I, like so many others, was sucked into the cute little cartoon video with the cute little Abby Chihuahua being a bad puppy and her owner at her wits end dealing with animal control threatening to take poor Abby away if she doesn't get trained. I was thisclose to signing up for the $37.00, only by midnight, offer and the guarantee of a 120 day money back guarantee plus the elite club and the free calls with trainers and vets etc. Before I entered my credit card number I thought twice and decided to see if the lovely Nancy Richards had any reviews of success to make sure I wasn't getting something I didn't want and then I found this site as well as many others not boasting about the site but instead bewaring people about the site. It's a shame because people who are sucked in by that adorable cartoon video and don't check for reviews before joining are going to be left holding nothing but a big bag of dog poo. That's not right. I'm reporting this site on Yelp! And to the better business bureau to get it shut down asap. It kills me that the adorable Nancy has been at this since 2007 and it's now 2015 and she's still at it. Wow! That's all I can say and a debt if gratitude for the warnings. Stay away from this site if you value your money.

Bad Shih Tzu manual - I purchased their manual on how to train Shih Tzu. I recieved a manual on things already known and things are just rediulous as well.
I payed $37.00 for this and then ithe site signed me up without even telling me to another site for a montly fee.
I have called, emailed and everything to try and stop this and you just can't get a hold of anyone.
I received my bank statment and the $37.00 came out Along with a currency exchange fee.
Come to find out it is not located in California but in fact an untraceable location over seas.
This site should be shut down in my opion.

We've loved learning the unique traits about our Siberian Husky Mr.Koda. He's still young but is learning fast now and he realizes we are his stable loving home. You see I adopted Koda from the shelter and koda has been in 3 different homes before me and so we can tell her been hit on. (Not okay!) And so teaching him through your simple one worded commands does seem to work and we've seen progress in our beautiful boy! He follows us out the door now rather than taking him on the lead! And he's even staying next to me or my significant other outdoors without a leash! So thank you so much for your tips and tricks to help us better understand kodas nature :)

I bought one of their books which is fine... Really disliked how TrainPetDog give you the "free" Elite Dog Club for one month then automatically charge your card $37 a month after. I went on there anyways to check it out while it was free for me. Personally it wasn't something I would pay $37 a month for so I canceled the subscription before they billed me. During the 2nd step of the 3 step process to cancel they offered me a ONE TIME FEE OF $37 TO HAVE A LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP! This upsets me because I'm sure there are people that enjoy this site and these poor loyal customers are being taken advantage of.

I keep getting emails from them stating I signed up for thetr service on 7/10/ 17 never heard of them before however I do believe TrainPetDog must have gotten my i fo for a very $#*!ty rescue group that I recently adopted a pet from and I say $#*!ty because they gave me a dog that they say was spayed and 2 month s later she went into heat now a month after that still haven't gotten a straight answer if she has even had shots so after severl attempts to fix and going to there web page its says site might me hacked. Great rescue group dog not fixed dont onow if sje has had shots and now my info out there great www.animalaid. Org on ft lauderdale fl be very weary with them no good

I feel very grateful for this instructive and helpful book about training my Shih Tzu puppy. I have also been listening to the video, which is very comprehensive about all possible conducts of a puppy and its misbehaviors. In the video, you provide many instructions to replace these misbehaviors and correct it. Of course, this guidance that you provide give every dog owner peace of mind, due to our pets will be healthier, less anxious and enjoying life: TrainPetDog are going to walk around without barking, socializing with other people and dogs, etc. My little pet will be also happier at home. We now understand the behaviors it does according to its age. I know it is the result of many years dedicated to improving our pet's life. Sincerely grateful.

After reaching this site from a YouTube video on grooming Bichons, I came to a cartoon video - about Bichons. I first thought,"this dog looks like any other" so I did another search for pet dog training Nancy Richards and came to another site. Clicked on training for Alaskan dog and sure enough, it's the same video with the other dog type mixed in. I do not understand why this individual or business is able to perpetuate this scam since at l say 2005! I saw on ripoff report 25 claims dTing from 2005 to present. This is why the commerce department needs to regulate the internet under consumer protection. BUT, our Gov't is in the process of shutting down all agencies which means little illegal scams like this will be pervasive and the billionaires will continue on taking their money in off the backs of the rest of us or millionaires! SMHO!

I read many reviews about TrainPetDog.com and signed up anyway. After seeing the presentation I was very impressed with the insight presented in training a dog. It was not completely relevant but I appreciate the professionalism put into the content. The information provided in the online service is excellent. Very informative, detailed, and logically progressive. I have had great results training my puppy using the database thus far. In fact, I ordered the book and decided a week later I did not want it because the online version was more than adequate and TrainPetDog refunded my money right away. I agree that when you sigh up they promote much more than I was willing to sign up for but it was not an issue for me. If I were running this business, I would probably do the same. I am deducting one star for that reason alone because it did get very confusing. Bottom line, the content is very well written, constructed, intuitive to follow and I am getting excellent results with my training.

I found this site while searching how to clean pet urine from Laminate floor. Sounded great. I signed up for the download on how to train my Boxer. Which was informative and my user name and password did work. I even purchase a book on Boxer training that was advertised as a hardback book, what I received was a small spiral notebook, with so many grammatical errors I became very concerned. I tried the "Elite" website to ask a vet question and never received a reply. I have cancelled by subscription of $37 and will be contacting my bank asap. DON'T FALL FOR THIS. AFTER READING REPORTS FROM RIP OFF AND THIS HOW CAN THIS WEBSITE STILL BE IN BUSINESS. HELP US POOR ANIMAL LOVERS FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I have gained so much valuable insight in understanding my German Shepherd a little bit better than before, thanks to TrainPetDog. I've encountered TrainPetDog as being different from other online sites out there when it comes to helping me with understanding my dog. TrainPetDog offers reading material and training that is in a language that is easily accessible to the everyday person fond of his/her dog. The training material is user-friendly and personalised. I struggled a lot with socialising my dog before; all the sites, and training manuals I consulted, failed in making me know what to do to turn my dog an obedient dog up until I came across TrainPetDog. For what TrainPetDog are able to help with, they really charge a below reasonable amount of money - I know I paid more elsewhere - for worst results! I fully recommend TrainPetDog for you and your dog.

