Worst online order experience!
Placed an order for new scrubs and the order was sitting in OPEN status for over a week. Was supposed to be shipped within 2 to 3 days. The deliver by date past and order still in open status! Contacted them and was told some of the items I've ordered is now out of stock. Then why didn't I get contacted instead of just letting my order sit in limbo? Told them to just ship everything that's in stock out and cancel the rest. Another week past by and I have contacted them again and UniformAdvantage told me the order is now being prepared and ready for shipping. Still nothing. It's now exactly 3 week since I have placed the order and the order is still in open status! I contacted them again and was given the same response. How long does it take to prepare and ship an order? This is ridiculous! 3 weeks is more than enough time! I do not recommend buying from here at all. Let's see how long it'll take for them to cancel my order and refund my money back. I am usually very patient and don't write much negative reviews but this really did it for me. Don't want others to go through all this nonsense.

One Eternity Later...
I ordered 2 pairs of scrubs with embroidered tops on February 3rd, 2021. I kept checking the tracking information and it said BeingProcessed forever. Then, on February 28th I got a text message from Discover saying my card was charged again by Uniform Advantage. I was told my original order would arrive by February 15th and here it is March 1st. I contacted UA today via the chat and was told my order had a processing issue and did not process until yesterday, and now my scrubs won't arrive for another 15-17 days! I started my job on the 8th of February and I still am wearing street clothes because of how much this company sucks. Never ordering from UA again. I am extremely disappointed and the customer service is unacceptable.

Bad service, misleading shipping information
I Would give them a BIG FAT O! I shopped for the first time with is company It was estimated that my items would ship in a week, up until three weeks after, still didn't receive, the items, I kept calling, one agent says it ships them and email later followed stating items were not in stock, I ordered six items. Some of my items were in fact in stock but I have not received any items, spoke to corporate customer service, she had no idea how to take care of an unhappy customer, I ended up having to bye uniform to start my job, So I can't comment on the quality of the products I purchased. But I can say that customer service and the shipping department could communicate better with customers, still waiting for my refund, I will never shop at a uniform advantage again. The stores are no better.

Lies, lies, lies
I placed my 1st (and last) order on July 21st. According to the website, all in-stock orders that do not require embroidery ship within 24 hours. I thought, great, that means I will have them in plenty of time before my new job starts. I placed my order 1 MONTH before my job started, just in case I got the sizing wrong and would need time to return them. Two days after I placed my order, I noticed the order was still open and the items had not shipped. Curious, I contacted customer service to see if there was a problem with my order. I was told that it was unusual for a delay and to give them 24 hours to resolve the issue. Another 48 hours pass and the status of my order is still the same. I contact customer service again. I am given the same exact answer as before. I wait another 48 hours and finally ask for a supervisor, who was supposedly named Steve. He assured me that he was personally going to make sure that my order would ship the next day and he would also personally email me with my tracking number. I finally felt like I was getting somewhere. Lo and behold, I check the status of my order this afternoon, still the same status. I contact customer service again and am told the same thing again. I am not sure why their customer service has been so horrible with my order when there are a lot of positive reviews. I urge anyone thinking of ordering from them to proceed with caution. I hope no one has to go through what I did.

Fraud
I ordered a top and bottom And it wasn't what I ordered. Actually it was a bigger size than what I ordered. These people put a particular sizing tag on these items that were not right. I returned the items and explained to them that whoever did that is deceiving their customers. I was told I was going to get my refund on a particular date. Three weeks past and still no refund. Then UniformAdvantage tell me another week and a half! So I told them I was going to report them for fraud. Their tunes changed and tried to charge me a partial of the amount of paid for the items. I told them I wanted all of my money. She explained 10% off next time I order and I told her I will never order from them again and if I don't get all of my money, I will be reporting them as fraud. Long story short, I ended up going through my bank! These people are scammers! Beware!

