I’m upset that they discontinued the glitter lipstick color called Candy. I do not like the colors purchased as much.

I already knew I liked the product because I’ve had it before. I got it in a subscription box so this is the first time I’ve ordered it from the manufacturer. I was super impressed with shipping time and cost. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

I wrote an email asking for something and got an email back saying it would take 24-48 hours for a response to never get one! I got other emails from you that I check to see if you replied but did not so no your customer service sucks so bad I am considering not buying from you again.

I have used the glitter flips before and love them. Still love them, but was disappointed that one of the colors I ordered this time, which is my favorite color, was half empty and appeared that it had been used. I don't know if there was a defect in the making of it, but not very happy that it was half empty.

I like the lipstick I received. I wasn’t able to use my welcome coupon and they stopped selling my favorite lipstick, glitter flip.

I got my Dewy stick in my Allure beauty box and loved it! So I ran out and had to get more! It's perfect for highlighting your cheek bones!

Beautiful colors, I have lash extensions. This is a must liquid eyeshadow, it’s really the only make product I use . Quick swipe and your eyes pop.

I bought the yellow mascara and I love it! It does need to go on pretty thick and gloopy to get the proper pop of color, but I've really loved wearing it.

Love a lot of your products, but I REALLY love when ya'll have a sale! I have always received good service from you and I like your variety of products.

Hi- this was my first time ordering. I got my products in a reasonable time. I ordered 3 things and got a matte lipstick that when I opened it and saw the color, I didn’t care for it at all and it didn’t look like the picture at all.
There was nothing on the site about return!
I had to write to you inquiring about returning the lipstick and the response was only returnable if unopened! So I can’t return for not liking the product! That is a no return policy!
I love your mascara but now will not order anything else because I’d be stuck with it. Too bad:(

The usps and canada post messed up the order. As per them they delivered but we didnot recieved anything. Such a bad experience with shipping. Been trying to reach them but no satisfactory answer or solution by any of the individuals.

I had received one of the Dewy Stix (Gleam) in a Fab Fit Fun delivery and may I say, I LOVE IT!!
I use it on my cheeks, eyes and lips depending upon my mood.
I noticed I was running out and went to your website to place another order. Accidentally chose Glow instead, but still love it. It is so smooth, creamy and blendable.
I prefer the goldtone of Gleam, but Glow has become another fave as well. This will remain a staple in my bag-o-tricks.

I really like Cate’s products I use many of them. One of my favorites is the coconut setting mist it’s so refreshing and u can use it throughout the day it makes a soft nice glow while hydrating ur skin💞💞👍✅

This was my worst experience ever. The lipsticks are terrible, the colors are no where near what is on the website. I bought some $1 lipsticks they are better than your lipsticks. I trashed them all. I believe the models on your website are wearing some different lipsticks from what you are producing. The brown chaos that I ordered two of don't even resemble the shade that is on the website. Your products are nasty and fake. All of the colors are bad. Very poor. You will be out of business soon.

Love my Glitterflip! And I love the deal on it too! I bought 6 tubes and one ended up being out of stock so they emailed and let me know they could replace it or refund it. I’m so glad they were willing to replace it. I’ll have enough lipstick for the year now🤣

LOVE the products and ease of shopping, but your shipping charges are outrageously expensive compared to other sites. Will make me think twice before ordering again.

The color of the lip gloss I received is absolutely nothing like the pictures. It is much, much darker. It is a color that I would never have ordered because I do not like dark colors on my lips. Also, there is no sparkle to the gloss though it is advertised as a sparkly lip color. No happy at all with this purchase

I bought two mascaras, blue is applied well, but the yellow mascara lays down in lumps and crumbles. It feels like different quality.

Was excited to purchase product from Britain, instead their priducts are made in China, very disappointed!

Got a mini WonderWand in my Ipsy amd really loved it, so ordered a full size from Ciate. The product I received seemed old; was dry and very flaky. Totally dried out my lashes and I experienced some lash thinning.
I contacted the customer service, who asked me to send photos of the defective product and then offered to send a replacement. Still waiting for it to arrive (over a week and half). So disappointed! I am a professional makeup artist and a mascara junkie- thought I had finally found the perfect mascara for me!
Hoping my replacement arrives soon and I feel differently :/
