I made a mistake and ordered a 17 foot Called your fellow ( he was fantastic) he stop the order, call me and I reordered a 21 foot flagpole, with the flag. Now I am waiting on the order. I am making military memorial in honor of my family. Marines, Army, Navy and Air Force. Will send you a photo when it is done. I am 76 years young, so I do A little a day. Appreciated reading reviews that specifically specified the type/fabric flag was made of. Additionally, how the flag would fly based on wind velocity and altitude. It was very encouraging to read that a flag flown 24/7 did not fray/tear. All previous flags that I have owned did fray/tear. Hopeful that the colors stay bright but more importantly do not bleed. Looking forward to receiving your flag.

Have been looking for small classroom flag holder in stores for a long time. (I am not a teacher.) Finally found them on your site. United States Flag Store arrived today, but I found that they are waaaaay too big to hold the small 8 x 12 stick flag that I need to put in it. Very disappointed since I cannot find what I really need ANYWHERE in stores and now, apparently, on line. Don't know what I'm going to do with these two holders... they are a waste for me.

The shopping experience with US Flags has always been 5-star stellar! I have bought over 30 full-size flags and many smaller ones as well as some pins from your company. The ease of finding what I want - even every international flag imaginable - ease of payment and prompt delivery make you a great company! I am only disappointed that your company offers the confederate flag for sale, and this is from a born Southerner who lives in and loves the new South. But I have been "woke" to know that it represents the traitorous enemy of the United States whose flags you proudly sell and for whom your company is named. It absolutely represents hate and intimidation toward many of our US citizens, many of whom are military and gold-star families. Please do not bother to write me back in an attempt to justify any history you have been told it reflects. It reflects a misguided history, at best, and a cruel, un-Christian, and unpatriotic history, at its truthful worst. Please educate yourselves on this subject. Read "No Common Ground" among other resources. As much as I regret to do so, I will seek another company for buying flags in the future unless you stop selling the confederate flag. Selling the true US flag and a traitorous one at the same store is too hurtful for me.

Horrible checkout experience... talked with chat agent, discount code(USF10) from email offer would not accept.
Spent considerable time on issue, received second code (VFF10) thru follow up email again that code didn't work... EXTREMLEY FRUSTRATED! I didn't want to place this order until the situation was corrected but it went thru anyway.
I have purchased many flags thru Valley Forge and US Flag and there was always some issue.
I probably will NOT purchase from you ever again!

Your ordering website is no user friendly. When it ask me to correct something it then makes me start back on info I already put it. Example that was the last straw and almost made me delete my order was. I put in my address hit next, then I put in all credit card info, then hit next, then your webiste asked about my address and when I confirmed it made me do all my credit card info again.

Shopping experience was good. I ordered the 50 state flag set about a year and a half ago and did not open the box till yesterday. It was missing the Maine and West Virginia flags. The others were beautiful for display. Since I did not open the box until yesterday I will take responsibility for the 2 missing flags - just wanted you to know in case this is a production problem.

I placed this order yesterday on the phone with your representative. I was very specific that I needed it shipped overnight Monday with delivery by end of day Tuesday. I was told that would not be a problem. She screwed up and did not ship over night. Item scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday. I will be gone at that point for 2 weeks and United States Flag Store will sit on the doorstep... Now had to place another order and shipped directly to location in Maine

This is my story... I was involved in a trading fraud and I understood that it's a fraud too late. I thought I had no chance to get back what I lost. After I understood how tricked I was, I decided to find out how I can get my money back, and finally, I reached this law firm. Mo ne yhelp. Pa ge. Link/ rontp age returned my money and pleased with the result. Do not fall for scammers. I recommend them.

Retired vet, been buying from you for over 10 years. I get a Christmas invite offering 15% off. It also told me free shipping while getting my order together. Go to check out and you not only didn't honor your 15% invite but also charged me for my FREE SHIPPING. As you can see by my past purchases I buy LOTS of your flags. Going forward, after I go through these ten just ordered, I may start looking some place else.

I ordered a 3x5 US flag in June but I received a smaller flag instead. I wrote to alert your store of the problem months after receiving the small flag and was told there was no remedy for the issue. I wanted to make you aware that the flag I ordered previously was a lot smaller than promised. I am ordering the Valley forge version in the hopes it'll be the right size.

I have a 10% coupon but was NOT able to apply it. I called and was not able to get an answer. United States Flag Store said someone would call me back it now day 2 and no one has called. We are also Tax Exempt and she said I could not apply until I placed the order even though I was ready to send the info.
First when I called she could not find the flag in the system that I was looking for. But I was.? What?

It was fast, easy and website was easy to search though. Hope flags are as good as United States Flag Store look online. Reviews except one or two seemed good enough for me to buy 1 Texas garden flag snd two small stick Texas flags. Have God blessed day! Houston Texas my beloved home town but have to call Burleson, Tx home for a short time. Texas rules and hope these Texas flags are good ones. Thanks Kristen

Thank you for making American Flags in America. On Memorial Day I had the JOY of putting 300 flags in the hands of inner-city children. I had shared stories of Black heroes and why United States Flag Store should LOVE America. We sang patriotic songs and gave God the GLORY! I'm looking forward to th is 4th of July. I only wish I could buy MORE. Every American child should have an American Flag on the 4th of July. One Nation Under God. Thank you so much! God bless America our home sweet home!

Very confusing as at the end it asked me if I wished to use their 'suggested address difference' Two time I said yes as it is more complete and correct; Finally called and spoke to a very helpful lady (sorry forgot. Her name) and she said properly, don't change to the suggested name as it will cancel the order. Which it did twice earlier.

I was on the phone to ask a question regarding the engraving on the plaque for over 20 minutes. I wasn't sure if United States Flag Store were even open. When I did get an answer (which took less than a minute) it wasn't satisfactory. I needed one more space or letter to make my order perfect. Unfortunately, they could not add one more character to my husband's plaque. Why not? Because the equipment isn't set up for additional characters. That should be adjusted or provide additional options: Lower price for not engraving or a higher price for a personalized touch.

Website database failed when I tried to order using my account so I couldn't use coupon. Continually said address (my record) not found in your database (nothing to do with USPS) so had to purchase as guest. Suggest this be looked at as new purchasers signing up to get the newsletter and coupon will get this all the time. As an IT Systems Engineer it looks like some sort of timing issue with a new account not being available.

Over the years I've ordered numerous flags, flagpoles (spinner & 20'), wall brackets and ez-mount plastic clips. I've been very happy with the ease of ordering these items, the quickness of delivery and the assistance I've received whenever I've had a question and contacted customer service person via phone. The only issue I'm unhappy about is that no all items are made in the United States. Of what I order only the flags are made in US, the rest are made in China which is very disappointing as I like to support America all the way.

I ONLY BUY AMERICAN MADE FLAGS. I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY FLAGS FROM USFS FOR some time and United States Flag Store hold up well. I get a US Flag and a NC flag every year. We have a lot of wind and the sun is the enemy in the south. The American flags hold up very well. The state flags fade by the end of the year. I have never been able to find a NC flag anywhere that doesn't fade in the hot NC sun. BUT… they don't fall apart. I fly each flag on their own 25 ft pole.
