Tropical Fruit Box

We have a great experience ordering fruit from Tropical Fruit Box. Our camp, (American TKA Martial Arts) is doing a weekly theme to have campers try exotic mystery fruits to help them be more open to new experiences and they absolutely love it. We have done Rambutan, Lychee, & Longan so far. Fast delivery and fruits are fresh and delicious.

I love these boxes! This is our third box from Tropical Fruit and it's been awesome! The box arrives so quickly; the fruit is in perfect condition and so delicious! We've made some really cool stuff with the ingredients, including a passionfruit cake (that I made last night!). Thanks so much!

I received my dragon fruit on Thursday bottom of the box was soft and wet yes I did take pictures the fruit inside was all intact but the dragon fruit was very very ripe and soft the pineapple survived I just wanted to let you know seems like you need more ice packs or some thing Dave 484-347-0122 thanks

Purchased a variety box as a gift for my dad who eats a mostly fruit diet - my order was delivered quicker than I thought it would be, and my dad said it was all packaged wonderfully. He told me that the fruit tasted very delicious, and he appreciated the enclosed notes that provided a bit of info on the contents and explained when is best to eat which fruit.

Not only is the fruit absolutely magical, but the customer service department is exceptional! The sweetest and rarest fruit you can find anywhere and they honestly want to make sure the customer is happy, which is just so refreshing these days! There was a slight delay in getting my order shipped, but customer service was very friendly and clear about the problem and simply swapped out the out of stock fruit for one avaiable. Fruits came in just a couple days, undamaged and not overly ripe. Definitely want to try more fruits through them! What a great way to try delicious fruits here in cold Ohio than express delivery straight from the tropics!

My husband and I love these boxes! We live in Northern VT and getting fresh tropical fruits is a major challenge. Everything we have ordered has been almost ready to eat or ready to eat. The fruit is always packaged perfectly and the one time we had an overripe soursop the company offered to send us a new one, immediately. We will continue to order from this company any time we want fresh and delicious tropical fruit. The customer service department is very easy to reach and the price for shipment is very reasonable.

My replacement was also mildewed and rotten. The Durian was also no good. They said they gave me a credit on my account for the Durian. The problem with that is I have to order again just to get the credit. And with me getting all this mildewed rotten fruit why would I want to order again???? The original fruit was rotten when I cut it open and now the replacement was mildewed and rotten. I’m attaching pictures of the replacement.I already sent the original pictures.

I ordered the tropical Fresh papaya box and upon opening the box some items where smashed. I reached out to the team and they where very fast at sending me a replacement box. It took less than 5days to receive the replacement box. I love ordering from here. I've just recently found out about them and I will order again here always.

Happy to say that I'm a repeat customer with Tropical Fruit Box. I love the exotic fruits that cannot be found in regular supermarkets. The delivery arrives fresh within a week, and I appreciate that any issues or damages were addressed right away by Desiree.

Tropical Fruit Box NEVER disappoints. I have ordered several times over the past two years. This time, because I was experiencing acid reflux and am a great believer in "let food be your medicine," I bought the canary melon box. Melon is the way to go for that problem, and the canary melons are delicious!

The quality of the mangoes I received on my birthday in May weren’t the same as the ones I ordered, which were similar to the ones from Whole Foods.
The quality wasn’t the same, and felt like perhaps the mangoes were out of season and yet I paid 100 for 3 mangoes that I could have gotten from Whole Foods for $2.99/ each.

The local delivery company claimed to have delivered the box, but it never showed up here. I asked for "proof of delivery" and was told "signature was not required" with no further explanation. I contacted Tropical Fruit and they arranged a replacement shipment with another carrier. Excellent product as well as excellent customer service!

These fruits were so delicious! I placed an order for the Exotic Fruit Box and picked green papaya(1), cacao(1), mamey sapote(3), and guanabana(2), the box also included a complimentary pink pineapple! The fruits were a mix of ripe and on the verge, so there was no need to wait to enjoy. Thank you!

2 of the bunch of Juli mangoes were a bit spoiled, the others are still ripening. I strongly believe they will be real once fully ripe. On the other hand, the mammey apples are a disaster. The ripe one was too ripe (spoiled) and the others should not have been picked from the tree so soon (in other words, they were not full enough to be plucked off the tree. I was born and raised on the island of St. Thomas, so I am quite familiar with tropical fruits. I have sent a picture of the mammeys. I hope you have received it. I know that you are just the seller, so it's not your fault.

Ordered the Julie mango box and some of the fruits were smashed in transit. I was able to save some. I contacted costumer service and even prior to sending the pictures I was informed I would be receiving a small box to replace the damaged mangoes. Extremely pleased because i am Jamaican and this is one of my favorite type of mangoes. I have ordered other products before and was also please with those boxes. Cannot wait until they have mature green breadfruits and East Indian mangoes in stock

My first purchase with the company and it was simple and smooth. The pink pineapple tasted a little watery. I had 3 soursop/guanabanas that were bad but when I sent in my request for replacements, they sent them with ease. The fruits are delicious tasting and I made my first guanabana smoothie. Thank you Tropical Fruit Box, I am excited to keep trying the delicious nutritious fruits.
