Titan Great Outdoors

Unimpressed. I own a Solo stove for another location and bought Titan's stainless steel replica. Heavier but not as efficient in reducing smoke. The lid is not as durable as Solo's and more apt to be blown by the wind and damaged. My real issue was the unit came damaged (deeply dented in two spots) and the box had no sign of shipping damage which means quality control is lacking. Customer service was quick to respond and offered me a new one. I hate to see extra shipping, boxes and a stove go to waste so requested simply a reduction in my cost. They only offered $13. Sigh. Titan will spend at least $100 to ship a new one and pickup the old. Customer service does not have the authority to make a good decision for the company and the environment. Waiting on my new one.

Thru no fault of Titan Grill, FedEx delivery lost the mounting post and shelf associated with my purchased grill (Item No. 899227). All I received was the grill body itself in a badly ripped-up cardboard carton.
Titan customer rep Esther Bayani (you rock, Esther!) was immediately sympathetic to my situation and after consulting with her supervisor - offered me a full replacement shipment.
The second grill was delivered within a week and arrived fully intact. It was easy to assemble following their online instructions. This is built exactly as those grills you see at public park picnic areas. We look forward to years of 12 month constant use. Great company. Great product. Highly satisfied.

Basically love the rack, but very disappointed when I went to mount it to my 2020 Ram 2500 long bef. I centered rack on my bed, which was to close to the stake pocket and the half inch hole, as per instructions, was up against the outside sidewall and blew out the stake pocket on my new truck, I will take the rack to a welder and pay $85.00 an hour to have “ALL” the tabs lengthened to place them in the center of the bed rails. Also the tabs that screw rack to back of bed will also need to be lengthened! On top of that, the bolt placements don’t come close to matching the assembly instructions!!! And what keeps the rear center bars, which are a lot smaller than the square tubing they slide into, from sliding and rattling? Great idea, very poor quality control!!! I now have to completely rebuild in order to use it, sorry, but not happy!

The worst customer service I’ve experienced. My shipment was lost and after numerous phone calls I was told to either wait 2 weeks before a replacement can be shipped out or pay for shipping and a new fire pit. I NEVER LOST THE SHIPMENT! 6 separate phone calls to customer service and requesting to speak with a supervisor, I was told each time by the reps that no supervisor was available. Then they proceeded to assure me and “promise” me that someone will call me back in 2-4 hours and that my case has been sent to escalation. Not one time did anyone ever call me back. How does a customer service center not have any supervisors?? I called different days of the week, different hours of the day and kept getting the same answer. Will not do business with this company again

The table was shipped with FedEx ground and came damaged with scratches all over the surface. This was after the nightmare of dealing with FedEx who claimed it was delivered but nothing was left except for some paperwork from Titan that was found in the ditch at the end of our driveway. I submitted a claim and the table showed up 3 days later in a mangled box, like someone threw it off a moving truck! I understand that things happen but maybe pick a better courier, FedEx ground are independent drivers and clearly this one didn’t seem to care!

I am building a private campground in Foresthill California and found these fire rings on Titan's site. The price point was very good and they have a built-in grill for cooking. I received my order very quickly, shipping was early and all 10 of them showed up with minimal damage to the boxes. I've opened and inspected just one so far. Construction seems good, strong product that looks like it will stand the test of time. If these work as good as they look we will be purchasing another 90 units to complete our 100 site campgrounds. Can't wait to get them installed and tested.

We ordered a "scratch and dent" lounger and footstool. There was a small crack in one of tenons that extended inward for about three inches. It didn't affect the assembly. Other than that the exterior condition of the lounger was excellent. I appreciated the smooth sanding job, not always the case with teak furniture.
The instructions were limited to simple drawings. There were no remarks regarding gluing of the tenons and dowels. I called customer service and was told it was optional. I noticed, however, that the dowel were of the spiral fluted type, which are made to be glued. So we glued the tenons and the doweled joints, making sure to remove any excess glue. On some of the dowel joints, the holes were not uniformly drilled so they required the dowels to be driven in with a mallet and scrap piece of wood. As it was, six of the dowels did not go in all the way and had to be carefully trimmed off with a flush-cutting saw. The others all drove flush easily using a small hammer.

