The fast delivery was not cheap but very effective. The tie that I chose was beautiful and with excellent quality - just like in the image. No reasons to be afraid of online shopping if you are using Tieroom. I will definitely use this service again!

At the time I was shopping around for a tie the website was user friendly. I tried logging on to the website today and I couldn't access the account. Descriptions of items was good, even giving width of tie at its widest point, which I found helpful because wanted to gift items to a yute bwoy, and noticed he only wears skinny ties. Paid £33 for tie and pocket square and £13 for postage and packing via DHL Express (2 week delivery time frame). Yeah, £46 in total. Expensiiiiiiiiive!!!! But I'd read other review platforms where customers complained of waiting weeks and their items weren't delivered. As it was my items took 7 days to arrive, which was great. The tie and pocket square were quality items and my friend really likes them and most importantly, he wears them. So the swift delivery helped mitigate the expensive p&p charge. I'd shop with them again, only if they sort their website out because like I said above, I can't find where to login. I think you have to shop for items and when you get to the check out, then you can sign in to your account. But not sure.

Products are good quality but knocked a star off because of delivery time, says you are a UK company but message from Royal Mail said delivery was from Sweden, delivery note also mentioned Germany so if you if you want your stuff in a hurry or at the last minute then look elsewhere

Placed an order that I needed for a wedding. The item wasn't delivered. Can't give any other review score apart from very poor.

I bought this tie for my husband so that he had something closely resembling my dress for our son's wedding. I searched for a long time and found the Tieroom had the greatest choice. Arrived just on the maximum delivery period, but when I was worried about the delivery, I was instantly reassured by Nicklas. so great tie and great customer service.

The tie is great good quality but because of the two added bank holidays ,it arrived just after we left for the wedding on Saturday ,I had a back up ,not your fault just one of those things ,but I’ll save the tie for the next one .Thank you
