WARNING!
DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS SITE!

Why is this company receiving anything above 1 star? This is the WORST company to buy tickets from. TicketsOnSale are PRICE GOUGERS to the fullest.
Their guarantee is ridiculous and so broad. You will end up paying five times the ticketed price.
For example, I erroneously believed that if I paid TicketsOnSale $450 per seat for an event in the Orchestra Area, I would be given decent seats. They informed me that my tickets would be in Sections A-R. Once again, I erroneously believed that due to paying so extravagantly for a service, I would be given the best seats available in that area. I received seats in Row O.

I immediately went online and discovered that seats in Row O are still available from Ticketmaster and the venue itself for $79. Two seats away from mine. Tickets in Row D are going for $179.

TicketsOnSale charged me $450 per seat for the worst tickets available.

Convenience? Customer Service? Customer Care? Hardly!
I am astonished that a company such as this remains in business. Google results should place this company at the end of their results list, if presented at all.
DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM TICKETS ON SALE!

Zero Stars
Do not purchase tickets from Ticketsonsale.com. I received an order confirmation, then an order cancellation notification. Spent 30 minutes on the robo chat, spent an hour on hold after robo chat told me to call customer service, after an hour on hold I selected "1" to have them email me so we can chat that way. Emailed them the problem only to get a notification that they'll get back to me in 72 hours. Reported them as fraud to my bank. Unbelievably horrible customer service... can't even get a person to talk to, just the auto replies telling you to reach out to them in a different way. Anyone working for this joke of a company should really reconsider their life trajectory. Never purchasing from them again. Save yourself the hidden costs (tickets that should add up to $140 with tax end up being $220 with their hidden costs and you don't see the breakdown of where the additional charges are from. Overpriced, fake ticket availability, and no one available to resolve any issues. The site should be shut down.

Stole my money!
I bought two tickets to Rebelution at the Cuthbert Amphitheater in Eugene, OR. Out of the blue the Cuthbert Amphitheater decided to require a negative COVID-19 test or a COVID-19 vaccine passport. I prefer not to support businesses who require this as this is an invasion of my medical privacy. Although I already had a hotel room booked and $200 worth of tickets into the show so I decided, I'll go anyways. Well the theater decided to be very secretive about notifying its customers about this new policy and therefore I didn't find out until the night before. Therefore I couldn't find a location that had any availability to give me a COVID test. Even if I could I would have had to pay an extra $75-$150 for the test. On top of that, the results would most likely not be ready in time. Therefore I sadly had to make the decisions to cancel this event. I was really looking forward to it. I called and cancelled my hotel room and TicketsOnSale gave me a full refund due to the circumstances (thank you Priceline!). I called the Cuthbert Ampitheater to get a refund on my tickets and they said "Sorry, we don't do that, you bought your tickets through a third party (TicketsOnSale) so you will have to ask them for your refund." I called TicketsOnSale and they said "Sorry, we can't give you a refund because we only provide refunds for events that are fully cancelled." After several emails and a phone call (that I was on hold for for an hour and a half) TicketsOnSale refused to let me speak with a manager, update their cancellation policy to reflect the current situation in America, or provide me with my refund. I will never purchase tickets from TicketsOnSale again and recommend to others to never go through them. I'm out $200 and this was criminal.

Total scam in plain site
I wasn't paying attention when I purchased tickets from here, because I didn't expect to be robbed in plain site. However, the site does read at the top of the page in unassuming font "We are a resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not a primary ticket seller or box office." I did not notice this on their webpage after clicking on the google search link for my 'Imagine Dragons ticket'. The site apparently has 4.5 stars out of 5 (it's ridiculous to think that I would have to look into that further to make sure it's legit) so I figured it must be doing something right and went ahead with my purchase (again, not thinking I should have checked around for prices). Immediately after I hit confirm, I decided to check myself because something didn't feel right, I went to ticketmaster (which is where I thought I had gone to in the first place, again, my error) and the tickets were half the price that I had paid. I decided to research how to cancel my order, which is when I was greeted by all the bad reviews of this website. TicketsOnSale are preying on the trust of people who are only looking to do something they enjoy. It completely immoral and shouldn't be allowed to exist in it's current 'ALL SALES ARE FINAL' format. What makes it worse is that I saw the tickets become unavailable on Ticketmaster, meaning they reseller only purchased the tickets, after I had got suckered into paying double the price.

