People spending $834. for 2 tickets don't appreciate coming to the very end of the on line order and seeing service charges. Dont hide behind the end game with extra fees that you dont explain. i started this project 3 months ago and I forgot about the last time when i got to your "fees". As it is now, I wouldn't have bought these had my Mother in law passed away. ON top of which, you offered $50.00 if I came back and bought the tickets ......................amazing the $50.00 offer never materialized

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR
This vendor charges double the price for tickets and has no customer support. Not a legit company. Purchase can't be verified through the site and I'm not at all confident that I will actually ever receive the tickets. TicketSales pop up quickly when you search for tickets but DON'T BE FOOLED! Buy your tickets elsewhere.

Sold 4 tickets and received tickets to the wrong City and date
So upset, I will never recommend or refer anyone to use them. I ordered the tickets 6 months in advanced, noticed the issue, notified ticketsales.com TicketSales did nothing, now it is a week away to the concert date and cannot get any answers or updates on what is going on. Their customer service is trash. I have spent hours upon hours on hold with this rip off company.

Ridiculous resell company
TicketSales will not give you your money back even if it's over $500 and your event got canceled. "Store credit" during coronavirus times. LOL. Give me my refund. I went through ticketmaster to purchase tickets originally and was redirected to the ticketsonsale website. BUYERS BEWARE. They've held onto $600 of mine for over a year now and refuse to issue a refund! Crooks! Not to mention they'll give you a "store credit" but i can NOT find anywhere on their website to "log in". NEVER use this site or Ticketmaster. They are both in the screwing people over business it seems.

Your fees are so over the top that I usually go to the concert site and buy in person so I can afford more concerts. I'm in Nashville and this concert is in Altanta so I'm forced to pay your fees if I want to treat my grandkids to the concert of their choice. I usually stay away from you. This is the first time I've used you in five years.

my first mistake was not realising this was a resale site, I was just so excited to buy the tickets for a specific comedian that I did not pay attention to the red flags along the way, if I did I would not have completed the transaction and gone to a local sales outfit to buy the tickets directly. 2 tickets that would have normally cost $ 120 cost me $400 ( resale price, service fee, and canadian dollars converted to US) so my bad wasnt paying close attention as I filled in the info along the way, costly mistake that will never happen again, never had problems buying tickets online before and will never do business with ticketsales.com again. tried customer service but TicketSales are just the messengers of this outfit so their policy of no refunds and sales are final when paid without regards to mistakes customers may make is a dissapointment, Marc

Horrible experience.
I bought the tickets under the impression I was paying the price advertised but after extra fees that weren't mentioned my price almost doubled. There were 2 shows the night of the show. I purchase tickets to the first show but when my tickets were scanned at the door the were for the second show so I had to buy 3 new tickets! I will never buy tickets from you again. Other websites were selling tickets with no hidden fees and were still cheaper after taxes. We also missed part of the opening act because of the wrong tickets that were sold to me. It ruined our experience but taught me a valuable lesson, to never purchase concert tickets from your company again.

Would be great if seating chart was available with...
Would be great if seating chart was available with row letters. Hard to know how orchestra seating by row works since only first 3 rows are shown. Also, we ordered for Dress Circle and wanted the Center Dress Circle, but we do not know if we got that or Right Dress Circle. If available, we would like Center Dress Circle in Row A.

Do your best to provide the ticket that I didn't received so far, it was supposed to be
an online ticket, it means electronic format, easy to make on apps based provisions. After 1 month I've just got the Order confirmation. Please provide the ticket to
end this purchase and be sure that I haven't made a mistake. Thank you!

So far I ordered my tickets and received a confirmation via email. I used TicketMaster to get a better idea of where my seats will be.
Oh... just got the email with my tickets. So within 3 min I got my tickets and I'm downloading them onto my phone. Sweet. tickets were the lowest I saw online and got them within a few min - satisfied.

