YOU DO NOT WANT ME TO WRITE A REVIEW FOR YOU, BUT I WILL ANYWAYS. WHERE DO I START? I ORDERED SOME PARTS FOR MY CAR ON 7/9/2. TODAY IS 7/27/22. I WAS TOLD 3-7 DAYS AND MY ITEMS WOULD BE DELIVERED. SO YOU CAN SEE IT HAS BEEN WAY OVER 3-7 DAYS SINCE ORDERING AND STILL NO PARTS FOR MY CAR. IN FACT, THEY ARE HELD UP IN FLORIDA FOR MORE THAN 12 DAYS. NOW ABOUT A WEEK AGO I CALLED AND ASKED WHERE MY PARTS WERE AND I WAS TOLD IT IS OUT OF THEIR HANDS AND CAN NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY OR RESEND THE ITEMS SINCE THE SHIPMENT IS BEING HELD UP TO NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN. I AM MORE THAN ANGRY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR A RESOLUTION TO THIS. MY CAR HAS BEEN SITTING OUT OF SERVICE FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS WHEN I WAS TOLD 3-7 DAYS. THIS IS NOTHING LESS THAN B.S. SERVICE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. THEY DID NOT CARE ABOUT ME WHEN I CALLED FOR AN UPDATE BECAUSE THEY ALREADY HAD MY MONEY.
Bought a VTT dual catch can, box came with a missing hose inside, call customer service for days and they never answer the phone, send several emails and the only response was to take a picture of the product to see if the manufacturer want to take it back. I got frustrated and stopped responding, i need to chew the $422 i spend on it never going to buy anything else from VTT or urotuning again in my life, people be aware they not answering phone calls and barely responding to emails. Wont worth the hazle.
I purchased the front and rear Vaico bearing kit on my 2006 MK4 Golf TDI. I installed all bearings in May 2022 per OEM torque/ procedure. All bearings are healthy after 3600 miles except the passenger rear which is failing. A call to customer service gave me the option of a no-cost warranted replacement of the same or a step up to a F.A.G. bearing assembly for a discounted price. I took the offer of a better bearing and will every time I need one in light of how much work they are to replace. A four star rating for the good service, but having to replace a substandard bearing at only 3600mi. I guess people like having a lower cost option, but a lack of product reliability in my case took one star away.
Urotuning was fine to deal with. Responsive to questions in a timely fashion. The product....very disappointed. The top and bottom mounting plates of the bags were 5 degrees off from one another. That doesn't seem like much but these were a replacement set for truck. I had to die grind out the mounting holes in the truck to accommodate. I spent a lot of time and money custom fabricating and powder coating the parts on the truck when I did it 10 years ago. Now I have to repair the paint and not to mentions taking a half hour job and turning it into a 2 hour job. Thanks slam specialties....
Package came in a well secured box and everything was very easy to install. It didn’t come with instructions but there’s plenty of videos out there or you can just figure it out.
The part is of high quality and looks very good. My only complaint is the vacuum hose seems to have the wrong size on one end. The nipples it slides on are two different sizes yet the hose is the same (smaller of the two) on both ends. This was an easy fix using an elbow I had in my own inventory but it seems like an oversight by racingline. Other than that, I’m satisfied!
I actually returned those and purchased the LED ones instead and I am very happy with those I installed them myself the other day super easy took me about 15 minutes to do the whole thing and I’m on crutches and in a cast with a broken leg so it probably would’ve taken me five but they came out great fit perfect. I recommend to anyone who has a 2022 VW Tiguan. Get rid of that ugly amber color block it out. Will definitely be purchasing more items as they come out.
This is a nice looking exhaust. All of the quality control issues you read about online appear to have been sorted out as well. My only gripe is that it doesn't actually sound "good." It makes noise, but it doesn't have any type of tone (and that's because it doesn't have mufflers). Sounds great when you fire up the car though. And it's not that it sounds bad, per se, it just doesn't sound good. I had a Borla on my GTI, and I think that sounded a lot better. For the next batch they should also weld on another hanger, to utilize the factory one that you don't re-use.
When I bought this diesel-gate survivor in December of 2019 the badge on the front was broken, and poorly glued together - eventually it fell apart. I looked for a badge online and was confused about the different sizes and could never be sure I was buying the right one - until I found UroTuning. From searching for the correct badge to check out and delivery - I am VERY pleased with the entire transaction. It was easy to put on and has been on since (about 2 months now) and I will definitely shop UroTuning again should I need quality VW parts for my wagon.
I recently purchased a stage 1+ unitronic tune and also the uniconnect+ cable for simple installation from UroTuning. Never done anything like this before and was not sure what to expect. The shipping was fast and I received the cable quickly. Using my own computer in my driveway, I was able to flash my car to stage 1+ (93 octane) with ease, following the step by step instructions. My car is a totally different machine now! I highly recommend this! Blown away by the difference it makes! Thanks UroTuning!
I had a ripped boot on one of the Axles of my 2003 New Beetle Turbo S. A VW dealer I called wanted an arm & a leg for the parts plus installation. After doing a bit of web search I found the folks at UroTuning. They had the axles in stock and at a fantastic price. (I went ahead and replaced both axles since the car is almost 20 years old) I received them a few days later. It took a while for a local mechanic to get them installed. No issues at all and the axles were a perfect fit.
