Tradekey people said that before starting my tradekey services TradeKey have to update my data on tradekey website to open my online shop, they demanded all my company information to them, like product photos, specifications of the products, business license and certificates. It was not enough for information gathering here but they also shared a document with me which asked much details to enter in that document, it was so frustrating that I made my mind to put bad tradekey review as I felt as i also became the victim of tradekey scam as other previous tradekey reflecting the same and it was too difficult to deal with such stuff even though i have paid to be the premium member and most likely to face tradekey fraud.

As a manufacturer company in China, I work as a marketing manager. After signing up with Tradekey, Ive noticed to get phone calls from Tradekey staff workers nearly everyday, where they try to entice me into buying their membership. After two weeks of persuasion, Ive stupidly decided to pay $512 for silver key membership. Ive also noticed that Ive been getting more inquiries from buyer! HOWEVER, soon I find out that these are NOT LEGITAMITE BUYERS. They are FRAUD buyers SET UP by TRADEKEY.COM THEMSELVES! When I search the buyers contact information, it is either invalid or they are not a company that deals in the products I manufacture. Also, after complaining about receiving few inquiries, Tradekey.com immediately posts inquiries for me the next day, but after responding to the buyer, they never respond back again. Another crazy thing is when I call the buyer, it seems to be a Tradekey.com staff worker! Trying to adjust to the buyer countrys accent! I HAVE GOOD REASON TO BELIEVE THAT NEARLY ALL INQUIRIES HAVE BEEN SENT BY TRADEKEY.COM TO KEEP CUSTOMERS BUSY AND HAPPY LIKE LAB RATS. ALL BUYER POSTS ARE OUTDATED AND PROBABLY ALL FAKE, TRADEKEY.COM ARE PURPOSELY POSING AS BUYERS.

Ive also heard from forums that buyers either in US/CA or Europe being tricked by manufacturing companies and swindled for their money. I think Tradekey.com purposely work with FRAUDULENT connections to keep this website up and running, since they cannot compete with other b2b websites like Alibaba.

Also, after a month of highly poor dissatisfied services, Ive requested a fair refund for the remaining 11 months I did not use. When I called their customer care line, they simply hung up the phone immediately after hearing the word REFUND. Then they have the nerve to tell me they are looking into the matter please give me time it takes time for things to happen
Next thing you know, they dont have a refund policy and of course they dont acknowledge their fraudulent activities they carry on. Ive read others post on forums about fraudulent activities on Tradekey.com, but didnt heed to their warning! SO FOR THOSE THAT ARE READING THIS. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH TRADEKEY.COM, YOU WILL YOUR WASTE TIME AND MONEY!

Recently having decided to share my positive experiences with a website that I have also reviewed here, I found tradekey.com and looked up said company. I decided to write a review and submitted it. Within a few minutes I received an email requesting invoices, contact information, phone numbers, and details of my experience with the company I was attempting to review. Now I can accept that tradekey.com wanted to verify that I actually did business with the company I was reviewing, but come on... asking me for invoices and copies of email between myself and that website? I'm sorry, but it rang too many alarm bells with me. There is, you know, a thing called identity theft (or in this case was I being set up, or setting up the site I was reviewing by providing invoices?) and I found myself replying to the email requesting info that I felt it was overly invasive in it's informational needs. Add this to the fact that I couldn't even see reviews tradekey claimed to have on file and very quickly it was beginning to look like a scam of an "assurance" site for anyone involved. Thanks to this having happened though, I kept looking for review sites and eventually ended up here at ReviewFeeder. I'm glad I did. Tradekey.com, questionable at best. No wonder most of the dates on the site are a few years back. Meh, is right.

I registered as a buyer on Tradekey. I received lots of replies from companies trying to sell me the products I advertised for. It was pretty obvious that TradeKey did not have a clue about the products I was asking for and they were scammers (mostly companies from India, Pakistan and S. Africa - the products I was after are not available in those countries).

I only received one reply which looked legitimate. A supposed Mr Paul Walsh introduced himself as the Business Development Manager of a North African company and said he was acting on behalf of his manager (the owner) and provided facebook page and website for the company. His email address however was *******@sd.tradekey.com!. And his English was not good enough for a Paul Walsh. He eventually passed on communications to his 'manager'. The information coming from the 'manager' seemed to contradict what Paul Walsh had provided and when I asked the 'manager' about the role of Paul Walsh, I was told that he was an employee and agent of TradeKey assigned for communication and research customers and based in Pakistan!

Since I faced unreasonable delay in delivery of the given order through tradekey, I quickly asked for help and verification whether it's was just a scam fear thought or a real scam was about to happened. Tradekey quickly came in contact with the seller for review and give the feedback that their trade experts started tracking the containers. The shipment was never initiated by the seller due to some conflicts with shipping line and he was lying to me because I was pressuring him to deliver quickly or repay my payment, a mini fraud. However, tradekey gave honest feedback to me asked to be patient as TradeKey were arranging another shipping company for seller. A month later I got my products and review the seller fine to deal with. Thank you tradekey.
