TTD eye has great customer service! I was worried after reading reviews if i would her mt contacts in even less than 2 months which i did. I had wrote to them politely asking them for tracking numbers and TTDeye always kept me happy telling me to be patient. Some people must forget their company is in a different country so it might take long to receive your contacts but really be patient and nice because i reviewed 2 beautiful contact lenses from them today and i'm so happy! Also sent body glitter tattoos and a christmas card!

After i read the reviews of ttdeye i was scared that i got scammed right after i just had placed my order but it shipped out the next day and it came with a tracking number too. I was able to track exactly where the package was and the contacts came in only 10 days and i was expecting 4 weeks to maybe 2 months after reading all of the reviews but it came really fast. They're soft contact lenses and each pair comes with a really cute case. I was also sent stickers, two little glitters, 4 sheets of tattoos and a hand mirror. The prescription is good too and the contacts are really comfy. I'm really happy i decided to purchase this instead of listening to the reviews. If you were thinking of buying i would say do it.

Ttdeye.com found me through instagram where TTDeye ask if they could send me a few pairs of contacts to try out. It took a few weeks to get them in the mail but they were so amazing when I got them. You can check them out on my *******@Illusivebeauty1. You can also get them in your prescription if need it but it might take a little longer to get them to you. Like I said I absolutely love the contacts and the options are endless.

I've worn cosmetic lenses before and never had any issues this is my first time ordering from them and will be my last. I put them in for the first time and has extreme pain in my left eye the pain had gone away so I left them in for about an hour before my eyes started to hurt again. I woke up the next
Morning with vision loss and eye pain that worsened to the point I could not open my eye. I went to the hospital to find out that I got a chemical burn from the lens and an abrasion left on my eye. I have another appointment tomorrow with a specialist to find out where I go from here hopefully my vision will eventually go back to normal I've been put on antibiotics. This company will be hearing from me along with more photos.

At first, I had a second thought of buying it and doubtful about their packaging. But guess what! The package arrives as what I expected date and TTDeye wrap it with care. When I try to wear the contact lens it looks good on me and it doesn't hurt my eyes. It's a Great contact lens that I ever bought! Great product!

One problem is how TTDeye hide the manufacturing company of the lenses they sell and they market and sell them under their very own random naming. And then everytime I wanted to restock a specific style i liked, i ordered the same kind same naming and received different style of lens, terrible in fact while the previous was better. I contacted them and they told me the factory sends them new "improved" styles. Bull$#*!. They just buy different brands and market them under the same naming and the old pictures of the other product. The lenses they send later on are not even the ones showed in the product pictures. I bought the queen gray, received a nice pair from Vissmon, alittle less soft but nice and next time i received a nasty color with dots on it from another lens company. Next time I got a nice one from Bella contacts, again not the first pair of "queen gray" that i liked but something nice just totally different which id also like to know what the heck it is so i can repurchase it! Nope, thank god i can see the names on the package of the contacts and find these lenses in other wbsites! Same with the queen green, same with the pollar lights. Id get the eyewish amazing lenses and then id receive some hard ones that looked fake and cheap from Vissmon. Not fair. Other websites from China, CA or Japan market and sell the lenses using the name of the manufacturing brand and the name style accordingly given from the manufacturer. Thats legit business and thats why i stopped ordering from them. Also i left a mediocre review on the queen green regarding the switching the style and brand under the same product/name and they removed this review. Smh.

Second big issue that drove me up the wall yet kept buying from them as i hadnt found any other legit sites to buy from yet was they sent me wrong power other than what i ordered, and when i emailed them they asked for pics as proof and when i sent them they typed some advice on contact lens cleaning and acted like fools. So unprofessional. Another company would have send me the correct lenses for free or at least give me some store credit. Thank God i found other better websites that sell what they show and advertise.
Try contactlensdropshipping.com (party kingdom) they tend to not send emails with tracking but your account shows it all and they deliver pretty fast and accurately.

TTDeye absolutely have the worst customer service. Will never order again (I had to post a review bc just thinking about it made me so agitated)

I ordered contacts beginning of Sept 2017. I wanted to get the contacts before my birthday (mid October) and surprise surprise, it never came. My tracking number said it was shipped out mid September and was like that til mid October. I decided to take action and contacted customer service in which they told me that there was a problem and they had to send the parcel back.

What I didn't understand was that why didn't the tracking number update its location saying it was returning back to China? (I'm in Canada btw). So for a month and half, I wasn't notify of this at all so obviously I'm going to be upset.

I requested a refund but they reassured that they would send my package on time so I had to open up a Paypal refund request since this company wasn't going to give me my money back. Even though they claimed to have resent my package, there was no proof that they did because the new tracking number didn't show anything, rather it was invalid. I messaged them about it again, and it took them almost A WEEK to respond back. (their replies take about 2-3 days which was hella annoying)

I repeatedly asked for a refund and they kept saying "don't worry" - LITERALLY LIKE THAT. And they also offered a 20% off discount for my next purchase. Honestly, why would I even buy from them again?

I did get my contacts about 3 weeks later but honestly this was not worth 3 months of waiting. The contacts were nice at first but after 3 months, it started to irritate my eyes and some parts were really blurry even though I've cleaned them.

I do not even wear these contacts every day (more like 2-3 months) and it's already deteriorating! This was not worth the headache AT ALL.

I bought a pair a month ago and they're not bad at all. I was hesitant to buy from them at first because of the reviews but I can't help it everytime I see their website and the different colors TTDeye offer. So, finally I gave in and bought a pair of lemon blue colored contacts. No regrets, because the feel is so light and the color is so amazing on me. I really like it and will try other colors next time.

