I want to begin this review saying I never received all of my order. That being said the experience with Titan Fitness was fantastic. I ordered assorted bumper plates and all arrived in a timely manner however, the main item I was after did not arrive. After tracking the order for two weeks I called Titan customer service. Over the course of a month I called customer service four times. Every person I spoke with seemed genuinely concerned with my issue. The item was damaged by the shipper and was undeliverable. The customer service professional issued an order for a replacement item and I began tracking that item. To make a long story short the shipper damaged this replacement item and deemed it undeliverable also. Another call to Titan resulted in my purchase price for the item was refunded as they had no more in stock and no backorder date. Once again the experience with Titan was FANTASTIC! The fact that the shipper damaged my item was beyond their control. Titan did every thing possible to get a quality undamaged item. Based on the quality of the products and the expemlary customer service, I will purchase from Titan Fitness again.
I think this was handled terribly. First of all someone sent me a product that they absolutely knew could not be used in any way. So the action taken to supposedly make things right on my end was to reimburse me the amount for the product I couldn't use. I believe that if you really wanted to attempt to make things right with me as a mishandled customer, your first response should have been to send me a brand new product of equal or greater value of the same incomplete product that nobody on this planet could have ever used...including Titan Fitness. I have never purchased anything from Titan Fitness pryor to this. I am very careful when I purchase from a company online that I have never purchased from. Before purchasing, I viewed YouTube reviews, Titan Fitness reviews, Amazon reviews, and even consulted with my StrongFirst Facebook group members about the integrity of the product as well the Titan Fitness reputation. I was about ready to pull the trigger on a Safety Squat Bar V2 for $299. plus sales tax. I opened the Titan Website and seen what was advertised as a "scratch and dent sale" for a safety squat bar the same price, but marked down 15%.
Showed it to my son, he was extremely excited. So I wasted no time and immediately ordered it. The item was listed as a scratch and dent item. There was nothing indicating anywhere about the bar missing parts or being a discontinued product that parts could not be ordered for to make it usable.
The bar was set to arrive via FEDEX delivery, and was delayed several days, and finally showed up. The box was in terrible condition and poorly taped up. I opened the box and seen only the bar with absolutely no packing, no handles that screw into the bar, no plate sleeves that the weights slide onto, and no manual. The first thing I did was contact customer service, the agent told me it was a scratch and dent item, and that's why it was incomplete. I told him that was unacceptable. So after being on hold for about 5 minutes, he returned and told me my account would be refunded in full, and I could keep the incomplete product. Now after this , YOU TELL ME IF YOU WOULD FEEL COMFORTABLE DOING BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT RUNS THEIR BUSINESS THIS WAY.
With all the rotten things that happened during this miserable experience, the least you could have done was just sent me a new, or near new bar that actually could be used when I opened the box...like what should have been done the first time. Nobody wants to order, wait, and finally be disappointed by a discontinued product that there is in no way possible it could ever be used again.
I have purchased a decent variety of Titan Fitness products over the years, and have never been really disappointed. I consider Titan like the Harbor Freight of fitness (in a good way!) as you all bring pieces of equipment into the reach of home gym owners like myself.
I recently purchased the new Titan Series (USA Made) SSB and received it last week. I was going to order the regular V2 when I happened to get an email advertising the introductory price on the new SSB so I went for it. When I received it I was a little distraught when I saw that the sleeves went on with hex set screws. I assumed they were welded like the V2. I don't recall seeing that they are attached via set screws on your website (although it may be there somewhere, I didn't look too in-depth admittedly) so I was a little surprised. I have had a bad experience with sleeves like this actually coming off the bar when a lift went south, and the results were extremely dangerous. While I'm sure that they are fine 95% of the time, my experience is that the set screws will loosen up a little with regular use of the bar, and if a lifter leans too much towards one side during a heavy set a sleeve can actually slide off (fully or partially) instantly sending the bar skyward.