I understand your business is to make a profit off...
I understand your business is to make a profit off selling these tickets higher than face value..however, the service and email delivery fees are ridiculous and just gouging. If I wasn't buying these tickets for a friend, at her request, I would not pay these prices when an email costs nothing to send me the tickets.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE
I recently purchased tickets from this site (4 tickets for a total of $320.) The sale went through and I was able to receive my tickets through my Ticketmaster account the following day. 2 days before the event I logged back into my Ticketmaster account and clicked on the event and the tickets say "voided." I contacted Ticketmaster and TicketSales informed me that the tickets are voided likely because the seller requested a refund. How does that make any sense that the tickets I had already received into my account from the transfer had been voided? That's beyond me. I contacted the seller (tickets on sale) and spoke with Fernando at 10:30am the day before the event. He told me that they would try to resend the tickets but he wasn't sure if he'd be able to because they had already been sent and if I did not get them by 12pm the day of the event to contact them and if I still didn't have the tickets, they would refund the card the full amount. I called back the day before the event at 7:30pm and spoke with Joy. She was pleasant and helpful and asked me to screenshot what I was seeing on my Ticketmaster account and email it to them. I did this while we were on the phone and she informed me that they received the email and would contact the seller and resend the tickets to a different email account. She told me if I had not received the email with the tickets by 8am the day of the event to call back that morning. I still had not received the tickets and called at 8am and spoke with Joe. Joe was very assertive and rude and told me that everything was in process as of 1-2hrs ago despite the fact that I had called about the issue twice the day before. He told me there was nothing else either he or I could do and I could receive the tickets as late as 1-2hrs before the event. I called back right away because that timeline is unreasonable and spoke with Trish (phone call lasted 42min.) At the end of the conversation she informed me since the seller provided proof of transfer of tickets and there was an issue on Ticketmaster's end of things and I needed to contact them. I contacted Ticketmaster again (for the 3rd time) and they told me that the event is on my profile but there is a zero balance and zero tickets and I needed to contact the seller directly. I called tickets on sale again and spoke with David. I told David that I had been having issues and I needed to speak with management in order to resolve my problem. He informed me that management does not take phone calls but he is on the team of customer service escalation and would look into my situation. After being on hold for 15 minutes he hung up on me. I called back right away and spoke with Lewis. He was more helpful to an extent. I filled Lewis in on everything that was occurring and he asked the name of the representative that hung up on me and I told him. He apologized and assured me he would not keep me on hold that long and was going to speak to management directly about the issue. After several long holds, he told me that they have all the notes about what I had told them was going on. He told me that I needed to contact Ticketmaster and ask them why the tickets were voided. I told him that the would not release that information to me because 1- the tickets weren't purchased through them and 2- I was not the seller. He told me that the seller would then get into contact with Ticketmaster to find out the issue. I asked him why they had a 100% buyer guarantee if they don't honor that. I asked why Fernando told me I would be issued a refund if I did not receive my tickets before the event if that's not their policy. He told me that he's very sorry on behalf of the company and if it were up to him I'd get every penny back, but that's their policy and since the tickets were initially received and the seller provided proof of transfer that even though the tickets are voided and inaccessible, there's nothing he can do. Do NOT purchase tickets through this company. They will leave you running in circles trying to figure out how to get your tickets. I'm now out $320 and can't go to this event that was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my dad. Save yourself the time, money and headache and purchase through Ticketmaster directly and not this fraudulent company.

Refunds Due to Covid 19
I tried to get a refund for a concert that is rescheduled for 2021 due to covid-19. TicketSales would not even considered it and i will not be attending next year. I have some friends coming in to attend and now they are not. This place is terrible and i would not recommend them to anyone. No would even talk to me or discuss options. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

The service charge and UPS charge should have been...
The service charge and UPS charge should have been revealed in the cost. If it was in the fine print of 'read the agreement', I feel that is an unfair practice! Also, having the only shipping option as UPS is not OK. I would have gladly stopped by your facility to pick up tickets or stopped at the box office before the show. And, guaranteeing that someone is here to sign for UPS will be difficult as I am widowed and in the process of moving so I am in and out constantly. Hope you incorporate some of my suggestions in your future offerings.

I was ready to purchase but had to take today an early...
I was ready to purchase but had to take today an early morning job today at 6am. When I returned home to buy a ticket the price went up $2. I bought insurance, as planned as a precaution, because I have a kidney transplant and SLE, in the case I need to cancel. Only available is standing room, I have not attended a concert since 2015, truly looking forward to this one. Thanks for your follow up.

Ripoff
I ordered 2 concert tickets. Concert was cancelled. I was issued a "store credit" to use for other events. I did not want a store credit I wanted a refund. I was unable to contact anyone at their office for some time. When I finally made contact I was told I was too late and would not receive a refund. TicketSales kept $241 of my money for nothing. STAY AWAY from these people.

DO NOT USE
I was super excited to finally go see a ballgame again and googled tickets and came across this sight. My tickets were never delivered to me. I sent several emails, live chat requests, text messages and finally after being on hold 3 times for over an hour I spoke with a representative that simply said he couldn't find my tickets... could find my order and charge but no tickets and hung up... worst customer service and scammed out of money

Ticket options for handicapped persons is poor, as is the parking facilities. Can you correct this oversight before the Rieu concert on March 14th? Since I since I have trouble walking, can you provide these items of request? Obviously you have such facilities.

This loser just got fleeced $230
I went on their site and saw the concert tickets I was looking for at a price of $35. I didn't end up booking but went back 3 days later... I was speeding through and saw $115 and that was the price of the 3 tickets... I went to the next page, clicked on the I agree and in that little disclaimer was the price $324.84 - I freaked out and went to escape page and in error clicked on submit (was using my phone and I almost dropped it). I immediately engaged in the chat to get a refund but TicketSales said they can't give that. I then called them to speak with a manager and they too said no refunds. Now listen, I clicked on it - my problem BUT... the tickets are available on 2 other sites for $52.50 CDN each and there are tons of them! I get how scalping goes but how can you charge this fees if there are still lots available? Who would actually willingly click on the button? When I spoke with the guy - he said the ticket price was $82.50 each plus $7 delivery and $71 service charge! $71 for emailing me tickets - when I can pay $10 service charge with ticketmaster.ca. How is this company still in business? Honestly... take this loser's advice and stay clear of them. My final cost is $417 CDN which should have been $180 (and still can be for many of you). Daylight robbery.

Terrible
Never never again in my life, I'm buying the tickets from third parties. The event I paid for $150 was very badly organized. I've spent 50 mins in parking traffic which made me miss 30 mins of the concert. Then I had to pay an additional $25 for the parking which I wasn't aware of. And finally, my friend was not allowed to enter because she had no proof of the vaccination which we weren't aware of in advance as well. The venue was up to issue the refund on the spot and they've emailed all the information in advance. Just because of the fact that I've used ticketsales - I wasn't aware of all the details and subsequently wasn't able to get the service I paid for. And I ended up not getting a refund.
Lessons learned - never use tickets distributors - you're overpaying for nothing and lose a lot of rights as a buyer.