Class action lawsuit
I initially purchased tickets for a show that was to take place in February 2020. It was postponed long enough to be out of range for a bank dispute and then due to Covid-19, you canceled the show and sent an email refusing to refund my ticket costs but offered a 120% credit for a new show of my choosing. I selected a show for August of this year and had to pay an additional 62 dollars to cover the cost of the tickets. The show has since been "postponed." Due to your previous refund policy, you would still be exempt from refunding, however, the date of the show is now in 2099, exceeding the life expectancy of my chosen artist. I have attempted several times to resolve this issue, however when emails are sent, a 'mailer-demon' unavailable response is received. When attempting to live chat, the chat ends itself regardless of the responses entered. Telephone calls redirect you to emails and live chat. This process is illegal. In the off chance that this email does make it to your destination, I would like you to know that it would be silly for me to initiate a lawsuit on my own because it would cost more than it would be worth. However, if I were to utilize social media and find others that were unhappy with their experience, I am sure it would be more than beneficial.

I purchased tickets to Jeff Dunham in…
I purchased tickets to Jeff Dunham in OKC not knowing it had been rescheduled. At the date of purchase the Ticketsonsale website stated the event was on April 9th. Great! So I purchase 4 tickets for $373.90. The next day I saw on Facebook the event had been rescheduled to January 2022. Afterwards further investigation I see that it has been rescheduled. Due to the 6 hour drive to the venue, in the winter, with Oklahoma's crazy weather, I know there is no way I can make that date. So I went online and tried to request a refund. I was informed that's impossible "due to government mandates". I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was informed TicketsOnSale "aren't allowed to do that" I asked why they were allowed to commit fraud and sell tickets under false pretenses and wad told "because of the terms and conditions you signed" I think asked what they were willing to do to resolve this issue and was told "goodbye".
This company is nothing but a scam! Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere! I just want my money back, is that too much to ask for?

Stay Away!
TicketsOnSale say your tickets will be delivered 48 hours before the event. Not so. I have no tickets to the show I had planned on going to at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. And this horrible company has my $620 (until my credit card does a charge back). And it was $620 for six $44 tickets, but they make the "face value" look much higher to hide the convenience fees, which are criminal. How does this company even stay in business? When I purchased the tickets it looked like I was on a reputable site and somehow they make it look like the show is about to sell out. I purchased these fake tickets the day they went on sale and guess what, the show is NOT sold out. Don't try to call them, they won't answer. The text is just a bot with automated responses, as is their email. Fool me once, shame on me... they will never fool me again. Calling Capital One now!

It's a scam. Don't waste your money.
I bought two tickets for a concert and was told I would receive them no less than 24 hours before the show. After I paid for the tickets I received one within a short time. I then received an email telling me that the sale was canceled. I spent countless hours online and on the phone trying to rectify the situation with their customer service. I was told consistently to wait and keep checking my email for the other ticket. The day of the show I spent over 2 1/2 hours with customer service trying to figure out if I had tickets or not. TicketsOnSale told me I would have to continue to wait. After 2 1/2 hours the show had already started and I was told again to keep checking my email. Since then I have requested a refund and I was just told, that I did receive the tickets. Even though I did not. Every time you call they tell you it's over an hour wait and anytime you go online it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get a customer service rep. This is not a reputable company and I would avoid at all costs.