Cheap quality, bad service
First off, it is horrible that I have to spend money on things I can not see or try on. I have to blindly spend money on something i will be stuck with. I say stuck with because not only am i forced to use this company i have to pay for shipping and then if it doesnt fit or its wrong i have to pay to send it back! Not all scrubs fit alike so not having the choice to try them on is not fair. The choice in scrubs available are very limited, sold out and cheaply made! Size is not true and what UniformAdvantage call petite is actually regular. I have an extra 4 inches in length than other scrubs, butter soft and easy stretch. The butter soft fades colors so very bad in a very short amount of time, less than a month and they looked a year old. My second time ordering they embroidered the wrong logo on my shirt! So now i have to deal with sending that back and paying for shipping for their mistake. I will be addressing with my company how bad the quality is and petition for them to use a different company in the future. This is garbage and it is made over seas, why wouldn't we use a company in the US? Completely dissatisfied.

Wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering
I would give Uniform Advantage a zero if I could. Please be warned: take your business elsewhere! I ordered scrub tops for my daughter and her roommate on Dec. 10; it is Jan. 2 and the order still hasnt arrived even though the company estimated delivery on Dec. 15. But what frosts my panes most are the lies customer service tells you while being belligerent and arrogant. UniformAdvantage blame the shipper, but they never send email advisories, they offer to refund shipping and send it priority, but then they dont. I have little power - they have my money and my daughter had nothing to give her roommate on Christmas but a hollow promise - but I can beg you to take your business elsewhere. Please.

Christmas Gifts to my employees blown!
On November the 8th I sent in a request for 47 jackets, their sizing, and the embroidery to be done. Please keep in mind I requested this over a month in advance for any hiccups that could possibly occur. It is not December 8th, UniformAdvantage HELD my BILLABLE account and never processed the order I found out when I called to check ETA of all my jackets. Now, come December 15th at our company Christmas party I will have none! So much for being organized and proactive with more than advance notice and time! They did this last year as well per our clinical manager so a big shout out to UA for driving your customer else where to spend $2,000. Off to Read's I go!

If I could give no stars, I would
I placed an order, received someone else's order, called customer service, explained the problem. Customer service hung up on me. I called back and was told the order would be resent express shipping and that I would receive an email with the new order number. I never got an email and so I called. UniformAdvantage told me to call back on Monday and so I did a computer chat. The agent said he would review. He said he would place a new order and asked me for my shipping address. Then he said one of the items is no longer available. I asked for a refund. We'll see if I get one. SEEMS LIKE A SCAM OPERATION! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SITE. SOMETHING IS TERRIBLY WRONG HERE.

Horrible business practice s
I ordered scrubs mid may. I waited 10 days for my items to ship and noticed UniformAdvantage weren't shipping. I contacted them and they couldn't answer my question without passing it on to some processing center. 3 days later they tell me one of the pieces is out of stock. So why was I even allowed to order it? Why was I not notified? I told them to cancel my order. They sent me some coupon and told me to choose another piece. I said no, cancel my order and got not response. Then I went through their chat line. The girl said she cancelled my order and I requested a confirmation email. I never received it nor did I receive a transcript of our convo. Then I called. I said I noticed my order was still open. They said they will pass it along to the warehouse and it takes them 24 hours to verify the cancellation. Well low and behold they finally decide to ship my package Friday night at 12:00am! Was this done out of spite? I believe so. They also blocked me from the chat line so I can no longer use it. Stay away from this company. They are horrible. Anyone who refuses to cancel your order shouldn't be in business. I requested cancellation long before the item was shipped. I would like to speak to someone in the corporate office.

Company couldn't care less about your business
Purchased four sets of scrubs (tops and pants). Three of the four pairs of pants fit perfectly. The fourth was way off, like someone sewed together a medium and small pant leg. Sent them back. Received a pair with the same exact issue (could have even been the same set). I only need these for eight weeks of fieldwork. Here we are halfway through. Sent this set back with a note and UniformAdvantage didn't bother to reach out. Refunded my money, which I am happy about, but I can tell they don't care at all about how anyone feels about their products and service.

The items I still have are of poor quality. Already falling apart and I've only been wearing them for four weeks. Never again!