I am impressed with the products and service of Titan Great Outdoors. I purchased the Santa Maria grill. Modified it slightly with paint and chains and pimped my Weber pro. The cook was excellent kissed by flames and not overly smoked. This is my 5th piece in outdoor grilling, charbroiling, and smoking collection. I can deliver what is needed. This kettle Argentinian grill takes your Q to the next level, absolutely love it. Get one you will be impressed. QUE PADRE BBQ.

I received a phone call from Jennifer to schedule shipping and did so for 06/15. The package was a no show. The manager decided to not load my package and not call. I then called to find out and was told that there were notes stating that it should have been delivered. I then rescheduled another delivery date for 06/17. I called on the morning of 06/17 and the girl who answered the phone had to tell them to put my package on the truck for shipping otherwise without my call, it again would not have been delivered. Poor communication or work between the call intake, to shipping labels w confirmation numbers to actually getting the products in a timely manner. I would not recommend this delivery service to anyone.

I found the item online and looked at the pictures and took a chance and bought an outdoor fire pit grate. It qualified for free shipping and it arrived quicker than I ever expected. Once it arrived I opened the well-packaged box and was amazed by the quality of the item. It was heavy, thick and kept together with welds that should last a lifetime. The pictures do not do this item justice. The entire process was fantastic. From going to the website, ordering, paying, the quick (free) shipping, the excellent packaging and the outstanding item - everything was great. And I do mean great. I am hard to please and this entire experience completely exceeded my expectations. Do not hesitate to purchase this or other items from Titan Great Outdoors. They are a good company that operates under the age-old idea that you should give customers good quality items with good quality service. They care and it shows.

I purchased the roaster last May and just opened the box today which is a few days before my bday, and I found a small dent on the edge where the right leg has to be connected. No big deal because I was able to straighten/flatten the dent and the leg was connected with no problem. However, as my son and I were connecting the cover, we were missing 4 washers and 2 screws. So we had to put only 3 screws on each side. I have not used the pig roaster yet but I know the motor runs. I just hope that it will do its job when I put a whole pig of more than 50 lbs to roast on my bday next week. I also ordered additional forks last night just in case I have to roast whole chickens next month. I’m very excited to use the roaster and my son said that it’s a thousand times better than using our fire pit for roasting a whole pig. He does not have to carry all the firewood and wait for about almost an hour to get the fire ready. Thank you for this product. I’ll keep in touch.

Awful customer service...refused to help correct issue with defective 42" Hemisphere bowl that came with manufacturing defect. Refused to return or try to correct issue. Product looks nothing like in photos...came out of the box with huge goopy/crusty blobs of something (glue?) all over side and interior of it. Base was completely rusted and stained my patio within 1 day of setting it on it. I understand this is RAW metal but nothing in the description says it comes with giant crusty rust blotches all over it and that it will most surely stain our patio/concrete within a day of ownership. I have not even burned anything in this and the entire thing is already rusted bright orange! Heaven forbid if anyone accidentally leans against it or try to move...it will result in rust all over you and anyone around you! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Also NO instructions included on how to manage this orange rusty nightmare!

Excellent wood. Excellent Hardware. Beautiful design. Assembly instructions....really bad.
I would give it five stars if it weren/t for the poor assembly instruction; either the ones in the box or on the web. None of them reflect where the pivot rod hardware is placed on the lower section.
There is no step by step instruction and this one is challenging because of those rods so you need to figure out a good order of assembly. In general, I found that you build one side on the top section or bottom section, then mate the sections together, then attach the components on the other side that things work out.
Even so, I would still recommend this bench! It's a great value that is half the cost of other Grade A teak benches out there.