Wish I could give negative score
To start off I originally bought Garth Brooks tickets in July for a concert that was supposed to take place in March. Covid happened and it got pushed back and finally cancelled. Tickets on sale wouldn't give me my money back. TicketsOnSale instead, gave me credits for more concerts. I actually preferred my money but since Covid they have changed their policies. Now they never give your money back but give credits to spend only with their website. Which is clearly crap bc of fees. So after arguing, I decide that I have to accept the credits. I attempted to use them to take my daughter and girlfriend to a Billy Strings concert. I buy the tickets for 2 times face value. We arrive an hour before show. Wait in line only to be told the tickets were not valid. They say this will never happen. I got to will call and they tell me that the original purchaser got their money back Bc they were fraudulently purchased. Now, I'm having to jump through hoops to get my credits back but they say they guarantee their tickets are legit 100% of the time. Please use any other ticket site. Biggest scam ever

Terrible web site and service
What has happened to the world. We experience a pandemic and companies take advantage of their customers. I ordered tickets for Disney On Ice, March 29th, 2020 in KC, which was cancelled because of Covid. I contacted Ticketsonsale and TicketsOnSale would not and will not refund my purchase. They've held onto my money, $297.58, all this time. I tried again today to contact them for a refund. My first call I actually got a human. He then transferred me to another "Human" or so he said... Of course it was a recording that lead to no where! I give this company a -100 review and -100 stars! Pathetic and shameful to take advantage of a grandmother wanting to treat her grandkids to a wonderful memorable event. I hope this company or rather site gets taken down for taking advantage of people Covid or not!

Stay Away - A Total Scam
I purchased tickets for the James Taylor / Jackson Browne concert in New Orleans. Tickets were never delivered. Wait red on hold for over an hour - no one ever answered. Tried live chat, which was a series of canned responses; no live person ever responded. In the end, I had to purchase new tickets from StubHub in order to attend the concert. I'll now start the process of trying to recover my money from Tickets on Sale, which I expect will be painful. Google should not allow Tickets on Sale to appear as the primary search link when seeking tickets. Google is complicit in the scam.

As an update: Tickets were finally Emailed at 1:30 PM on the day of the concert, 6 hours before the start of the concert, and not the day before, as promised. To be fair, the tickets were what I had purchased, but since I was traveling to the concert from 6 hours away, I purchased another set of tickets from StubHub, delivered immediately, to be sure of having tickets in hand. Trying to reach TicketsOnSale by phone or text was impossible. Neither was monitored and responses on the text line looked to be auto-generated. I gave up after an hour hold on the phone and close to two hours on the text line. Customer service is abysmal and I would recommend against using TicketsOnSale. I certainly will not use again.

Deliberate rip off company
I bought 3 tickets to see the Weeknd on august 6th 2020 from you. At the time of purchase I contacted you asking for a wheelchair accessible seat. I contacted you repeatedly about this and emailed back and forth with several of your representatives. Not one of them made any attempt to help me with the matter, instead just told me you have no control over seating. I asked to be referrred to someone who COULD help me and you repeatedly ignored me. The purchase I made was for presale tickets which had not officially gone on sale yet. You refused to help me with a wheelchair seat, and when you would not help me with the matter, I notified you I no longer wanted any tickets from you because you could or would not help me get tickets my disabled son could use. You refused to cancel the order and submitted it anyway days later when the tickets actually went on sale. Now the concert which was re-scheduled from August 6,2020 to August 1,2020 has been rescheduled by you again for an additional year, and according to your website, the concert will be August 1st 2021. This is unacceptable. No one pays for concert tickets and waits a year a half to see the show. The tickets you refused to help me get with wheelchair access are no good to me to begin with. Now you expect me to wait 18 months for the show. We are planning to move out of california next spring, which means we wont even be here next August. I WANT A REFUND. For the record, your company is a rip off and you are deliberately ripping people off. My guess is a class action law suit is in your near future, and I want it on record that I repeatedly asked for my money back for the goods you have no intention of delivering. Shame on you people. I'm going to post my story of dealings with you on facebook for 5000 other people to see. I'm going to post it on every bulletin board online I can find and hope that it goes viral. You are a shady business and people need to know what you are doing.