I was rather unfortunate to find this website when I was looking for some advanced training material. On requesting their e book, the requests just went on and on and everytime my account got debited even when I tried to put out, problem is TrainPetDog have my credit card number so it was easy to suck you dry. After numerous emails and tickets, still have not heard anything or received the DVD's and books I paid for. Through their face book I managed to get to a bid that referred me to a "human" who conveniently replied, but have heard nothing more.
Piss poor effort on the e book and service. Be warned this "company" is a scam and avoid using them.

Greetings from South Africa... we visited your site and especialy re your training of Jack Russell dogs... The story and animation were BRILLIANT. We loved it. It all looked so so good. We even told the dog.
Alas. We find we have been debited for 2 payments and we only ordered the one product. We have called several times and been told "WE are unable to take your call"

I don't like this manipulative type of selling. I much prefer a straight forward honest price list without all the luring and hype. I find it particularly degrading to check "No" for an offer and to read, "My dog is perfectly obedient in all ways consistently 100% of the time, and therefore I don't need your amazing product... blah, blah, blah!" That is insulting to my intelligence. This kind of luring advertising is laughable to most intelligent people. It is long, boring, and condescending. I almost closed your page in response to your long-winded printed ad that followed your pleasant videos. I'm not wasting my time with my feedback to insult you. Consider this as a helpful criticism to increase your sales by rethinking your printed material that follows the video presentations. Few people have the time or motivation to spend over 30 minutes viewing all the extra offers towards the end of your ad. You might be defeating your purpose by using this aggravating technique to coax your potentially paying customers. And your thinly veiled threat saying that the deadline to buy is at midnight? Do you really think that anyone of average intelligence would believe you?

I am trying to potty train our husky, is it that important that he stays in him crate at night or when we arent working with him I'm having trouble getting him to recognize the difference between the house and outdoors, since he is a husky he should be mostly a outside dog, I've noticed if I leave him out and dknt take potty first he will potty in the house even though he stays outside most the day, so I have to walk him out in the yard to potty before I bring him in, and most the time he wont potty on walks he waits until we get back home

I really feel for the people reviewing TrainPetDog.com, yet I am very thankful for your integrity of posting warnings to others. I was saved from the criminals by the skin of my teeth. I filled out their form and received 3 error messages, on a frquently used and never turned down credit card account. Thank goodness I had already been burned by PayPal and their policy of accepting all charges against your account with no questions and not being available to you to protest.
Just as I was about to try the fourth time! --Vystar Credit Union called my phone,, with a suspicion of fraudlent charges. Although the CU rep did not say the company is fraudlent, she did inform me that TrainPetDog have several different banks that handle their accounts, all overseas, Cypress, India, etc. That is what stopped my charges, they needed an international account, i. E. Paypal to process. Thank you all for your time in posting theses warnings.

Hi, I would only have one problem with you guys and it is that you put really high prices to your books and courses. Not everyone can pay that stuff (me included) and at least having free or discounts during the quarantine would be very special, since people are losing a lot of money because of the situation with the covid-19. So it would be quite generous of you to at least leave a few things free and others with discounts. Also, I think your website doesn't look very modern and it makes it a little hard to find things. But overall I like the information, tips, technics, strategies, and tricks for dogs and owners. That's all, thank you

I got a new dog and wanted to train the dog the best that I could. I thought paying for this program would give me the best possible information that I could get without having to take my dog to a trainer during these times. That is not true; the information is slightly better than what can be found with a quick google. The site is also horrendous and the process of paying for your program includes half-a-dozen pages trying to upcharge you. I read through everything and got the basic package, or so I thought. I randomly get charged for my membership again because I apparently signed up for their elite membership, even though I intentionally clicked no to it. You'd be better to just google any questions you had about training your dog and stop greasing these pilferer's pockets.

Do you treat all your customers this way and expect to just get away with it? Yes, my dog is a Shorkie but TrainPetDog could have come close to the right breed. They at least got her name right after awhile. After the original payment. They didn't contact me by email which is the only way we had communicated but called my house and said they had been trying to call for 3-4 days. There is always someone in my house to answer the phone. Finally, my Mom got a call from them saying something about them renewing a magazine subscription and them have charging my account for it. Not asking if they could but telling me they already had done it. Sure enough, they had changed my account four days before they even notified me I emailed them and finally called my bank and they are handling it as a fraudulent case. My $37.00 has been put back but I don't know which one it is for. They cancelled my membership for me but I think they said something about a free month. Who cares. I just want all my money back. You are 100% right. SCAM. I wish I had come here first!

This past Saturday night, I was in tears because I am having so much difficulty in training my puppy. I thought I had found the answer with this website, I was so happy! The back of my mind told me something was off, but I was running on a mixture of very little sleep and desperation. As soon as I ordered, I thought, I better put this name into Google to see if it is legit. I can't say I was surprised when I found this page, and quickly went to my credit card to dispute the charges (I was not sent any dog training info from the "business", such as it is. Anyway, I was able to dispute the charge with my credit card today, and TrainPetDog reversed the charge. It's sad that this is the world we live in today, so many scammers out to make a quick and dirty buck. I also filed a report with the FBI, hopefully these jerks will get shut down.
