This company sucks please don’t ever purchase anything from them/ not only do they never reply to your emails but they said my item shipped which I still didn’t get after 2 weeks. I asked for a refund since they won’t provide a resolution and they won’t even do that.

Adding filters for sleeve length and neck shape would save so much time. Overall, the filtering system is messy:(

This website is very easy to navigate. Payment is easy with many payment options. Also, the clothes are very pretty. My daughter loves it!

I like your products although I returned several items a while back and in purchasing again, it was confusing as to how to get the store credit. It wouldn't go through until I typed in my credit card number and just hoping I won't be charged anything.

The entire website is glitchy and not user friendly. One example is that you can’t set the size search to S it automaticallt selects XS. Some of the letters in the words are cut off. The search filter options are unhelpful. Needs major updates. On Safari /cellphone.

Nothing extraordinary- I dont love the website was formatted but thats just a personal preference- Im sure some people do love it though!

I wish I could have tried it on but they sent the wrong dress. They sent something else it didn’t fit and I can only get a store credit for my order.

3 stars is for the fact that I'm supposed to get 50% off my first order for items that aren't reduced in price....BUT, EVERYTHING is already supposedly reduced! So I don't really get a discount for my first order. Misleading and disappointing!

Pretty straight forward check-out. Prefer to have instant online help and buyer feedback features. Maybe shoe sizing chart can include cm also for more accurate reference.

dresses are very cute/pretty, sizing is a bit odd, the tops are not cute though, customers come here for the dresses pretty much exclusively

I sent an email in response saying I've never received this item, and I will send an official email to the help email of the website with order number details to mention that I've never received this item

They have a no refund of original payment method that sucks if you don't like any of the dresses. Stuck with a bunch of store credit now and I don't like any of the dresses on this website. Do not buy from here

PayPal info should easily input data for payment. I had to retype my card info even though I selected PayPal.