The grill I bought came with the mounting plate to mount to concrete. It made the grill 48" tall to the top position of grate. I am 6'2" and that is way too tall for me.
I need to cut 1' off of the pipe to make it work
then weld it back together the paint it. Then the grate resting slits are not even, so my grill when leveled up the grate will be crooked.
This looks cheap, and poorly made, not very good quality control at Titan. Looks like it was made in somebody's garage and they were drinking when they made it. Disappointed I would of been happier if I would have made my own. I shouldn't have to rework something I just bought to make it useable.

Ordered a 22 inch round Weber style grill insert on sale for $91.97. If you can find such a thing, all the ones I've seen are either a quarter inch thick or less. This thing from Titan is a whopping three-eighths of an inch thick of carbon steel, weighs a whopping 36 lbs, and yet is half the price of some of the other 22" grates. And it was sold with free shipping! I ordered it on Wednesday, May 26th, 2022, and it arrived 48 hours later from Mississippi to Maryland by FedEx Ground on Friday, May 28th, 2022, just in time for Memorial Day Weekend! Well packaged in thick cardboard and styrofoam, and included a removable 9.5" center grate. I washed it with soapy water, seasoned it with high temp avocado oil, and it's ready to go! What a deal! Thank-you Titan!

Ordering was easy and smooth. It was actually receiving the item that was a little frustrating. I ordered and received a confirmation email immediately. I then received an email stating the item was in stock and ready to be shipped, but never received an email confirming the item was shipped. I had to call three times over several days before the team who answered the phone was able to issue a replacement order. Once that was done, I received an email stating the item was being shipped and a tracking number. I received the item very quickly, opened it and checked everything out for the parts, which were all there. My husband and I were able to quickly assemble the grill and tested the motor. Everything looks great and is in working order.

This grill is amazing. It arrived on time and was very well packed. Took me about an hour to assemble, nothing too arduous or anything. The grill is a work of art...just a good-looking addition to my back yard and you can really tell it is made of super high-quality materials. I recommend scrubbing the stainless steel grate with soap and water to remove the oily film. I believe this is added to protect the steel prior to seasoning. To season it, it got the grill nice and hot and put a few layers of canola on it...when the smoke stops, the grates are seasoned. Did some prime grass-fed ribeyes to break her in...came out amazing. Found a great cover on Amazon for it. I recommend one that is 58 inches wide with the buckle straps for tightening. Fit like a glove and looks good too. Already have seen some rubbernecking from envious passersby...not gonna lie, it is a good feeling! Thank you Titan for making such a great product at a fair price.

I’ve been using my Pitt Boss pellet for a while now and has replaced my BHC Barrel and Weber 22” Kettle. Just easy pushing a button to turn on the pellet, LoL. However, with the Santa Maria attachment it just made me love my Weber again! I love this style of open fire cooking. Just throw in some coals (half chimney) and one or two logs of your favorite (mine is Hickory, Oak and Mesquite). It’s just so mesmerizing of controlling the heat with the wheel and watching the drippings of the meat hit the flame. I did burgers and carne asada with grilled vegetables on a hot 100 degree Texas day and it turned out great. Can’t wait to do more cooks on this beast. BTW Titan was great getting this product to me in a few days, actually beat my expectations. Lastly, the quality and build of this product is fantastic, you will not be disappointed!!

I ordered the 59" teak glider and received a huge grill instead. The grill weighed 200lbs and was dropped into my driveway. I could not move the grill and had to park my car on the street for a few days until it was picked up. Your customer service had it picked up a few days later.
Even before the glider was resent the item had a price reduction. I contacted customer service for the adjustment and had to fight to get it. I cannot say I had a great experience purchasing from your company.

My 24-inch diameter wagon wheel fire pit grate is well suited for the out-of-doors. It serves as the base for a Solo Stove Bonfire pit situated on a wood deck. The grate provides clearance beneath the pit and the redwood surface regardless of the amount of heat generated from the Bonfire piy.