I called Titan Customer Service immediately after opening the box and requested a return. Unfortunately, I would have to pay about $45 for shipping, and the box that the bar came in was completely thrashed by the delivery process. Cutting off the plastic bands to open the box resulted in the entire box falling apart into pieces, so I'd have to find a way to repack the thing as well. I don't blame Titan for this completely as your prices are so low that I'd imagine you can't absorb the cost of returns for a bar like this, so I was at fault for not doing greater research into the bar's construction. I decided to just put the bar up for sale locally rather than return it.
I will buy from Titan again, but this will probably make me more careful about what I order in the future.
This has seemed like the most chaotic and unorganized fitness company. I ordered a Tall wall mounted pulley system. I signed up on the website and received a 5% off code. When I arrive at check out, it will not let me use my code and it says “Cannot Apply”. But I didn’t really care because it wouldn’t have really been that much money taken off anyway. So I complete my order and it said I would receive a confirmation email confirming my order. A couple hours went by and I never got an email. The next day I hadn’t gotten the email yet so I went to my receipt (I screenshot the screen after I ordered so I would have some kind of proof just in case) so I seen my order number on the screenshot I took. I went to the website and typed the order number in to check the status of my order. It said “this order does not exist.” I tried several more times with the same response. I look at my bank account and the money is missing from my account. So at this point, I’m freaking out because I think I just ripped off. But I emailed customer service and she had to replace the order for me and she gave me a new order number so I could check the status and she said it would be here in 5-7 business days. None of this was correct. The new order number didn’t even work. The package came in but took 12 business days. The fedex tracking number did work correct. When I received the package, the box was severely damaged and looked like somebody took a ripped open box and tried putting it back together. So I open the box and I begin putting it together and I realize that there are some pieces missing. I begin counting everything in the manual and comparing it to what I have. I was missing 10 OUT OF 21 PIECES!!!!! And it didn’t even come with screws!!! I emailed Titan and I have to attempt to shove everything in this broken box and send it back. I am so upset with my experience with Titan. And customer service never offered me any kind of discount which is ridiculous. They could’ve at least let me keep the 10 pieces I received as replacement parts and just sent me a new one.
I ordered a pair of 25lb urethane dumbbells.
Honestly, for $145 I expected a better quality... The knurling depth is significantly different between the two dumbbells, one is much shallower than the other. Neither dumbbell is "bad" necessarily - if they were both consistently shallow, or both more pronounced, it would be fine. It just feels weird having two dumbbells in my hand with different knurling depth.
Lastly, the one dumbbell definitely looks used... It has obvious dirt/dark marks deep in the knurling and has finish marks on the outside edges of the urethane. They are dumbbells, they're gonna get used - they're not meant to be shiny. But, for the price, it's frustrating to receive a product that looks the way it did on arrival.
I own a few other Titan products in my home gym. I've been overall happy with them.
Just figured it was worth noting how this experience went. Hopefully, it's not a quality control issue overall with the product and maybe just one of my dumbbells was used and shipping by accident? I don't know, either way, it's not a big enough deal to return them as I've already been putting them to use.
I watched/read a lot of reviews and it was a mixed bag so I was a little apprehensive. I did notice the negative reviews were all from at least a couple of years ago. My experience is that I am incredibly impressed and I would say the quality issues are behind them. The value is there.
The plate-loaded lat pulldown tower showed up in perfect condition. Every part was in the box and the finish was uniform and perfect. The directions were good enough, I was able to put it together by myself although you need a step stool. My one suggestion is to pay attention to the numbers and parts, it's easy to mix something up.
There were a few videos I saw about the pulleys needing oiling or that they didn't spin as freely as you might expect. I had the same pulleys these guys had in their videos and they are fine as is. The pulley bearings are already greased inside of them and you really shouldn't thin out the grease with 3-in-1 oil or CLP to make them spin faster. In the youtube videos they thin out the grease and you can hear the ball bearings making noise, that's not good even if they spin faster. The pulley system is very smooth out of the box. I did grease the bolts and collars that keep the pulleys in place.
