Fantastic product, great customer service
You are getting the best in office desks with Uplift. And this isn't just about the quality of the desk and its accessories, the customer service and delivery of the product are also excellent. I ordered my desk and within a few days, my desk was shipped. Unfortunately, my desk was slightly damaged during delivery, but a quick email to customer support (Thank you Harper!) and Uplift was ready to credit me. I wish more consumer companies were like Uplift! Looking forward to making my next purchase with them.

Great Desk / Great Service
First, I want to say the customer service I received up front, prior to any purchase I made, was fantastic. I spoke with Harper about a couple of different desk top options I was unsure about, and asked if I could receive some additional photos, which I promptly got! This very much helped me make my decision, and further cemented my choice of Uplift. So, Harper, if you are reading this, thank you very much and you were absolutely right about the reclaimed birch butcher block - beautiful piece(s) of wood, beautiful top.

The desk top as I mentioned is fantastic, the support frame is also a fantastic. As has been mentioned elsewhere, it is a bit of a long process to put the desk together, but not difficult. The movement up and down is fluid and plenty quick enough, and not particularly loud. A note on the frame color, for anyone picking the industrial style, be aware it has a kind of bronze hue to it, it is not just grey.

Great product and even better customer service.
I purchased a V2 Commercial standing desk from Uplift Desk and am very happy with the product. The desktop did come with a negligible defect in a corner, but I did reach out to their customer service anyway to let them know. Marianne Nissim was the representative that assisted me, and she was extremely helpful. Not only was she quick to respond to my inquiry, but she also offered me 3 different options for me to choose from to make up for the inconvenience. I was more than happy with all 3 options she offered and ultimately am happy that I purchased the desk from Uplift Desk among the many other options out there in the market.

Excellent Build Quality and Service
With so many of us working from home, I decided to treat myself to a top quality standing/adjustable desk. I ordered in the midst of the pandemic, so it took a couple of months to fulfill the order. When it arrived, i was struck by the quality build --the components are very heavy, but fairly easy to assemble. If you are an older person or perhaps a smaller woman or man, you may need help with the boxes bringing them to the room where your desk will be located. Initially i had an issue with the desk not moving up or down (!), but Samantha in customer service worked with me, sending two replacement parts, which ultimately fixed the issue and the desk is functioning perfectly. While I was initially frustrated that that desk did not work "out of the box", i give the company credit for being responsive and sending me the easy to install replacement parts without hesitation, and leading me through the quick repair. So, all in all, i feel that I have a high quality desk and a company that will stand behind its products in the event that there are any issues in the future. Thank you Samantha and Uplift Desk.

Great Customer Service
I know people often say this, but I really don't normally take the time to write reviews. I decided to make quite an investment in Uplift and their products while remodeling a home office. I was a bit concerned at first as this was a business exchange totally done on line. But I wanted to take a chance on an Austin company, and I am so glad I did. Of the many transactions I placed, I had only one that I needed help with involving a chair damaged on arrival. I reached out to customer service and was so pleasantly surprised by the support Krysten provided that I told her "this is what customer service means". She saw my issue completely through to a satisfactory resolution and I am so pleased with her support and Uplifts handling of the issue that I will not hesitate to work with them again when it's time to remodel my Husband's home office. - Thank you Uplift and Krysten!

