Shopping was easy, selection was good. Helpful information from Gus via customer service chat option.

Installer which was a Tire Rack Recommended Installer was Bad. Poor
Communication; I had to initiate all calls
And follow through. Tires were not done when Tire Rack were promised. Rims were scratched. Aggressive free roaming dogs in property-I was bit twice. I had to do all the loading and unloading of wheels- no service was offered. I was charged more then what was quoted. Will not go back to this establishment again!

I always get my tires from you all and I love the convenience that I have the option to choose, have them delivered at my front door and choose the installer of my choice as well. I am a recurring customer but I was disappointed to pick tires for my vehicle run flats and when placed in cart and ready to purchase Tire Rack were not available or doesn't come in run flat when it said it did, but overall I am satisified. I am looking forward to replacing my tires on my other vehicle in the next 2 months as well.

Tried buying this on mobile phone. Completed all delivery and purchase information and could not submit / place order. Could not figure out which field was blocking. Tried the check box to track the order, info in the did an employee help, and the free text field. Once data was entered into those last 2 fields Tire Rack would not allow me to submit. Even once data was removed. Those fields then became required. Went online into a browser to complete the order.

I used the chat to get recommendations, I spoke with an agent named Gus. He went above and beyond to find me the tires I was looking for and for my price range. This was one of the best customer experiences I have had! A big THANK YOU to him and Tire Rack for amazing customer service, great prices, free shipping and easy to use site. Gus just followed up with a call to tell me 3 of the tires will be here sooner than expected and the fourth will be here by Saturday! He deserves a raise and unlimited paid vacay's! I was originally going to purchase one tire due to a blown tire, but decided to just all 4 since Tire Rack were going to need to replaced soon anyway. So now thanks to Gus I can drive my vehicle since he got 3 of the tires to ship from GA. Again THANK YOU so very much!

I just purchased 13 tires from TireRack.com and got an excellent price on some top quality tires for my family and I to ensure our safe travels throughout the rest of this insane weather we've been receiving and are supposed to continue to have for the next few weeks. A very small price to pay for piece of mind!

Most corporations I hate. Tire Rack exist solely to extract the maximum profit from me. TireRack almost certainly exists for that same purpose, but I actually like doing business with you because I feel the layout of your website and the information provided on it enable me to make informed choices. And, critically, that information is verifiable via third parties, not marketing BS that tries to convince me to buy options and features I don't need. This makes our relationship mutually advantageous and I'm happy to continue giving you my business.

The factory all seasons on my wife's 2019 Blazer were dangerous in the snow. Tire Rack made it so easy to find all that I needed to equip it with rims and snow tires. Tire Rack provided everything and it came together perfectly right down to the tire sensors. The rims and tires look and handle great. You wouldn't know they were snow tires until you drive on snow. Driving in snow now seems like driving on a dirt road. The tires came in 2 days which was awesome. We are very pleased with tire rack and may buy a package for my truck next year.

Website inaccurate - earlier purchase for Dunlops indicated tires to be delivered this Friday and ship out. Rep had to call to correct/cancel order. Also, this is my first purchase since a previous bad experience with brake rotors - website inaccurately stated rotors would fit my vehicle and Tire Rack did not. TireRack did not fully refund the purchase price becuause they claimed one of the rotors was damaged upon return - did not specify exactly what or how damaged (was not damaged when I sent it back). We'll see if this experience is better.

I would give you 5 stars, but in the process of making this purchase I spoke with a representative yesterday who was not helpful and quite discourteous. I was prepared to make a purchase at the time that I was on the phone with him but he seemed to be defensive and uncaring about my questions. I have a recording of the phone call and could identify him quite quickly, but I am not going to go through that at this time. Otherwise I love your service and have purchased tires from you multiple times.

TIP: you guys shouldn't allow tire reviews from anyone who drove less than a few hundred miles on their tire (Street/spirited driving). Tracking tires are obviously a different dynamic. Raving/complaining about a tire drops Ben only 50 miles is asinine. It's like ordering a pizza, eating one piece of topping and raving/complaining about the pizza to anyone who can hear. It's ridiculous. Also, can you guys provide more info on things like sidewall stiffness for safety/performance. Otherwise you guys are great. Now can I get a discount on some quality forged wheels. Can't knock me for trying.