There are shortcomings but in the context of the great value you are getting they are trivial. It's made in China, lat pulldown bar is not great, and looking at it I wouldn't say it has commercial gym durability. But, you are getting a surprisingly great piece of equipment that does come from an American company for 1/3 or 1/4 the price of other similar equipment.
Received the Rack Mount Leg Roller and Lat Tower Knee Holder for the x-3 rack. Ordered for the T-3 rack that had been previously ordered from Titan directly. The t-3 rack was also not sent correctly, instead received the entire Tall Wall Mounted Pulley Tower V3 and rack was Missing 2 Posts. Sent That Back And Waited To Be Able To Put The RACK Gym Together And Begin Work Outs. NOW I HAVE THE WRONG Rack Mount Leg Roller and Lat Tower Knee Holder AND STILL CANNOT GET WORK OUTS IN.
DOES TITAN HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ATTENTION TO DETAIL? NEED STEPS TO RETURN THE WRONG ITEM AGAIN!!!! AND, HOPEFULLY GET THE CORRECT ITEM SENT. This is the worst ordering and customer service experience ever went through. I am continuously asked to take pictures and explain to Titan what they did wrong (AGAIN) with their own data details on order number, item code... , explain how they cannot get orders and gym sets correct and wasting hours and hours and hours of my time fixing Titan's mistakes. After multiple issues, I am now a Titan customer service solutions employee as opposed to a customer but just not getting paid.
Please , pretty please, send instructions for how to get your orders straight ASAP so I can actually get my work outs in.
If you need website help I am IT and can help with this but would need to be paid, your website says all racks are compatible but there is no part of the ordering process to designate what rack the customer has; so it would be assumed by the customer the previous rack ordered would be covered. Your rack have clear details on dimensions. Why don't your accessories?????
Please give me a reason to not post this factual review and make Titan's customer
Absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the service. I was missing parts in my original bench order and reached out to Titan to be assured that replacements would be shipped to me immediately. Over a month went by of back and forth contact with their customer service for my replacement order to be reshipped several times yet "lost" by the carrier every single time. I was then told that nothing could be done because I just had to wait "10 business days" for another replacement to reordered, nor was I able to receive a refund. At this point, it had already been over a month of me waiting since I first reached out about this order. Finally, an agent placed a completely new order for me, only for me to receive my bench after a month and a half to find that this new order was missing more hardware again. I could not even be bothered to deal with customer service anymore and have instead gone to buy the missing pieces at my own expense, even though I had paid full price for this bench that should have included all the parts from the start. I am furious and upset with Titan Fitness and their service, as I am sure there is nothing they will do to make up for any of this inconvenience and will NOT be recommending them to anyone ever in the future.
I purchased the Titan Leverage Squat machine for an alternative to traditional squats due to a rotor cuff injury many years ago. Simply put it is too painful for me to get into proper position for a low bar squat anymore and the leverage squat seemed to be a good alternative.
This comes in two boxes and both boxes arrived intact without any excessive structural damage. The contents in both boxes were packaged well with ample styrofoam bracing. All the parts were un damaged and the powder coat finish was surprisingly un damaged as well. I have purchased several pieces of gym equipment where this is not always the case.
Assembly was easy and straight forward, I recommend using your own tools this makes the job that much easier. I had my daughter helping and with unboxing through final assembly and set it took about 2 hours plus or minus.
After initial use it is overall stable however I would recommend leaving at least a pair of 45 lb plates on the weight horn to keep the machine from shifting. The angle plate where you a supposed to place your feet for the squat does not work well for me. I am 6’3 and find that this is far to cramped a position for me to be in, I adjusted for this by placing my feet on the outside of the base plate similar to a standard squat and found this to work well. As a side note my daughter who is 5’5 does not have this issue.
The calf block works very well and one my other reasons for purchasing this device as I do not have a calf machine and seated calf machines I have never felt worked well for me.
