Terrible site. I would rather have half my money back on a purchase then receive store credit. Will never use again. Just because we agree to rules and conditions doen't make this a scummy site. Treat customers like potential future and current revenue, not just current revenue only to make a quick buck, you'll soon run out of customers. This wasn't a refund, store credit is not a refund.
For some reason the second set of tickets I attempted to purchase would not accept my payment information, which was fine. When trying to purchase that second set of tickets this morning, again the payment would not process. I had to use another card and pay almost double for the tickets I could have had last night.
Quick and easy but would have preferred seeing which seats we were paying for and hoping they will be center and not far side! These are expensive tickets. Hope they are good seats!
Too expensive and you still tell me the cost without denominstion and only after tell me it's in USD. Considering the number of resales, its obvious people bought these tickets in advance. Fix you system and stop creating people.

the website is easy to use, the fees are very high, the live chat customer service is terrible. On the phone, they are good. I had a credit from where an event was canceled in 2021 and I am not able to use it. For $245.
completely fraudulent service fees. all for a few button clicks on a computer. almost $1,000 total in service fees for 4 tickets. will not utilize this company again.

Other than the ripoff service fee of approximately 43 dollars for doing absolutely nothing for me, the service was fairly good. Hopefully the electronic transfer will not be a pain in the butt as it usually is...
It was pretty slick, I would have liked to known or seen a full seating chart. Even though I purchased a row a ticket I’m not 100% sure that’s front row.
In addition to the cost of the ticket(s), it'd be nice if you posted the cost for the service charge/ticket BEFORE the tickets are purchased...

On Friday, I ordered 1 ticket for an event with insurance. The total price was around $63 for the ticket, e-delivery, the service fee, and insurance. I confirmed my purchase but never received a confirmation from the company. Today I went to see if I got a message or charge on my method of payment. There was nothing, so I went back online to try again. This time, the total went up to over $88, so an extra $25 charge was added. As I understand it, this is typically due to people buying extra tickets to sell at higher prices. I got in touch with customer service and explained the situation. They couldn't identify why my order had not gone through and suggested I talk to "my bank." Since this was no fault of my own, I asked if they would honor my original ticket price. They said they would not because the ticket prices fluxuate based on demand. I understand that; however, I ordered the first day tickets were out and don't feel I should have to pay almost half the original price more because there was a technical issue on their end. I plan to file a BBB report if the company will not honor the original price offered.
No way to avoid service charges and delivery fees that aren't just factored into ticket price initially. Combined with a poor way of figuring out how your tickets are actually positioned if you've not seen the stage before makes for a pretty annoying exprience. Needs more clarity from both selections of seats and pricing.
major costs are not stated up front. More than $40 in service charge (greater than 10% of stated ticket price) is outrageous. Please just tell people how much it costs up front-- the actual ticket price!! and don't catch them at the end. I almost decided not to buy the ticket because of this. Probably shouldn't have. Rip off. If there were a choice I certainly would not use ticketsales.com
Can't tell exactly which seat and if the seats are together. This is a special event for my wife and I and we need to know for sure that the seats are together.

- $4.93 service charge per ticket is absurd.
- $7.50 for electronic delivery (and that being the ONLY option to get your tickets?!)- you've got to be kidding me!!
That's almost the price of another ticket.

The service fees are ridiculously expensive for not much return to the consumer; most of this is automated and requires no effort. The fact that these fees aren't disclosed at the beginning of the process makes it feel like a bait and switch, which for consumers is frustrating. I think I would have rated this experience higher had the tickets not been advertised at $55 but instead the ~$70 it did cost.
