a lot of money for would become so uncomfortable, begin to fog up and become painful to wear because they were so tight. Not THEMAGIC5, since the very moment I placed them on my head they immediately conformed to the shape of my face and fit perfectly. I am a customer for life!

The goggles are fitting perfect. There is no water rinning inside and they protect you perfectly from sunlight in the pool. Until now, i already tried the silver and the golden one.
The only two experiences i made, are... they are getting foggy. So i have to wash it out with water, after every 300m. That's interrupting.
And the second thing is, after circa 2500m they hurting my eyes. Perhaps i made it too strong. Or i fixed them not right on my head, maybe.

They are the first pair of goggles I have ever used that didn't leak - or give me anxiety about whether they would stay on when I dove into the water, did flip turns, or anything. I'm 39 and have been swimming since I was 6 years old. I have come up with all sorts of tricks over the year to get my googles to stay in place, which largely resulted in headaches. These googles are truly life-changing for a lifelong swimmer.

Lightweight and not too tight. I am upset they have fogged up only after a few swims even when I haven't gotten the insides wet and I guess that is just a part of swimming. Whomever invents the never fogging goggle will be onto something.
I did have a few issues with my strap, they were twisted, but I removed it completely and routed it correctly through the lenses and it seems to do better.

I had my first pair of Goggles made in 2021. They were good, but not perfect. I contacted The Magic 5 and they adapted the fit and sent me an updated pair (at no extra cost, as advertised). Much better and they served me well, but there were still niggles. I recently bought two pairs and asked if I could have some tweaks. They updated my file based on my feedback and now I have really great fitting goggles. The people at The Magic 5 do exactly what they say they will do and, honestly, if this business approach continues they have me as a customer for life. Why would I go anywhere else...

The pair I bought in November 2021 lost its anti fog feature. I rec swim laps (I’m 71) 2-3x per week. I never touched or wiped the inside of th goggles, but I rinse an dry straps and store in the case. That has been a disappointment. That’s why I bought the new pair. I do hope they remain ant fog longer than 5-6 months. I also had to change the nose piece on my old and new. The nose piece often separates on the old pair. Other than that, I do find Magic5 to be very comfortable and Once adjusted, I do not have a problem with leakage. I swam competively through the 1960’s to early 70’s when there were NO goggles!

When I heard about Magic 5 goggles, I was very skeptical if they would work as well as they claimed. I have always struggled to find good-fitting goggles. But I decided to give them a chance. The first pair I got was ok, but not great. They leaked slightly and caused slight pressure on my face. I informed the company of this. They gave a few things to try, but it didn't seem to help. I was not 100% happy with them. So they gave me two options: a refund or try again. I choose the latter. I sent them some photos of me wearing the goggles and showed them where they were leaking. They diagnosed the issue, set up a new scan, and sent me a new set. These new goggles are by far the best goggles I have ever used!!! They fit perfectly, don't leak and are extremely comfortable. I can't express enough how happy I am with them. The product is amazing, and their customer service is phenomenal. I highly, highly recommend getting Magic 5 goggles

The ordering process was easy. The app worked well. The goggles came within about a week. I tried the goggles for the first time in the pool today. I was impressed to say the least. They fit well, I was several laps in before I even remembered to question whether or not they were leaking! They did not leak at all in 72 laps. I did not have a ring around my eyes when I took them off. I have had a terrible time with goggles throughout my time as a swimmer. Now this problem is just gone.

They don't leak. 3 words that mean so much.
They are so well designed the visibility and fit are both exceptional.
Customer service from TM5 is unreal too - I ordered 3 pairs in the last re-order and 2 were the same, so someone emailed me to check I had meant to buy 2. Most companies would have taken the $. As it happens, I did mean to order 2 pairs - they're just so good.

Amazing goggles! I love that you don't have to cinch them down to get a good seal. I love that you don't have to gob spit in them to keep them from fogging. It's the first time I've ever been able to flop goggles on, get in the pool, and swim without having to fiddle, stop, adjust, etc. to keep water from leaking in. I also loved the series of tips the company sent while the goggles were being crafted for me.

The first set of goggles received didn’t quite fit perfectly but after contacting Magic5 they were more than happy to get the issue resolved. The service from Magic5 has been faultless and I am very happy with how everything has been dealt with in a efficient and polite manor!

I will never buy another pair of goggles besides magic5 again, these are fantastic! Fit my face perfectly, don’t fog at all which is an issue I had with previous goggles and no face lines (tested through my race at American Triple T -4 races in 3 days- this past weekend which included a feet first jump off the dock… and they didn’t even fall off my face with the jump in I was impressed and passed quite a few people who had to stop and fix their goggles that came off)

Both our kids swim a lot and this is the first pair of goggles that fit well, doesn't leak and doesn't leave marks around their eyes. They absolutely love them! Thanks themagic5 for this experience! There is some room for improvement in the app -for correctly and rapidly matching the correct face scan to the correct goggles- but the customer service feedback was rapid and effective.

They are very comfortable and do not leave suction marks around my lower eye/upper cheek like my old goggles did. My first pair leaked slightly around one eyepiece; customer service was responsive in helping me try to solve the issue and eventually replaced with an adjusted second pair. I am getting more accustomed to how they should fit around my eyes without having to fidget with them as much. I would recommend to others and would buy again.

These are the most comfortable goggles I've ever had. I've been swimming (with goggles) for over 50 years and have never had them be comfortable. I often would cut a swim short, not because I was tired or finished with my swim but because my eye sockets were "killing me". These are so much better - but I'm still getting a bit more leaking than I'd like and I still find my self either tightening the strap, or pushing in on the eye socket - am hoping I can find a point where they are perfect - not there yet

I received my first pair of goggles several weeks ago. I used them and was very happy with them. The only issue I had was, that they kept fogging up. I was not aware that they came with an anti-fog, so I did what I have been doing for 30 years, spit, rub, repeat. I used them about 5-6 times until I noticed a layer of the anti-fog was coming off. I reported the issue with photos showing what happened and within hours, I received a response from customer service. They clearly explained that I was not supposed to rub the inside of the lens or even dry it with anything. Despite the confusion, they sent me within 4-5 days, a new set of goggles. Exact fit as the first ones and they stay leak-free as the guarantee states. Couldn't be happier with the goggles and was beyond impressed with the customer service. So much so, that I recommended the goggles to 5 of my triathlon friends and all 5 ordered goggles from Magic5. My son swims competitively, but he's only 12, but once he turns 13, I will surely be getting him his own pair of Magic5 goggles.