When ordering ignition coil parts for German cars you rely on the info your auto parts supplier tells you. I ordered ignition coils for my Audi A8L and after inputting my vehicle information was told via the website the parts ordered fit my vehicle perfectly. However, upon receipt, the ignition coils were too short. (Picture attached shows original part vs. incorrect part received). I would advise UnoTuring to request VIN info for a more reliable part determination other than just Year, Make and engine! This cost me unnecessary time to hunt down and outsource with another supplier at an increased cost in order to complete my project on time.
When installing this be sure to be VERY careful around the sai. Its known to be deleted but as far as my knowledge it’s a system/pump that these 2 hoses connected to it and this intake utilized at least one of the hoses. I ended up having to replace mines bc it broke during the install because it was so brittle and old, and the new 1” hose that comes with this intake, sits right on top of your sai hose fit it in as properly as you can it’s TIGHT! And be sure to l give yourself some room on the Elbow of the intake it will sit on your master cyclinder causing vibration on your brake pedal. I had to raise the intake up a bit because of it
I recently upgraded the exhaust system on my 2015 Ford Mustang Ecoboost to a 3" all the way back to a 3" inlet with 2, 2.5" outlets to support the dual exhaust system. I already had an axle back system from another company with 2.5" piping as well. The results were LOTS of cabin drone at certain RPM's, and way too loud for street use. I love the axle back system, so I went on the website for the axle back manufacturer I purchased from to find a 3" inlet/outlet resonator to install upstream. Wow, am I glad AWE linked me directly to UroTuning.com! The resonator they recommended was spot on what I was hoping for! It removed most of the drone, and toned down the volume and high RPM rasp just enough to make my car liveable as a daily driver, but still sound mean the way it should! Thanks UroTuning and afe for a great product, built to a high quality standard!
Purchased 2 of these as I need 4 new straps for my bike racks. I was sent 2 straps.... I contacted customer service and received an email back saying it would be looked into and that was several days ago. I asked that the remainder rof the order be sent out to me, since I've already paid for them and the shipping. No answer yet....
Urotuning site says theybcone in packages of 2 straps. They came 1 to a pack. So someone is wrong and me the customer expecting something per website and getting half what I ordered.
I tried to call and never got an answer, emailed and I got a response and no resolution.
Update: still waiting on response from the supplier on getting me the remainder of the order. I feel confident that my order will be filled, this is clearly a seldom happening mistake as I've never had any issue with my several purchases from urotuning.
I think you guys may have sent me the wrong part? The picture shows 2 MAF sensors. The one on the left is the original, the one on the right is the part I received. There are four holes on the replacement that are not on the original! I realize that over time parts are sometimes superseded but after installation of the shipped part, the car immediately started bucking and surging and shutting off! I did remember to disconnect the battery to let the memory clear! I’m hoping you guys can straighten this out as I was hoping to buy my Stage 2 performance mods through your company? I didn’t want to rate you yet so as to not give a negative review but it’s a required field Once this corrected, I’d be glad to review my review. Hope to hear from you soon JM
For almost a year I have been getting a check engine light for P2187 only to find out that the hose coming from the brake booster that runs under vacuum pump was cracked. It was really hard to see until you touch it, it slips right off. So I decided to replace all the hoses associated with the vacuum with the spullen silicone hoses and man what a difference it made. The hose's fit but I had to put a good amount of elbow grease on to get them to properly fit and i also had to buy another set of clamps cause the ones that come with it were to tight. Besides that the car runs better now.
I ordered a set of M3 axles from urotuning. I received a set of Mini Cooper axles. I had to contact and get the correct ones sent. Honest mistake probably, I’m understanding. So I had the car out today for the 1st time. It is a drift car. The axles lasted (2) laps before snapping both. I understand the axles were inexpensive but I feel they should not be advertised as M3 axles. My OEM axles took 7 + years of beating and I only replaced them with these because I was re doing my rear end.
Probably SOL on a refund and a ton of wasted time.

Horrible customer service and follow up. Ordered 40 days ago. Customer Service Ryan Foley says supplier is the issue. This is my 2nd go around with this shotty company. I will never order again and spend as much time as possible in my local car club community sharing my experiences. It's a scam and a rip off. Now I have to dispute my charge 349$ and go in search of the part I ordered. I've had 20 emails with Ryan Foley , humorously at the bottom of every email it says tips are appreciated. Here's my TIP, don't every order from Urotuning. What a f****** joke.
I ordered a suspension rebuild kit for the front end and what a mess it was. The first shipment came quickly but was (1) missing the strut spreader tool I had bought in addition to the kit, the trailing control arm bushings were (2) not the FEBI S3 bushings as the listing had stated. As I started installing parts on my new control arms I had picked up I had an issue with the URO PARTS ball joint. (3) The right-side ball joint wouldn't fit called customer service and promptly got another one in the mail, unfortunately, the second (4) right-side balljoint did not fit either. (5) After sending the wrong bushings back I had to contact customer service as the correct bushings had never been shipped. Customer service was pretty good trying to get everything straightened out for me but what a nightmare it has been.
Urotuning has been a solid company to work with. Quick shipping. Quick response on anything needed. My exhaust showed up within a couple days. Unfortunately multiple dents in each flared joint. I was able to fix the issue and continue the install. No harm done and seemed to be a direct manufacture issue more so than anything. I informed the guys at urotuning and I quickly had a response. I have no doubt if an actual problem occurred these guys would have made it right. Customer service goes a long way and these guys are always there to help