Product has drastically changed
I bought scrubs from this company 2 years ago and had a great experience. I purchased a 65/35 poly/cotton blend top (made in Pakistan, #UA71C) that lasted hundreds of washes. Then, when I reordered it (the same 65/35 poly-cotton blend top), it was drastically different. This one was made in Ghana. It looks like a cheap knock-off version of the original. The material is stiff, shiny and transparent in the light. There is ZERO stretch. It's loud as if it's made of plastic. My school uniforms were better than this, and those were free. Even the stitching on the logo is poorly made with a sloppy design. I have no idea why UniformAdvantage chose to downgrade their material, but I can only assume it was to save money because the quality is a fraction of what it was. I'm writing this to notify their Quality Assurance team of this problem. I hope they change it back to what it was because I will take my business elsewhere.

Online order & in-store... never again
I went here because the prices were better than amazon, scrubs.com, and other competitors.
Customer service has no idea what UniformAdvantage are doing or how to fix your order. I have returned 5 orders now. First they sent me someone else's order, which has never happened to me in my years of online shopping. Then they sent me my order incorrectly 3 TIMES, THREE. Finally I got the order correct for the most part, except I was sent two scrub pants and not the top I ordered. I returned the stuff for the last time in hopes of an exchange but customer service didn't process my exchange so all in all, they suck. I called the nearest store for help 3 times during business hours and no one picked up. I went IN STORE to see if I could find what I needed during this pandemic. They had a small selection of blue and black scrubs, no other solid colors really.

I'm never wasting my money on them again and you shouldn't either

My order was not only changed it but also came SUPER late!
This company is nonsense PLEASE! PLEASE! Save your hard earned money my order NEVER! Came on time. And was changed without my knowledge. My order came a month later. The rep or operator claimed it was because one of the scrub tunic top i ordered ran out of my sized which UniformAdvantage took it upon themselves to switch my entire 19 item order to XL completely when i specifically told her to ONlLY! Change the size from L to XL for that particular Caribbean green scrub top their company ran out of and NEVER informed me or gave me another option. This company constantly gave me the run around and a bunch of excuses about my order being shipped on time Now i have to return the entire order to UA for a complete refund of my money. This was definitely NOT what i expected as a 1st and last time buyer.

Modesty in nursing.
I have been purchasing my nursing scrubs for a number of years from Uniform Advantage. I found the web site on afternoon while searching for long scrub skirts. Not only did I discover the full length Buttersoft skirt but 3/4 length scrub tops to match. As an apostolic lady I have always been conscious of my personal modesty. I messaged the company a few months ago about 3/4 sleeve selections had gotten low. Shortly there after UniformAdvantage had them restocked in new prints. I love wearing my modest, comfortable and cute scrubs to work. I have recommend this site to many modest scrub wearing nurses. Keep up the great selections and modest scrubs for us who feel modesty is a must!

Scrubs for everyone
Although it has been a while since my last order, i have ordered multiple times in the past. I love my scrubs and UniformAdvantage last, making it unnecessary to keep ordering more. The excellent quality of their own brands especially will save you money while making the difficult work of the medical field more comfortable+ efficient. My personal favorite general scrub features are: 1. The TOPS with 4% or more spandex stretch and the 4 front pockets(double front pockets). The 3/4-sleeve ones, especially, keep this penguin warmer. More stretch means better fit+ flexibility with the ease of OFF! Everyone who wears scrubs regularly knows about getting the tops off. 2. the PANTS with MANY pockets. Personal fav(own 3pr) is their bss696( Butter Soft Scrubs), a generic copy of a famous scrub brand with amazing storage, + 3% stretch for all the squatting+standing repetitions. Neither the prints nor the solids in any style have faded more than a tiny bit in the 3-plus years i have worn them. None of the stretchy tops or 3% pants have shrunk at all. The only shrinkage in any piece has been a cotton/poly printed top without spandex. I do care for my all my clothes well by washing in cold(cleans as good as warm/saves you money), not using too many detergents, adding 1/2-cup white vinegar to wash when washing ANY new items(sets+ retains color in ALL clothes) and not over-drying(weakens fibers). Sign up for the free printed catalog but, check the site often. If there's an item u like, click on it to look to see what sizes and colors are on clearance for that item. Pretty much everything solid comes in seasonal, classic,+ clearance COLORS. Yes- end of season, those colors get marked down more. If u want it, get it. The marked down season colors go fast in all the middle sizes(S, M, L). Finally, my ONLY complaint is that the website does not let you make a WISH LIST of favorites to keep an eye on. After creating an account+ logging in, it is annoying to have to screen shot +/or write down all the complex names+/or product numbers in order to re-find them quickly! I have mentioned this multiple times when speaking to customer service(to ask a question) PLEASE fix this, UA! So that we can save the things we like. I have recommended this company to MANY co-workers and will continue to do so. Most of my works don't allow pix(hippa thing) but. I've included the chart i've used extensively to keep my scrubs in tip-top shape. Happy caregiving.