Lack of customer, BBB rating is an F
I had purchased tickets for opening night of the touring company of Hamilton at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood. I had previously reviewed this company for not coming through with my purchased tickets, but removed my earlier review once the tickets were delivered. Come to find out that this company operates like ticket scalpers. After a long wait on the phone (45 minutes) I finally got someone to answer, with unsatisfactory answers. These swindlers are buying tickets from Ticketmaster and then reselling them. TicketsOnSale are upping the price of the original tickets in addition to adding high processing fees.

The Pantages Theatre in Hollywood uses Ticketmaster as their service for sales of tickets. What would have cost me $272 had I purchased directly from Ticketmaster, costed me $632, an additional $360.

The Better Business Bureau has this company rated with an "F," with numerous complaints filed against them. I should have done my research thoroughly before purchasing my tickets. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I didn't even get to choose my seats! Such a rip off business.

Did Not Receive Tickets
I ordered tickets, received no notice of any error. When I didn't receive the emailed tickets with in 10 minutes, I called... I was not contacted as their website states TicketsOnSale would do if there was an error. I was then informed that the email was invalid and undeliverable. She said I could give her a different email and they would just have the seller transfer the tickets to the new email. So that is what I did. I waited a bit longer, still no email. I called back. The lady stated that it would take just a bit to get the transfer completed but assured me it would be done with no problem and to just keep checking my email. 3 hours later, no tickets. I called again, and was told, again, to keep checking the email and they were still trying to work with the seller. At no time through this did ANYONE contact me, send me any emails of any kind. Not the seller or the ticket site. The event was that night and started at 7 pm. 7pm came and still no tickets. I did a live chat and was on "hold" for about 20 minutes before being told that the seller was "unable to transfer the tickets to the correct email address we provided". I was told that "the tickets were transferred to the first email that was invalid". That is not possible because when an email is invalid, any message sent to it will immediately bounce back with an "undeliverable" message, so nothing that is attached or sent in that message will be "received" by anyone. Therefore it is my belief that this company is fraudulent and I was a victim of a scam. Also, as noted before, neither the seller or the ticket company sent any notification of any kind to the correct email address provided, nor did they call the valid phone number I provided for them... which they state in their "terms" they will do. So we never received tickets, but have had the money taken, STOLEN, from our credit card. Highly recommend using a reputable ticket purchasing site and staying away from this 3rd party scam site. We have filed a dispute against the charges with our credit card company to try to get our money back. We did not receive the tickets or ANY correspondence from this company, therefore we should not have been charged for them.

HORRIBLE COMPANY - 0 STARS
This company refused to refund a purchase despite the fact that a concert was cancelled due to the pandemic. TicketsOnSale THEN had the audacity to provide a "coupon" aka "credit" that expires, but will not provide the expiration date AND you have to use the credit over multiple purchases. So apparently I'm to purchase SEVERAL public event tickets during covid to recoup a portion of my funds. They are NOT BBB accredited, have horrible customer service AND have disabled ALL of their social media platforms that still links from their website. HMMM... might that be because you are literally robbing people during a pandemic and promoting unsafe behavior? If you happen to think you are purchasing through ticket master like I did Im sorry you will have to go through this to get your money back. If you haven't PLEASE do not support this horrible company. There are several class action law suits in the works so please this is not just a single case.

IF I COULD GIVE A --------10 I WOULD. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRRIBLE
DO NOT order ANY tickets from here! I should of known better to do research before purchasing, but I was to excited to order tickets for my boyfriends birthday to see his favorite comedian. I ordered tickets in July, it is now DECEMBER. I was told to wait till at least 11/30/21 so I did. When the day passed and i still haven't received my tickets I called costumer service and asked for an update. The lady was kind and told me my tickets were pending, but she couldn't get ahold the seller so she contacted another seller and got me new tickets, free of charge and better seats. All I had to do was wait till the end of the day to receive an email with my tickets. Well I never received them so then I called the following day, called them and was told to wait two more hours. WELL 6 HOURS pass and NO tickets, so then I go online chat and VERONICA and I get into it. If that's the persons real name. (I'm mad) and she tells me to wait till right before the show. UHHHH NO VERONICA I WILL NOT WAIT RIGHT BEFORE THE SHOW?!?!?! So I demand a refund and she tells me she can't. So now I have to wait till see if I get my tickets tonight right before the show or I will call tomorrow HEATED.