Overall a very nice piece for your home gym.
My purchase for the Titan equipment came as a recommendation from a friend. While the overall equipment, once assembled, met my expectation, the overall delivery experience is only so-so.
1) My delivery was delayed for about a week with the package appeared to have been sitting somewhere in California with no updates from either Titan or the carrier.
2) Upon receiving the order, the two boxes arrived on 2 separate days although shipped at the same time. The box for the cage was pretty torn with one end ripped open. Luckily all pieces were accounted for and nothing fell through the opening in transit.
3) There was no instruction contained within the box, and the tag referencing the URL for installation instruction brought be to an unsecure website and the code didn't work. I end up downloading the manual from the Titan website since I don't even have a packing list to check if I received all the pieces.
4) While I purchased everything brand new, some of the vertical uprights had scuff marks/gashes on them. Mainly cosmetic but still....
5) The 1.5" cross bar for pull ups is simply a black coated bar with no textured surfaces to help with grip, something shown on the demo but not for my equipment, so I am not sure if that is the correct pull up bar in the shipped package.
Again, I recognize equipment such as they are unwieldy and difficult to transport, and at the end all the pieces arrived as ordered. However I expected a more timely update with status and packages not appear to have fallen out of a truck and driven over when I received it.
Thanks.

It is very unfortunate that I have to leave this review, but I have been unable to receive any kind of meaningful response from this company after multiple attempts, and I need other buyers to be aware about how alarmingly unprofessional Titan Fitness is.
I purchased a Plate Loaded Functional Trainer from Titan back in early March. All was going well until I started to set up the trainer and noticed that two of the vital parts were damaged. I contacted the company about this - they said they were not able to send the individual parts as replacements. They could only send an entirely new box, which I would have to take the replacement parts from, put in the old damaged parts, and then reseal and send the entire box back. Odd way to work, but I said sure I will do that.
Then, the new parts that arrived in the new box were damaged just like the old ones. This was clearly some sort of manufacturer issue. I contacted the company again, informed them of this, and said I just wanted my money back. They said they would only refund my money once I shipped all the original equipment back to them. This meant I had to take apart the entire rest of the trainer that I had already set up, and figure out how to repack it. If you have never ordered a very heavy piece of home gym equipment to be delivered (at least from this company), let me tell you: the parts are so heavy and bulky, and the cardboard boxes they use to ship them are so flimsy, that the boxes inevitably arrive completely falling apart. This means that the boxes they used to ship to me were not able to be reused to ship back.
So, naturally, I asked Titan fitness to send me boxes that I could then ship back. They told me they couldn’t do that. They said that I would then be reimbursed if I could find my own boxes and use those to ship the items back. Consider for a moment how difficult it is to find reinforced cardboard boxes that are over 6 feet long and wide enough to accommodate a fully disassembled plate loaded functional trainer. Needless to say, it took me considerable time and money to procure those boxes. But I was told by Titan fitness, in writing, that I would be reimbursed for those boxes. So I did everything I was supposed to do on my end, and sent the trainer back in the new boxes I had purchased.
Then I waited. And waited. I could see from FedEx‘s records that the boxes have been delivered back to Titan fitness, but there was no acknowledgment from Titan fitness, and there was no refund. I had to follow up with Titan Fitness multiple times AFTER this before I could even receive my refund for the original purchase that I made back in March (it was now May). When I followed up to ask where my refund was for the boxes that I had to provide to ship back THEIR OWN damaged equipment, I was told by a supervisor named Shea Connor that they were not able to refund me any more than the purchase price of the item. I responded to him quoting what his own team had told me, in writing, about being refunded for that expense.
That was back on May 25. It is now June 23, and I have heard nothing – not a single reply - from Shea Connor or anyone else on his team in response. So I have been left to shoulder the burden of the time and money to return this remarkably flawed equipment back to this company, I was never reimbursed for that expense, and I continue to be stunned by the lack of consistent communication and professionalism from this company.