Shipping and customer service is a joke
I purchased 3 tops, and 1 bottom. I really needed only the bottoms, but why not get some tops. It was set for delivery in up to 7 business days. 10 buisness days later I get an email that my full order of 3 tops has shipped. I look all over in my email searching for another email from them, there's nothing about the bottoms. I contact customer service, and am advised UniformAdvantage sent an email that the bottoms were discontinued. I search my email again... no email stating the bottoms were discontinued. Why was it on the website then? The rep offers for me to purchase another item, once the order is placed reach out again and they can add a discount and free shipping for 3-7 day delivery. I've never heard of a company doing that after an order has been placed. The rep could not address that the bottoms would be incredibly late for my needs. Or why the original bottoms were discontinued and did not notify me of this, for me to possibly order another pair to have on time. No effort to help a customer who ordered in advance and now won't have bottoms on time due to their error on the website and lack of communication. I'm done with UA. Not ordering the bottoms I needed from UA. Now left looking for a local store for bottoms and for future needs.

Horrible Customer Service
The customer service follow up is terrible. I have been trying to order a very large order with custom logo but after paying for the logo it is no where to be found on my profile and I have tried calling countless times at all different times and nobody seems to know how to upload my logo onto my items. It is very frustrating and nobody seems to know what to do and UniformAdvantage all say that someone else will contact you and nothing happens. If time is valuable to you, then this may not be the retailer as I am finding out the hard way. They just give you the run around and they do not seem to care that they are wasting people's time. It's a complete joke. I suppose if you need to just make a quick click and purchase then it might be ok but for anything beyond that. Stay away.

Customer Service Issues
Ok so far I am on my 5th person and awaiting a response from a senior level customer service agent. On 4/23 I talked to Jason about an exchange, he was supposed to ensure the exchange would take place. On 5/1 I see a refund on my bank account. The exchange never took place! So I chat with 2 individuals Zach and Sarah, both who assure me I wouldn't be charged a shipping fee and that UniformAdvantage would note it on the account and all I had to do was call in and place the order... So I call in and Kevin transfers me to the department who can waive the shipping charge, I get cold transferred and answered by I think Alexis (at this point I forgot to write that name down) and am told she can't waive the shipping charge as well and a senior customer service agent will have to contact me back between 8-5pm M-F. My order was $137, my exchange was $57. I paid shipping to get the items and had to pay $8.99 to ship back. My exchange would have been $1 less then my original purchase... Why is this so hard? I am graduating May 18th and needed a white uniform, why must it take 6 people to process an exchange? Total lack of follow through and customer service!

Order delay
I have ordered several time with this company. I do not know what is happening but I placed yet another large order (5/6/21) and this time... there was a shirt that had gone out of stock... so UniformAdvantage sent me an email asking me what I wanted to do about it? Really? What can I do? It doesn't exist! Adjust my order and send the rest. Well... that didn't happen. I replied to the email saying remove it from the order. Then I heard NOTHING. I have called several times asking what the status of my order was since online... it kept telling me it was 'being processed.' After calling several times and getting answers like..."It's in shipping right now"... I don't see that you responded to the email... YES I did, the last guy said he can see that I responded... and now it's not there? So today (5/24/21) I called yet again and NOW 4 OTHER shirts are out of stock! So, I just cancelled the whole order. Very disappointed.
