WARNING!
DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS SITE!
Why is this company receiving anything above 1 star? This is the WORST company to buy tickets from. TicketsOnSale are PRICE GOUGERS to the fullest.
Their guarantee is ridiculous and so broad. You will end up paying five times the ticketed price.
For example, I erroneously believed that if I paid TicketsOnSale $450 per seat for an event in the Orchestra Area, I would be given decent seats. They informed me that my tickets would be in Sections A-R. Once again, I erroneously believed that due to paying so extravagantly for a service, I would be given the best seats available in that area. I received seats in Row O.
I immediately went online and discovered that seats in Row O are still available from Ticketmaster and the venue itself for $79. Two seats away from mine. Tickets in Row D are going for $179.
TicketsOnSale charged me $450 per seat for the worst tickets available.
Convenience? Customer Service? Customer Care? Hardly!
I am astonished that a company such as this remains in business. Google results should place this company at the end of their results list, if presented at all.
DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM TICKETS ON SALE!
MOST, IF NOT ALL, THE REVIEWS OFFERING MORE THAN ONE STAR AND ONE-SENTENCED REVIEWS ARE COMPANY DRIVEN FOR DECEPTIVE PURPOSES.

I purchased tickets to Jeff Dunham in…
I purchased tickets to Jeff Dunham in OKC not knowing it had been rescheduled. At the date of purchase the Ticketsonsale website stated the event was on April 9th. Great! So I purchase 4 tickets for $373.90. The next day I saw on Facebook the event had been rescheduled to January 2022. Afterwards further investigation I see that it has been rescheduled. Due to the 6 hour drive to the venue, in the winter, with Oklahoma's crazy weather, I know there is no way I can make that date. So I went online and tried to request a refund. I was informed that's impossible "due to government mandates". I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was informed TicketsOnSale "aren't allowed to do that" I asked why they were allowed to commit fraud and sell tickets under false pretenses and wad told "because of the terms and conditions you signed" I think asked what they were willing to do to resolve this issue and was told "goodbye".
This company is nothing but a scam! Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere! I just want my money back, is that too much to ask for?

As an update: Tickets were finally Emailed at 1:30 PM on the day of the concert, 6 hours before the start of the concert, and not the day before, as promised. To be fair, the tickets were what I had purchased, but since I was traveling to the concert from 6 hours away, I purchased another set of tickets from StubHub, delivered immediately, to be sure of having tickets in hand. Trying to reach TicketsOnSale by phone or text was impossible. Neither was monitored and responses on the text line looked to be auto-generated. I gave up after an hour hold on the phone and close to two hours on the text line. Customer service is abysmal and I would recommend against using TicketsOnSale. I certainly will not use again.
The Pantages Theatre in Hollywood uses Ticketmaster as their service for sales of tickets. What would have cost me $272 had I purchased directly from Ticketmaster, costed me $632, an additional $360.
The Better Business Bureau has this company rated with an "F," with numerous complaints filed against them. I should have done my research thoroughly before purchasing my tickets. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I didn't even get to choose my seats! Such a rip off business.

So, on August 6 I purchased tickets to see a concert. The concert was to be held in October 2nd. I only ever received two emails from the company. 1) a confirmation email 2) an email that advise me to download AXS so I can keep track of my tickets. I did as instructed, however in my order history it never displayed the concert I was supposed to see.
Long story short, TicketsOnSale never sent me my tickets. I disputed the charge to my credit card company. However, TicketsOnSale denied that TicketsOnSale never emailed me the tickets DESPITE the man who I spoke to on the phone CONFIRMED to me that their computer never registered an email that had my tickets in it. They denied me a refund as well for their negligence as well. The company is a scam. Please do not buy.
- you request tickets to an event and pay upfront a price from a tiered list. TicketsOnSale simply match the number of tickets with someone offering that number. No other criteria goes into the match.
- you do not get a choice of seats or any idea of where the tickets will be. If a football game, prepare to be on the opponent's side, rather than the home team
- Also be prepared to not receive the tickets until hours or minutes before the event. If out its out of town, have a back up plan for your time. They can only say that you will receive them before the event
- If, as with us, they cannot tell you when or if tickets will arrive no cancellation in advance so that you can go to a reputable site. Really, they can't tell you because they don't know. It's up to the seller to send you the tickets. If they don't know how to transfer electronic tickets via email, you won't get them.
- Though the website says "guaranteed", they really are not. If you don't receive them, you may get a refund but you will have to fight for it.
- And, as with me, they will hang up on you if you ask too many questions
- Oh, one more fun thing... you will receive an email with a survey for you to complete saying how well they helped you. Click on the link and a page comes up saying "Survey not Found"
- Do I need to conclude - Stay away from this scam! It's better that you get crayons and draw your own tickets. You will have a better chance of getting into the event.