I have photos and emails and multiple examples of evidence in writing to back up what I have said here.
The pull up bar itself is 10/10; great grip variations, rugged and sturdy, exactly what I was shopping for. The etched grip takes awhile to get use to, but your hands build up against it over time which I like. My wife uses gloves however.
I'm knocking the review down just from a user experience stand point. The bar came with 4 concrete anchors, but all the pictures show this being mounted into wood, so very confusing. Then when you call Customer Support they have no idea what you're talking about and just recommend the manual... the manual is a picture of the pull up bar and then no other information.
I bought 4 lag bolts and secured it into my garages overhead rafters and this worked well. Kinda crazy cause this was $16 in hardware but the concrete anchors would be closer to $22. So Titan seems to be supplying wasted hardware, which is a shame because this cost is passed onto the consumer who (assumingely) will need to invest in their own hardware since this isn't advertised for concrete anywhere.
All in all, if you are handy or know someone handy, and don't mind spending some extra money and making a trip to the hardware store then this is a A+ product, just don't expect help from Titan.
When I initially placed my order I had the wrong address entered for delivery (which was my mistake) as we moved just a few days prior. I reached out by email immediately (as this was Friday afternoon) to see if the address could be revised or if the order could be cancelled and I would just reorder with the corrected address. I was stunned that the next day the email I receive says "I understand you need to make changes to your order, however, it has already been released to our customers. We are no longer able to make any changes to it. We can contact FedEx and have it rerouted to the correct address; however, they will be charging $20 per package. Let me know if we should proceed and we will send an invoice." I reached out immediately to avoid any rerouting fees or would have been happy to cancel/reorder. I'm also a bit upset as well because the "this has already been released to our customer (me)" because when I looked at the tracking given to me I see;
23 Mon 05:12 AM Shipment information sent to FedEx 17050, US, United States · FedEx®
24 Tue 12:00 AM 2022-05-24T00:00:00 Picked up NEWVILLE, PA, 17241, US, United States · FedEx®
Which tells me that the address very well COULD have been changed as the label wasn't evenc reated until Monday and wasn't picked up until Tuesday. So I got hit with a $20 charge even despite being vigilant of my inital error.
On top of that I sent numerous emails and phone calls regarding this delivery as the tracking STILL showed my old address. It was not until Thursday that the tracking showed the address change request;
26 Thu 05:11 AM Address corrected US, United States · FedEx®
And by then they already attempted to deliver to the wrong old address (I know because I had to call FedEx to ensure they in fact did have my updated address). I finally received the squat bar and I'm happy with the product itself but this process has been a nightmare and I don't honestly know if I will purchase from Titan again because of how much chasing down I had to do on top of paying extra just to correct this.
Where to start? I am building out a home gym. I have added a lot of equipment and have used your company for some. Of the 6 orders I have placed, 3 of them have been screwed up. I spend more time trying to get things repacked and shipped back to you as I do using the equipment.
First, I ordered a bar. I waited for weeks and it never showed. You finally replaced it and within 2 days receiving the 1st bar another bar showed up. This one was packaged like no one cared how it looked. I got it packaged back up as best I could and sent it back.
The next order that was wrong was for my T3 half rack. I ordered a T3 pulley system for my rack and actually called to make sure it was the right piece. I was assured it did. Wrong. It only works on the T3 full rack. When I tried to send it back the customer service agent argued with me that it dod work on my rack. She finally got someone from product support who verified it wouldn't work. By the way, you made me pay to ship it back even though your team screwed it up twice and told me it would work.
Now we get to this weekends fiasco. We are finishing up the gym and I have to place the last few pieces and anchor them. I bought H-PND from you (also a birthday gift for my wife) and this needs to be set up and placed and then the power rack and storage. I ordered the equipment with plenty of time to get here before Memorial Day weekend because that is the last weekend before July 4th we have free to finish up. The boxes came and I set them aside. Yesterday, Saturday the 28th, I opened the first box and unpacked everything. I cut the box up and disposed of it. I then opened the second box which seemed much lighter to find not the rest of my machine but a metal campfire ring of some sort.