Great Products / Outstanding Service
We have purchased 4 Uplift Desks this year and have been extremely satisfied with all aspects of the process. Ordering is a breeze, units are delivered when Uplift Desk are promised and you receive a wealth of assistance to put the units together (video and written). On one of the desks we miscalculated the length of the desk surface and reached out to see about swapping parts. Marianne N. Responded very quickly and had the new part ordered for us within an hour of my first email. That is so rare these days. So even if the desks weren't incredibly awesome they'd still have me as a customer. But, I have to tell you, the desks are amazing. So glad we found these folks.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I received my uplift desk in great condition and am in love with my desk. The assembly was easy! The only issue I ran across was that I was missing one grommet cover. Everything else was there. Thinking it may have slipped out of one of my packages. I accessed the chat feature on the website and was connected with Marcus Brent. Marcus immediately took care of the issue and sent an email that a new one was being shipped right away. While I was on the chat with him I asked about their wheel casters and ended up purchasing that with Marcus. I didn't even have to ask but I was given a nice discount off of these! I'm seriously blown away with how well this company did from start to finish. I'll definitely be recommending the uplift desk to all my colleagues and clients. THANK YOU UPLIFT DESK! Above and beyond
A while ago I bought a table and chair from Uplift Desk.
Uplift Desk are wonderful products and they make my work much easier.
A couple of weeks ago I had an issue with the chair and contacted their costumer service.
I got in contact with Avalon, and she went above and beyond to help me out and replace my chair.
She made sure to ask all the questions to understand what happened, and did everything she could until the issue was solved.
I felt heard and taken care of.
Would recommend their products in a heartbeat!

Thank you for sending me the new equipment free of charge, I really appreciate it. A couple years ago I was visiting my friend and he had an Uplift Desk and I had never seen one before. I already had a hand-operated standing desk, but I knew when I saw the sheer surface area and the motorized controls that I had to have one!

I ordered one online right then and there, still have it and love it and it's been great. Just bought a monitor arm from you guys and juat bought my girlfriend her own uplift desk and she loves it.

I love that I can stand up whenever I need to during work as it really helps improve my productivity.

You guys and gals are running a great company with a great product, and I will continue to recommend your desks whenever I can, thanks again.

Great customer service!
With all the shipping delays I began to worry about when I would receive my desk. After working with Avalon I feel so much better. After a phone call, she followed up with an email and then stayed in constant communication with me, addressing any questions or concerns that came up. I have yet to receive my desk (it's on it's way, I have the tracking number), so not 5 stars now (once it's here and put together, I'll come back) but the customer service is definitely 5 stars of excellence.

Customer Service Ordering Experience
I recently purchased an L-shaped Uplift Desk after researching the market thoroughly. I was undecided between the Uplift model and one from a competitor and reached out to customer service via the Live Chat to have a few questions answered. After about a 15 minute wait, I was paired with Abby V., who not only thoroughly answered my questions, but offered to put together a custom quote with a few items I was adding that were not part of the desk bundle. It didn't take long before the quote came through, and she followed the purchase all the way through shipping.

While I cannot comment on the quality of the product yet, I will say that there level of customer service earned them the sale over their competitor.

Great Customer Service
I have been shopping for a standing desk solution for quite a few weeks now as the Covid/WFH continues on. After comparing about 8 companies and the various options and discounts being offered I came across the Uplift solution. I had quite a few questions after comparing with competitors and Jamie C. Was able to help me with everything and then some! Uplift Desk were very fast to respond and were very helpful in getting me all the details to my laundry list of questions that I came with. I am very excited to get this standing desk in the next few weeks!

Best standing desk in the market
I recently bought Uplift desk and I wanted to share my experience. After doing some online research, I finally went with Uplift for its warranty and high ratings. It seems Uplift Desk are very popular in the industry.
I bought 60" x 30" with Dk Rubberwood Solid Wood. So many accessories to choose from. It's like a one stop shopping for anything you need. The table looks beautiful and steady.
There was issue with delivery of the tabletop. They have an amazing customer service. Timothy (Tim F.) has been very helpful in resolving the issue. I am happy with the table and the excellent customer service. I'll definitely recommend their products for anyone in the market for a standing desk. You can't go wrong with them.

Great products, even better customer service!
With their intuitive customization mechanics in their website, to their easy-to-follow instructional videos, to their excellent customer service, UpLift demonstrates that Uplift Desk design the entire experience around meeting customer needs. The build of my desk is sturdy, the looks attractive, and it really has helped my ergonomics.