I placed my order late one evening, with delivery instructions to a dealership. A customer service rep called me first thing in the morning confirming my delivery request and suggesting I get a contact name to ensure the dealership was aware of the delivery and would hold the tires for me. Fantastic suggestion and I appreciated the follow up. Also received the tires within 36 hours from time of delivery. Incredible!

CS contacted me to ensure I had contacted the dealership to make them aware of the tires. Tire Rack sent me an email so I could respond with the contact name (parts) to ensure awareness and smooth delivery.

Normally all good. However local tire shops are watching tire rack pricing and becoming competitive with their pricing and convenience. One thing I found disturbing was on the tire rack sales receipt there was a foot note reading; " Customer advised that new tire speed rating is less than the vehicle's original equipment tires speed rating." As noted in review title I purchased eight tires so to which set of tires did this statement apply? Also which customer did you provide this information because I was not so advised.

Good advice from Tanner. Frustrating experience on the website as I pressed 'place order' several times to no effect. Then when I refreshed the page I had to reenter all my contact and CC info. The most frustrating experience is to hit the purchase button and not to either get a message thanking me for the order, or a message requesting additional information. To get nothing is sketchy. // Tire-wheel shipment arrived quickly. But in inspection of one wheel I see it has 10 separate weights attached to get it to balance. If it takes that much, isn't it better to unseat the bead, spin the wheel 90 degrees and try again?

Quick and Accurate and Professional service I have been a customer with Tire Rack for over 17 yrs, I really love the services that I have received from Tire Rack whenever I need to order my tires, Tire Rack are always willing and able to assist with whatever question or issues I may have. As long time return customer I have referred them to many of my family and friends and I will continue to do so, I call Tire Rack my All in One-stop, I find what I Need, I receive Great Customer Service and they can find the places to assist you in your area, and now have partnered with a Finance service that can assist you with your purchases,, SO thank you for 17 years of great service and amazing products!

Overall, a great experience and customer service from TireRack.com. The reason for the "one star" for delivery is strictly due to UPS's inability to get my tires delivered to me (UPS had the shipment 12/27/21, I finally got the shipment 1/11/22). I called TireRack.com to see if Tire Rack could help, and did they ever! The customer service rep (sorry - I don't remember her name) called UPS, found my shipment, and had UPS hold it at their Burlington, WA facility. I picked up all 4 tires there on 1/12/22.

So far everything has been smooth and pleasant, i have a bit of experience in web design, and the website has a very nice UI that helped me find the second best/most expensive rims, perfect for my winter tires, I'm so beyond excited for them.

I'm a cancer patient who has lost the ability to hike, ride my bike, or experience the world like i used to.

But, i can still drive, and rally my car just as well as (or better than; 3) anybody. This has been one of the most fun experiences, for as easy as its been to see all of the options, HOW MUCH Tire Rack WEIGH, the offset, all of the crunchy numbers i love to see. It made things easy for me. Thank you guys and gals, seriously!

Was impossible to use PayPal credit on Google Chrome. It would pop up and then cause an error. Frustrating as there was a Southwest Shopping offer of 2points/$1 spent that I was not able to get because I had to use Safari (800 Southwest Airlines points I lost out on). Only reason I still ordered from you was due to total price being the lowest. Very frustrating that your website doesn't work properly on Google Chrome as it's probably the most common browser out there!

This is my second order with Tire Rack. My initial order I ordered the wrong tires and I contacted customer service 2 hours later to see if I could change the tires on my order. Tire Rack were extremely helpful and easily made the change for me. No hassle with having to re-key another order. It was simple, quick painless and super refreshing to do business with customer service reps that handled my situation quickly and in the best way for all involved.

My only gripe is that the Installer Interface is a little bit clunky. What's happening is that it's hard to visualize which Installer is available -- per each Zip Code entered. For some reason (and on a fairly good Internet connection w/a good Dell laptop computer-- with no other site issues), that particular function (i. E., searching for various tire installers) is very labor intensive; so much so, I almost gave up and bought the wrong (but similar tire) from a local seller. I transferred ownership of my 2013 Ford Fusion to my girlfriend & she just got a flat. Initially, she was going to repurchase the tires so we entered her billing address. We decided to cancel the order because there is more tread on two of the tires. When I tried to reorder the tires I no longer can find anything on my history. Your system keeps telling me it does NOT match the zip code. Seriously? When I put her info in it still cannot find my long standing history?! Unbelievable.