As you can see by the reviews here, THE ONLY PEOPLE LEAVING POSITIVE REVIEWS, SEEM TO BE FIRST TIME BUYERS WHO DON'T REALIZE THAT THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE.

I've worn lenses since I was 16 and colored ones since TTDeye were first a thing, way back when. With TTDeye, you are lucky if you EVER get your lenses, and if you do not, don't count on a refund. I fell for them not once, but I am embarrassed to say, twice. I actually cried the second time out of sheer frustration.

If you choose not to listen and purchase here anyway, please be sure to come back and leave a review for others who may or may not listen. I didn't listen, and now I want to save others the same frustration I feel.

It's been 2 months since I ordered a pair of contacts and still haven't received anything. I emailed them several times and told me to be patient due to COVID and to contact my post office. The shipping updates stopped after a month and I contacted them for a refund and TTDeye give me the same exact answer as the first time. Their customer service was not helpful at all. Hopefully, Paypal can help me get a refund.

As of 5/29 its day 29 of my package NOT being delivered and Im now being told there are 2 different trackings for my order. This whole time TTDeye has told me to track on 17track which tells me it was delivered in Atlanta Georgia as of 5/26 and I live in Hendersonville Tennessee. So I emailed them, spoke to my post office which TTDeye tild me it was still in California as of 5/23. So i emailed TTDeye omce again asking them about my order. TTDeye has been telling me to ask my local post office which I have been for the last week and now they are telling me there is a tracking error and my order is still in California where its been since May 1st and today is May 29th. TTDeye is now also telling me that the 17track tracking is wrong and to go by the USPS tracking so yeah my order still sits in California and my post office can't even track it because its NOT even been picked up by USPS yet. IM LIVID! The excitement of recieving these contacts to give to my daughter as a bday present has passed and now Im just livid and tired of getting $#*!ed around by this crappy company with crappy customer service. I hope others get to read this before TTDeye deletes it because yeah they are deleting the ppls comments that haven't recieved their orders to make themselves look good for all the others ducks out there! BEWARE!

I'm not one to complain or leave a review, but I honestly don't like my Polar Lights Blue-Grey contacts that I've received. It makes it even worse that I can't return the product because you guy's won't allow any opened products. How are we supposed to know how TTDeye really look like if we don't open the package and try it on? I'm very unhappy with my contact lenses. Because it just looks plain grey and no hint of blue. The photos you post on your website are false advertising. This website is a ripoff!

I placed an order online with ttdeye in January of over $70. It's now the March 10 and I still haven't received my order. I've tried contacting the company via email multiple times and TTDeye just keep responding telling me my shippment is on the way. This is ridiculous, I have also asked for a refund and they have completely ignored my request. Ordering from this site is not worth the hassle.

The contacts arrived fairly early and TTDeye were great for a month but after that my eyes got red, they swelled up and i was in so much pain even days after not wearing the contacts even though they were supposed to last a year but didnt even make it through a month. And now if i try again even after cleaning them properly they feel like sandpaper in my eye. Theyre pretty but not worth losing your eyes.

It says it takes 10-20 days for shipping on their site. But my package took about 25 days to arrive. The shipping time is really long. But to my surprise, TTDeye sent me some extra stuff, such as lens cases, hand mirror, stickers. And the contacts are totally as what I expected.

I have dark brown eyes and as advertised on Instagram and adds the contacts are strong enough to cover the dark eyes and change the color, mine did not! I ordered 3 pairs of color contacts TTDeye did not change my eye color at all! When I reached out to customer service I was told they don't refund opened products when I explained to her the products have to be tried on to see if they work she refused to give refund or Instore credit. Total waste of money if you have dark eyes!

So I have been fighting with this site and customer service since Friday! I realised after ordering that my phone auto corrected and put body St and not Bost ST on my address. So I immediately contacted them. Not only did I not get an order number no one would respond. Finally on Tuesday I get an email saying it's already in transit and can not be changed with a tracking number. So I check the tracking number. Lable hasn't even been made yet. So I call the usps people. To. See what I can do and TTDeye say they haven't even received the item but once it has I can pay to have the address fixed. So not only did I spend 100! Dollars on contacts I really wanted that I will never get. Now I have to spend more still not gerenty that I'll even get it then. And nonrefund. And then I try and log on the to account ordered from. That I was asked to make while ordering so everything was saved but guess what I said I haven't made any orders at all ever. Lol what a joke..

Got them within the timeframe website said, TTDeye fit nice and I love wearing them. Uncomfortable at times but ones I put eye drops in it's a little better.
Just recently seen a video saying not to order from TTDEYE because it made her eye swell and a layer of her eye got stuck with the contact and all this other stuff. Just has me worried...

I ordered $100CAD worth of their items on their website on May 18,2019 and almost 20 days later I checked the package if it is even on it's way but then I found out that it was sent back to them due to the package broke or something. I decided to contact this page and ask what's up with my order and TTDeye replied that it was returned to them because of the liquid and gave me another tracking number to track my order. I was already frustrated then I asked when should I expect my order to arrive. They replied, that I have to wait another 10-20 days for my order! What an awful customer service that this website have. It wasn't my fault that the item broke that they can't even send me the new package ASAP. I don't recommend this seller and I will never ordering anything from you guys ever again!

Listen guys do not believe the bad reviews you are reading on here TTDeye are FAKE. This company is NOT a scam company and they did send my package but, it took 21days from the day I ordered. With all the negative reviews I was afraid I had been scammed. Turns out the contacts are GREAT AND I REALLY LOVE THEM!
