i was very fortunate to have had richard, (thou sight unseen), as my salesperson via the phone...we've been doing business for two weeks now and i couldn't be happier with the extremely quick, one-day delivery of my two orders...i wasn't txpecting that...
nor did i think, but much appreciate, rich's in-depth assitance regarding a unit in my system already that basically duplicated what i was pondering buying from him, knowing it could affect his sale, but he was very helpful, regardless, and won the purchase...
he's friendly and knowledgable and goes the distance to gather product info if he's unfamiliar with it...\

I’ve only just made a pre-order for new tower speakers, but these guys are the only ones taking the pre-orders for the color I want, which is a new upcoming offering. I’ll be back to update after I receive them, but so far so good — and psyched for them to arrive!

I've done business with Upscale for years, from $50 tubes to $6k speakers. The folks have always been helpful and professional. Well, we finally had a small misunderstanding. Many retailers would have said it's my problem. Upscale didn't! They run their business like professionals and we came to a mutually agreeable resolution. That's the difference between average and excellent customer service! Now I'm sure to continue doing business with them as I feel respected and valued. While their troubleshooting process may have a little upside potential, I'm giving them five stars for being a step above the other retailers I've experienced, and for understanding both the short and long-term value of a customer. Kudos to all involved!

My first ever tube purchase. After learning as much as i could about the various brands I chose this one. Didn't think it would be this hard to locate one. Nice to find a "local" place and the added confidence after reading about Kevin, his practices and business.

Always a pleasure dealing with Upscale over the years. The process went so smooth and fast I forgot to log in to my account before pushing the "Complete Order" button. Easy access, great products. I'm using these tubes in my Njoe Troeb 4000 I bought from you tears ago. They sound great! Not quite as goods as the Mullards you sold me back then, but still very good.
I wonder if you still have any upsamplers for the 4000. Mine went south some time back and I miss the increased definition.

Most happy with the customer service between last night and today with my Rel T/9i (RED) subwoofer purchase. Sean was extremely helpful and informative and Upscale has earned a future repeat customer...I'll post an update on the sub and how I like it after a few weeks of running it in.

Love this place. I'm telling all my friends.... I had some repairs done to my amp and few of my output tubes got damaged so I've been using the tubes that came with my Cary amp,I've been waiting for the green light to buy tubes again. btw...the Gold Lion KT 88s rock....I can't wait to get my new tubes!!

My third purchase from you following: (1) A Siemens 6DJ8/6922 way back when and (2) a used mint-condition conrad-johnson MF2500 amp a year ago. This four-6922 purchase is for a conrad-johnson Presmier 17LS line stage. I appreciate the quality of both the products and the service thus far, and Kevin's videos are very helpful in sorting out myth from what really is.

I’m the first time customer At the website the items I want to buy the 6h30 tube for my ARC phone preamp but it’s not too clear then I try to contact your company ,the sales person JOE he was very clear to explain me about the item at all I’m so happy and he was very helpful I love it.