I immediately called you only to find that you are gone until after Memorial Day. Now I have major problems. I threw away the first box. I can't pack it back up and send it to you. I don't know if this was the 1st box or 2nd box that I got so we now have to figure out what I have and don't have (given your company's struggles in shipping I have no confidence I will get the missing equipment on the replacement shipping). I cut the banding and opened the box on the fire ring. I have no idea how I will repack this and send it back. Lastly, and most important, practically it will be July 4th before I can find time to put this equipment together and finish the gym. You just cost me 6 weeks.
How the hell does this happen? How does a fitness equipment company screw this up this bad? I could see get half of one machine and the wrong half to another but half a reverse hyper and a fire ring? Really? It would be like ordering a new car and getting half the car and a bushel of apples.
If I could I would send all this back and order from someone else I would but I have no way of packing the first box back up as the box has been destroyed. I am so furious right now but I am stuck. Make this right ASAP. I also sent you an email and a message on Twitter.
I have no problem with the item that I ordered. My issue is when I ordered it, it was stated that I would be receiving my item in April in which I knew was going to to delayed. The delivery date came and no item. I continued to wait and check my email for some type of update. However, still nothing. I decided to call customer service and was told that my bench would not be delivered until June. With that said, I was not pleased because 1. it was not delivered as stated when ordered; 2. I was not notified that it was not going to arrive on time; 3. Why my money 💰 was taken out of my account before the item could be shipped; 4. I had to call customer service to be told my item would not arrive until June when I ordered it in March. I asked where was the communication to relay that information but was told you all don't notify people of any change in delivery dates 🤔.
To me that is bad customer service after someone has spent their money with your company but can't be updated on the status of items ordered especially when the funds were taken out of my account already. Maybe try contacting your customers to keep them abreast and not taking the funds until the item is actually ready to be shipped. There should be someone to keep track and send out generic emails to customers to keep them informed.
Firstly, I was very pleased with the overall quality of the T2 power rack and T2 extension kit. That being said there was one significant problem with one extension post. There was a bad weld inside of one of the posts which prevented me from sliding the post over the weight horn. Luckily I work in the trades and I have access to the tools necessary to fix the issue but most people do not. This would have resulted in wasted time, effort, and expense for both Titan and the consumer. I have "before and after" photos that I wanted to submit but it appears this review form will not let me. Aside from that, there were some superficial marks/scratches on the rack and some more significant scratches on the extension kit, some of which resulted in the powder coat being removed. The box containing the extension kit was damaged upon arrival with a portion of the box completely ripped open. The box containing the rack was intact but was delayed at the distribution center and was delivered a day after the extension kit. I do not place the blame for this on Titan, but you should be aware of how your products are being delivered. I appreciate the fast shipping and do intend on purchasing more products from Titan as I expand my home gym.
Thanks in advance,
Jared
One of the worse large purchases and support experiences I've ever had. Your motto should be "buy our crap or don't" which is obvious by your low-quality products and customer support.
The wall rack mount is dangerous without a stringer but your team seems to not even understand what one is. I'm shocked that anyone ever purchases this junk. The quality of the item is china grade material and construction. The welding is that of a child. It didn't even come with hardware. How can you expect the customer to absorb the cost because you want to save a buck? Jerks.
The bench was on back order for months and your team seemed proud to make customers wait. One even lied that it was "made in the USA" but when the bench finally did arrive, it came with the chinese packing. You just order this crap from China, repack it at your facility and then ship it out to customer. The welding on this is even worse and the bench continues to spew out small metal particles each time i use it.
I don't know how you're still in business but i do look forward to the day when you go out of business or some sweatshop buys you out. You get what you deserve.
I will ensure that i tell everyone i can about my experience so that they don't make the same mistake. As many have said before me, I should have just spent the extra money and gone with Rogue.
