I have delayed this feedback because of the trouble I have had with your tracks. I installed the new tracks and picked up the old tracks and drove the machine 25' out of the shop. I turned to the right and drove another 25' to drop the tracks. I started back to the shop and the right track fell off. I used the boom as a crutch to get it inside the shop. I couldn't find anything wrong so I pulled all the rollers and machined extension rings to extend the roller height from 3/8" to 3/4". I hoped this would fix the issue. Saturday (25th) I sent the excavator to install a 60' sewer. The track came off before the job was completed and came off again as it was being loaded onto the trailer This was the first time that I saw a track come off to the inside (both front and back). I have four of these excavators and all of them have 230x96x34 tracks. I have never had a problem like this before. Possibly the tracks you sent are for some other application. I have pictures to share if you would like. I need any information that you might have that will alleviate this issue, as this is not acceptable. Dave Hebard 806-324-9541.

The service was great but I was shipped the wrong product . Now it is to see if they will stand behind the problem and return the tracks and ship the proper ones.

When things don’t go well, is when service counts. I have a 2016 Kubota mini excavator which needs new tread. Within 2 days I had tracks. Numbers don’t match? I bought it used, so I have little history. My local dealer gave me the same size as United recommended. Rather than change sprockets, etc. I was able to return, by paying shipping. Why this is important, they didn’t have my needed size. There was no hassle or threats. Yes it cost me several $$, but I know my found new tracks will fit.

We had problems with our order but customer service did reach out to us to help resolve the issues we incurred. The issue was a warehouse and logistical error but not the product itself. We have always received good products from this company.

Called main office- talked with most knowledgeable guy- he had me get SN of our skid steer- asked which tread design- we decided that- said he had this track in Shreveport- could ship today and be to me in 2 days- gave him credit card- price was over daily card limit- told him I would call bank and fix that- I called him back in 20 min- he said- DONE- I have called Shreveport and you are good- 2 days later Southwest calls and delivers tracks- we have them on machine!