Scam
TicketsOnSale is a SCAM. Do Not Buy!
So, on August 6 I purchased tickets to see a concert. The concert was to be held in October 2nd. I only ever received two emails from the company. 1) a confirmation email 2) an email that advise me to download AXS so I can keep track of my tickets. I did as instructed, however in my order history it never displayed the concert I was supposed to see.
Long story short, TicketsOnSale never sent me my tickets. I disputed the charge to my credit card company. However, TicketsOnSale denied that TicketsOnSale never emailed me the tickets DESPITE the man who I spoke to on the phone CONFIRMED to me that their computer never registered an email that had my tickets in it. They denied me a refund as well for their negligence as well. The company is a scam. Please do not buy.

Prepare to lose money and not get tickets to your event
Here's how Tickets OnSale works:
- you request tickets to an event and pay upfront a price from a tiered list. TicketsOnSale simply match the number of tickets with someone offering that number. No other criteria goes into the match.
- you do not get a choice of seats or any idea of where the tickets will be. If a football game, prepare to be on the opponent's side, rather than the home team
- Also be prepared to not receive the tickets until hours or minutes before the event. If out its out of town, have a back up plan for your time. They can only say that you will receive them before the event
- If, as with us, they cannot tell you when or if tickets will arrive no cancellation in advance so that you can go to a reputable site. Really, they can't tell you because they don't know. It's up to the seller to send you the tickets. If they don't know how to transfer electronic tickets via email, you won't get them.
- Though the website says "guaranteed", they really are not. If you don't receive them, you may get a refund but you will have to fight for it.
- And, as with me, they will hang up on you if you ask too many questions
- Oh, one more fun thing... you will receive an email with a survey for you to complete saying how well they helped you. Click on the link and a page comes up saying "Survey not Found"
- Do I need to conclude - Stay away from this scam! It's better that you get crayons and draw your own tickets. You will have a better chance of getting into the event.

Counterfeit Tickets!
Buyer Beware! I bought two tickets to concert at the Hollywood Bowl. When I got to the venue I was informed the tickets were counterfeit and were turned away. I was told to contact the merchant/vendor. AND THAT IS WHEN THIS NIGHTMARE ESCALATED! I called nine different times and waited on the phone over 90 minutes each before reaching a live representative. I was given the run-around and was told to be 'patient and TicketsOnSale were experiencing more disputes than usual, and I needed to fill out a "Denial of Access Form" before they could investigate my claim. The only way I could fill out that form is if they emailed the form, and that's where their scam escalates! They never mail you the form. They keep saying, 'refresh your email; it should be there in a hour; be patient.' 6 months later I'm still out my money! After my 9th call, once I gave them my "order number" they just disconnected my call. Do not buy any tickets from this company! They are crooks, and scam artists of the highest order! They won't allow you to speak to a supervisor, and all your calls will be redirected overseas to Manila. Buyer beware! Do not use this site ever!

SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!
We bought tickets for a comedy show, and even purchased the insurance as well. The tickets were nearly 4x the original price, but the show was sold out, and we really wanted to go, so we bit the bullet. We received a link via email that was supposed to contain copies of the tickets. When clicking the link, we were met with a page that said "oops Something went wrong". We sat on hold with customer service for well over 2 hours. TicketsOnSale ensured us a new link would be sent over before the event. 2hrs before the event; still no link, so we waited on hold again. They essentially told us there was nothing they could do, and were unable to reimburse us until after the event. We called back the next day, (waited on hold for another 2 hours), and they said they do not offer reimbursements. $250 and over 6hrs of hold time down the drain. I cant stress enough the amount of frustration this whole saga has caused. Do yourself a favor, and stay far far away from this company.