The Wrist Roller Model 401481 product design and ESPECIALLY THE MANUAL (online) is flawed, as regards the strap's use and reliance on Velcro to secure the end of the strap to the safety clip (which easily attaches to the pull road that holds the weight plates). The Manual clearly states the Wrist Roller is "shipped FULLY ASSEMBLED" -- but that is not true. One must go online to view the Manual for instruction on how to attach the safety clip to the strap, BUT THE MANUAL IS DEVOID OF ANY INSTRUCTION ON ATTACHING THE TWO ITEMS TOGETHER. It is left to one's imagination, or else calling Titan. I called Titan, and it took about 20 minutes or longer on the phone to get any helpful information, explaining "there is a loop" near the end of the strap where the Velcro-coated end is supposed to "slide through" (after looping through the safety clip). It is extremely difficult to try to get the Velcro end of the strap through that narrow loop, because the Velcro surface keeps grabbing onto the inside of the loop and doesn't "slide through".
MY RECOMMENDATION: Either ship the Wrist Roller FULLY ASSEMBLED to the customer, as claimed in the online product Manual, or else update the Manual to give DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS on how to assemble the product once it's been received. - Charles Garcia
Much like other reviewers have experienced my hardware bag came open and missing a few washers. It wasn't a huge deal..... I went to the local hardware and got 4 M16 washers that were an exact match. They only cost a few bucks. The other thing to note..... I have put together a lot fitness equipment and always have the right tools. These bolts / nuts are huge 15/16. I had to buy a wrench and a larger socket to put the stands together. No big deal.... but plan on an additional cost for that if you don't have the tools. It was about $45. I'm only knocking the one star off for the QC on the hardware, which seems to be a chronic issue. That being said.... The stands are great and work well. I do think there should be a locking mechanism on the bar holders. And I got the pull up bar attachment and at 6'1" I have to get on my knees to use it as the stands are only 6 feet tall and the bar doesn't quite go all the way at the top. I struggled on the decision to buy these vs. the Rogue independent stands, which were $100 more. I like that the Titan stands have the side holes in addition to the ones in front. I am happy with my purchase. The stands are fairly sturdy and serve their purposes well.
One star is too much, too bad there are no negative stars. As a first-time customer dealing with Titan is Pete Buttigieg it sucks balls. I received lat pull down you cant use. I was nice at first sent pictures to show the problem and even called up. They said they would have someone contact me back in 2-4 hours and that never happened. So I called back again and said they understood as they get a lot of these problems and would have someone call me again in 2-4 hours. Guess what no call. Knowing you are getting a product from overseas even according to u-tube and everyone and their problems now that I'm finding one would think as the pallets come in before it is shipped out to a customer on an expensive shipping truck someone would verify all the correct parts are in the pallets because sending it to a customer and for that customer to find out they just got fucked and they dispute it all over social media. No, I have become one of the victims myself. Sadly I made the mistake of canceling my order with the competitor Frey Fitness because they still didn't have it in stock and would be in a few weeks. Saw that Titan had it even though more money chose to get it. Little did I know this would be a shitty experience and be the victim like everyone else that reported on the media. Too bad I didn't check that first would have saved myself mentally and financially. All could have been resolved in a few hours with someone calling me back to understand the issue and who was willing to correct it. Knowing the company has 400 of these in stock one would think knowing there is a major quality control problem would put two sets aside to take parts from to show a customer they truly care about them and to get them to buy more. Instead, the plan is to intensionally piss them off to never come back again and tell everyone they know about their shitty experience. It's not like I am missing bolts that I can go to the store and replace myself. These are stamped steel parts that make the whole system work properly and with the wrong parts the whole machine is useless. As previously stated could have been resolved in 2 hours if someone realized it's the customers who pay their hard money that keeps the company open. By the way, still did not get the call and still have a useless machine that I need corrected parts for if anyone cares.
