Placed an order for a box of 50 items, according to the product description at Sears online marketplace, which is offered and fulfilled by this business and received only 1 item. I contacted them to either ship the missing 49 items or a pre-paid shipping label to return the 1 item. UnbeatableSale refused both. Stay away from them!

I was offered a 10% discount but it wouldn't take it at the check out. I called customer service to have them adjust the invoice, but I waited and waited online, and finally gave up. I did purchae the item as it is needed. Would love my 10% credited back onto my credit card account.

When I began my shopping experience - it flashed that I would get 10% off site wide.
When it was time to apply the discount before checking out - it said Save10 was an
Ineligible code. I also wanted to buy the 25 pound dumbells that match the other two sets I purchased, but when I went in to add them, UnbeatableSale were gone from the screen. :(

Extremely poor customer service and I highly advise you to get it from a different vendor or just find it on amazon for a more efficient way to get a small replacement part. I recently ordered this item and received two boxes, one with motor and the other with the awning assembly parts; but someone somehow forgot to include the awaning Fabric and the Fabric accessories. I have all the parts fully assembled here and now I'm just waiting for the fabric parts which I attempted to get a replacement for through Walmart chat services which redirected me to this third party seller (UnbeatableSale.com) who are now asking for pictures of the boxes that Fedex delivered (which is my recycling bin) and also mentioned it would take up to 10 days to submit the claim and may require Fedex to do further investigations for a small part. The moral of the story is not order big items for unknown sellers like this unbeatable dot com one. Just another reason why people chose Amazon because of no hassle/bs/convinient quick and easy refunds/replacements/exchanges. I have gone ahead and ordered a replacement fabric myself and had to pay extra out of pocket expenses because someone lost my fabric parts. As a customer I am very unsatisifed that I have to sit here and wait for one missing piece before I can finish this assembly and install we were all so looking forward to having up and ready for use.

Ordering process was simple. Took 48 hours to ship and a inquiry as to when it will ship ended with a recording similar to "no one is available to help you at this time". Product delivered was exactly as I ordered and once shipped, the tracking, notifications and follow up was 5 star.

Calls did not reach a human. Both attempts ended with a recording similar to "no one is available at this time"

So far, OK. When entering my personal information, for some reason, my phone number was dropped from my purchase page. When I selected "purchase", it was unclear whether, or not, the actual purchase transacted. I had to go on-line and check my credit card activity and e-mail to see if the purchase had been placed yet. It had not, so I had to re-enter my phone number and re-select "purchase". This time, it went through.

BEWARE! These people are crooks! Don't trust them! Ordered two bathmats. Made sure that the description had both bathmats before I paid. Only received 1 bathmat. Customer service just gave me the runaround saying that the order says quantity 1. True one quantity of the clearly described two bathmats. These people lie, just kept repeating that I ordered 1. The description clearly has two

Order form insisted I put in a phone number. I put in my cell phone number which is the only phone I have and order would not process. I put my cell # in both places and order would not process. I had to put my cell phone number in phone number and leave cell phone # blank. It took forever.

Ordered from this company on 4/14/2020 using AMAZON. The item was $10.99 and UnbeatableSale charged my card $20.15. I have PROOF their ad said $10.99. I posted negative feedback and finally received an email. They wanted to refund my money IF I removed my negative feedback. I agreed and then they SCAMMED me. No refund. This is how they have a fair online rating. Purchase from them with great CAUTION and watch your statements.

I purchased Wine Away through Walmart from Unbeatable Sales. UnbeatableSale charged $15.00 for a 2 ounce bottle! Evergreen Labs, who makes Wine Away, charges $21 FOR 2 PACKS OF 12 OUNCE BOTTLES. I filed a complaint with Walmart for representing Unbeatable Sales on their web site. They are a rip off!

I got a pop-up that said I could save 10% site-wide. When I placed my order, the code that had been automatically entered "SAVE10" was indicated to be invalid. So, I never got my 10% off. You shouldn't have pop-ups that tell your customers something and then it doesn't work.

Well it showed it on the screen $64 and some change... then I put all my info in and clicked purchase the the price For the blades jumped $71.29 then the shipping and tax! It jumped to $24 extra... which is amazing to me. If my grandson wasn't so much in to it I wouldn't of purchased. I'm hoping this is good quality and not just something glued on the blades because it is i can buy wall paper and make my own for less money!

I have never had to work so hard to buy something online. Was almost finished with my purchase yesterday when suddenly the price increased almost $50! I tried to contact UnbeatableSales office via phone and 24/7 Chat but 90 mins on hold I gave up (it was 3pm PST). I came back today and the price I had originally been offered had been restored. Now lets see how long it will take to receive my purchase... Fingers crossed.

You folks have been pretty accommodating when I made a mistake in the way I placed my order. You cancelled the order, didn't charge my card, even sent me a coupon. I had to wait a while for the item to be there, and I was able to reorder properly, and even get a size I preferred. We will see what happens with delivery and the product.

Comfortmarket.com priced the KidsKraft umbrella picnic table that I wanted $40.00 + dollars over its next competitor. If I had nit already purchased the double canopied chase in the matching stripe for my granddaughter so birthday and she will not likely be confined to her small backyard this summer due to the pandemic, I would never have made this purchase. I coincided myself exploited but with eyes wide open...

This company offers great products at great prices. I recently purchased a pump and motor from them to save a few dollars over the competition. The package UnbeatableSale sent me came in pretty quickly, but they sent the wrong pump and motor. I can forgive this, as the model numbers of the motor I ordered and the one they sent are very similar. However, when I called Kathy at their customer service phone number, she mentioned it would take two days for me to receive a response back from their sales department! Two days? For a response? Come on! Meanwhile my hot tub is unusable with no pump and I have a big party coming up this weekend. This business needs better quality control. Also, it would be nice if customer service did not raise their voices at customers over the phone...

Ordered a audio component tower from them. It arrived damaged. I asked for replacement pieces. UnbeatableSale kept putting me off. Two weeks later still no resolution. Asked for 25% back of the cost because I'm going to have to repair it myself. They refused and offered me 15%. That barely covered the cost of shipping. Shady company who doesn't care about their customers.

Do not buy this item form UnbeatableSales you won't receive what you thought you bought. UnbeatableSale will send you something different, give some excuse, that its Walmart's fault. Then they will refuse to give a full refund. They will ship it in a plastic bag without a packing slip, required for a return, then offer only 50% back. No where in the description do they tell you about the $10.43 for shipping. Watch out at check out! I thought I bought this green heavy cast iron sprinkler. I received a cheepo sprinkler. UnbeatableSales is a scam! WATCH OUT Walmart you should not do business with this sealer. They are Scamming you customers!

Great shopping experience. I searched everywhere online and this was the best price (and shipping price) for this bird feeding station there was. Not only did it arrive perfectly in just 4 days, but there was a good-humored note attached to the inside box that literally made my day. Thanks for a great product and fun experience!
