I was sent the wrong tires. (Mistakes happen) I emailed and by the next day I had an RMA to return them, and new tires on the way. The next day, about 36 hours after my first email, FedEx showed up with the replacements, and since I was here, took the other ones to send back.

I ordered a 7.2x16 tire for my tractor ... and received a 7x16 tire. This is not what I ordered ... as the tire I received is for a narrower rim. The local tire place was able to mount it ... using an inner tube with it as the tire did not grip the rim properly. It is not for highway driving, so there is no safety problem. But I did not get what I ordered.

I needed a quick replacement for two dry rotted tires on my Deere lawn tractor and TiresShipped2You delivered. They arrived in just a few days and are of good quality material. I'll be ordering more before the season ends to replace the tires on my trailer/cart. Thanks TiresShipped2You!

Well fortunately or unfortunately depending upon your view of technology these guys have got their IT game TOGETHER! I had ordered a set of tires previously and when I had to quickly order a single tire for riding lawnmower my account populated immediately (even from my phone) and it was a few quick steps and it was orderd - showed up at house shortly after. I am a new customer. They had the best price on 16x6.50-8 Carlise Turf Saver tires. Ordered on a weekend. They were shipped Monday, the first business day since ordered. I made a mistake in the shipping address, so the tires could not be delivered on Thursday in North Carolina. I emailed customer support and got a human response in 3 minutes. I got the tires the next day. Again, the delay was my fault. Tires are exactly as advertised. I am very happy and will buy from TiresShipped 2You again.

The ad said six ply tires and when I receive them they were stamped three ply tires but they are load to see which is equivalent to six ply tires. Don’t advertise how many plies and then switch it to load range after it is brought to your attention. Stay with load range and explain the quality so it’s an informed decision before the sale.

I was looking for 20” tires for my 2016 Taurus SHO! Prices were,imo,quite high,so I started searching online. I saw TiresShipped2you, I was amazed at the price difference versus any local tire store in the area! Naturally,I did have some reservations as the tires were not a well known brand! I saw the 4 1/2 star rating,which intrigued me. I saved almost $700.00 dollars ordering from you! They have been on my Taurus for well over a year and are holding up quite well! Since my wife’s 2017 Fusion needed tires,I once again ordered from your company! I am 100% satisfied!

There was definitely some miscommunication with a return of a purchase. At first I was very thorough about making sure the right order was returned and the refund was correct. After close to a month of emails, it still was not correct. I became very upset and gave Clint a hard time for not getting this correct with weeks of emails. After finally getting things worked out and feeling terrible about the way I reacted to Clint, I would still highly recommend for getting tires!! Hey, I needed new tires for an old tractor I had recently purchased.
I went on line in search of those tires and found your company and a tire manufactures name that I recognized as having a good reputation and at a reasonable price. There were competitors out there on the web and their tires were less money but they did not list the manufacture or ply rating of the tire up front. I don't play games and don't want to be played. So I bought the tires from you and they were delivered in just a few short days, literally to my doorstep. Great service, great follow up. Good price, thank you.

Received my tires yesterday. Shipping took longer than initially stated but that's not surprising these days and not the reason for the two stars.
The reason for the two stars is the tires I received are almost a year old. I'm dealing with a warranty issue on one of the tires currently on the car and the manufacturer is telling me they're out of warranty. I bought those tires (not from Tires Shipped2 You) a little over 4 years ago but the date on the tire shows it's past 5 years old. The documentation I have from the original purchase says the warranty ends at the 5-year mark so they say there's no warranty. And they're telling me it doesn't matter when they were purchased - they go by the manufacture date on the tire.
I don't want to install new tires on my car that are already one year old. It shortens my warranty and in the situation I'm currently dealing with, I'm going to have to pay for a new tire that otherwise should have been covered by the original warranty. The failed tire still had 73% of the original tread.
Can these be exchanged with tires that truly are new?

Hubby had a blowout on our farm tractor on Saturday afternoon, I ordered a new one Saturday evening and had it Tuesday morning. He was back to mowing hay Tuesday afternoon.

To be honest, the picture showed a tire on a rim which is what I was hoping for, although I suspected from the price that it was just the tire. That said, the price was by far a lot less than what I could find at the local stores. I am currently looking for someone to put the tire on the rim of my old, flat tire

Fast shipping good tires however they were wrapped together and flat as a pancake. Still have not been able to mount them on rims. They must have been lying flat at the bottom of a pile of tires or under something heavy. They are way out of shape. Can't be mounted in such a condition.

Tires as described! Won’t know the durability and wear of the 4 tire’s until more miles are put on the vehicle. Just recently had them mounted. The receiving of the tires was fast. Hopefully the tires turn out to be recommended by myself and serve all customers well who purchase them in the future.

To start, the tires were just what I ordered. I'm sure they will be the great product I'm used to buying in the past, but if not that's on Carlisle.
As for the experience with TIRES SHIPPED 2 YOU, there were no hiccups or gotchas in ordering, price was better than the rest, could not ask for a more stressless, easy process. I will for sure check them out on all my tire needs. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you TS2Y

Both tires are flat on two sides, (still are), but lucky for me round otherwise. Each had a big hole, but I plugged them with the rims. I did cuss at them a lot as I did both rim jobs, and they bit me several times during the insertion process. Next time I will talk nicer to them...maybe some lube? They are still mad, though, since they have been holding their breath after they were first blown (first date thing I guess).
So I guess we are all happy.......

Very pleased with tires shipped 2you, my order was shipped and delivered faster than I thought it would be gave them a five star rating, nice selection of tires to choose from i would recommend them to anyone who chooses to go this route to buy tires again I’m very pleased I chose them.

Slight issue in the delivery of 4 tires, only received half (2) although emails confirmed all 4 had been delivered. An email to the help department with a detailed description of what actually arrived and what was ordered was swiftly resolved and the other half of my initial order is in route as I write this. Kudos to the help department, specifically Clint & Jeremy, for swift action and confirmation that my remaining 2 tires are in route. CDM

Poor customer service. I purchased 2 mower tires. They were not shipped in a box and were smashed when I received them. After filing for a return authorization I did not receive a response for over a week. I had to ask again for authorization and return labels. After I shipped them back and they signed for the returned tires I did not receive a refund. It has been over a week since they received the damaged tires and I still have not received my refund. They have no phone number for customer service, everything is done through e-mail.

Ordered 12.5x80x18. Received 10.5x80x18. Emailed and problem on supplier end. Inventory labeled wrong. Was told to take tires to a fedex shipper and apply return stickers they provided and I would receive a full refund. I feel tires2you should of made needed return with fedex. They feel I need to spend my time doing this