Plus, when one of the items I had ordered was delated two times, I contacted customer service and Marianne Nissim quickly resolved my issue by suggesting I exchange the delayed item for a very similar one they had in stock; she even threw a little bonus gift on my order!

I highly recommend Uplift, and am considering ordering my Father a desk for him self.

Avalon was great to work with!
When my desk order from Uplift had some issues, Avalon was very helpful in getting things resolved. She very promptly filed a FedEx logistics claim when the desktop got stuck/lost at the distribution center. Then when the desktop arrived damage, she responded very quickly with a couple solutions and promptly put an order in for a replacement desktop. While I'm sad that it's taken a lot longer to get my desk up and running than I had hoped, I know Uplift did everything Uplift Desk could to help correct issues caused by the shipping company.

Customer Service is Lacking
I ordered a customized desk from Uplift that cost over $2500. It quickly arrived in multiple packages except for the wood top which was back-ordered for a month (I knew this going into the purchase). I began installing a temporary wood top on the desk until the one ordered arrived. I called Uplift's customer support regarding a few questions I had on the installation. The customer support person requested I email him some photos for further clarification and he would get with his manager and call me right back. I immediately emailed pictures, diagrams, etc. then waited for a return phone call. Hours later I still hadn't heard and followed up with another call to customer support. After a long wait on hold, I spoke with another representative. He said he would have the first representative return my call instead of trying to help me himself. This continued a few more times throughout the day and I finally gave up on receiving a return phone call or any kind of help from their customer support. I don't know if I would have made this same purchase with this company knowing how poor their customer support would be especially for the steep price!

Great products but excellent service
I researched a stand up desk for months and thankful someone mentioned this company to me in passing. Uplift Desk had all the things I was looking for at a reasonable price. Really happy with how my workspace turned out. I had a minor issue upon getting my desktop and I chatted with customer service and had a lovely convo with Avalon Myst. She was quick and helpful to resolve my questions. Authentic customer service conversations that are not scripted and robotic are rare these days so I feel she deserves a mention!

Phenomenal Customer Service: Steven Bostic
Had the wonderful opportunity to work with Steven Bostic from their Sales/Customer Service department to place an order. Steven helped answer all of my questions and even helped me accommodate needs associated with a corporate wellness subsidy I was trying to apply.

Steven's professionalism, client relationship skills, knowledge of the Uplift product offering portfolio, and just general nice-guyness are beyond exceptional. People like Steven truly are a testament for the quality of Uplift products beyond just the desk! Uplift wants to make sure you're happy with the full customer experience and I'm so glad I've got the perfect desk for my home on its way over!

Excellent product and customer service!
I've had my Uplift desk for over 4 years at this point and have no issues with it, it works great and is very sturdy. I've had to contact customer support twice, and both times Uplift Desk were very punctual and helpful. The first issue was a very small part that I lost and asked if they could provide me a replacement. I worked with a CSA named Steven Bostic who was extremely prompt in helping me find the part and having it shipped to my house. I was pretty impressed with this because the part is very minor and inexpensive, yet they prioritized my request in a timely fashion.

The second was due to a faulty desk leg that wasn't moving my desk up properly. They sent me a new one and my issue was fixed within 1 week. That replacement has been going strong for 4 years now.

Overall, very happy with my purchase and I regularly suggest others consider their products.

Excellent Customer Service
I am a realtor in Oklahoma and have been looking for a sleek storage option for my office. Everything I found was bulky and had a cheap build quality. I stumbled upon Uplift and found the right unit for my needs. I placed an order for the Uplift 3 drawer file cabinet but was having trouble processing my order through ordering online. I called and was happily greeted by their customer service rep Samantha! She was great! She addressed my problem and helped me place my order locking in a great deal! Looking forward to receiving this file organizer. I little on the pricey side but definitely worth it for the quality.
