Aysha was a great help in setting up the cellular data plans. She spent over 2 hours of her time to assist us with our questions and problems. Her respect and patience was excellent and so was her advice. She made it clear how to set up the plans and port in our old numbers. She even helped us with a longstanding issue of turning off the "Do Not Disturb" mode of our cell phone that we did not know about and all our earlier efforts to resolved it failed. She is so friendly and help and we appreciate all her great support. Thank you US Mobile for having such a wonderful employees on board!
It has took one month until now I still could not get my new service yet and they have already charged me. I believe that they had lost my phone number. The worst part which is the service department. Every time they had different excuses to let you wait for the response but it never be went through. Even you want talk to their manager, Henna, she never returned you call because she doesn't know how to solve the issue either and try to avoid. Very bad experience and won't recommend at all.
We just signed up & activated our service with US Mobile today & must say from our experience thus far, we are very grateful to our daughter for recommending US Mobile to us. We have had incredible customer service throughout the process of changing over.
That being said, we'd like to especially thank Yasir, a representative whom helped us yesterday on 7/13/22 & informed us of the information we still needed to retrieve before we could proceed to activating our account. Yasir was very knowledgeable & kind.
Most of all we would like to give 5 stars x 100 to Sheetal, also a representative, for her amazing guidance & patience while navigating with us through completion of the process of signing-up & activation today 7/14/22.
Both of them were so considerate & instrumental in making the start of our experience with US Moblile customer service extremely satisfactory! We can't thank them enough!!
Also, I must mention the ease of getting in touch with US Mobile customer service.
Our previous cellular service provider was so difficult to reach - it was like the difference of night & day! Such a bonus from the beginning!

I'd tried on two separate occasions to activate the phone I purchased spending hours with two reps. While they were polite they couldn't understand how to help me. I was about to ask to return the phone and forget US Mobile, but waited to calm down and called one more time. Ammar stuck with me and problem solved until I could complete the process. You have a 5 star employee in Ammar. He could help others understand how to help clueless customers.
Umair Dogar helped me with a sticky situation. I had just been charged via autopay but wanted to modify the plans for a couple lines which was made more difficult by a particular legacy discount. Umair was patient with me as he explained what happened and why, how to resolve the issue and timing in relation to my bill cycle and the difference from bill cycle to plan cycle. All said and done mission accomplished and Umair even went above and beyond my expectations to make me feel like a valued customer at US Mobile. I recommend US Mobile to my family and friends and invite all to step away from the big carriers and try this up and coming carrier for great plans at good pricing, especially under pooled plans,
Family Unlimited plans, and you can even create your owm custom plans. They have BETTER customer service when you need it. True every now and then I get an agent that doesn't understand me...but I ask for a new agent and usually that next agent understands they need to make up, and when I treat them with respect always, the outcome has been positive.
Wow! Just had a great experience with customer service agent Aysha! She very patiently stepped me through what I needed to do to fix the US Mobile service that I had managed to screw up. Not only did she fix the problem, which involved a credit card charge refund, but she also called me back to make sure everything was working well. She was incredilby friendly and competent and caring. I have the highest regards for her work. Thank you, Aysha!
I had spent several hours on the phone with customer service and no one was able to help me activate my new phone. Ammar was very patient and was able to help me insert the Sim card and navigate the on line activation process. I'm 75 and not at all familiar with the US Mobile web site. Ammar gave clear instructions was extremely patient, and unfailingly courteous. What a blessing to find such a wonderful customer service representative!
I've been using US Mobile for over a year now. The customer service has always been great, but today's call with Nobel was top-notch! I had to switch between SIM cards (GSM to Super LTE) and had gotten stuck in the process of porting my number over, so I hopped on the phone to customer service. Nobel was incredibly friendly & patient, and didn't get frustrated with my million questions. He took the time to explain everything in great detail and stayed on the line to confirm each step of the process until my number was actually ported over. We even had an entertaining chat about different anime series while waiting! (I've now got his recommendations on my watch list.) As for the service itself, I'm hoping the network will improve with the switch from the GSM SIM to the Super LTE, but if there's anything keeping me with this company, it's the affordable prices, flexibility in plans, and the amazing customer service that Nobel provided me with today!!!

Nobel was my representative to help me access Us mobile internet service on my phone went out him I don't believe I could have done it this representative shows the Integrity of US Mobile for the future I believe that people like him makes customers talk good about the company they work for if it wasn't for him once again I don't believe I could have got my phone on thank you Noble very good experience made everything more simple for me once again I can't say it enough the best tech I've ever talked to about my phone
My new phone had problems connecting to the service network. The fix required a complete manual reconfiguration, requiring changes to many settings. Thankfully, Muhammad Faisal was there to guide me each step of the way. What could have been a harrowing experience for a 70 year old luddite was relatively painless. He was patient, polite and altogether pleasant. Cudos to Muhammad and US Mobile customer support.
Complete trash. Customer service is truly helpless when it comes to anything beyond basic. They continue to claim that a number port is still with the previous carrier even though the phone now says it's with Verizon, even when you call the phone number. Their customer service is just gate keepers that only handle basic tasks, if you have anything that is complex, they have no idea what they're doing and will just tell you they contacted another department, and that department will get back to you... they never do. I lost my phone number do to their complete incompetence.
Ammar Shauket has got to be one of the best customer service reps that I have ever talked to on the phone. He has a lot of patience with customers that are new to smart phones and the technology involved. He was on the phone with me for over 45 minutes and would not hang up or put me on hold until he made sure that everything was working correctly and all my questions were answered. If I have any other issues I really hope that he answers the call. He never once tried to rush me or make me feel uncomfortable asking any questions. He is exceptional! More companies need to have reps like Ammar. Finding an employee that is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly is very rare so this company should be proud to have him on the team. He should be commended for the professional way that he represents your company. 5 BIG STARS TO AMMAR!
I had high hopes for this service. I have used prepaid providers for years, and U.S. Mobile had been highly recommend on the forums that I follow. So I ported my number to them, and I am now without service. My old provider confirmed that the port went through. Yet, my number is not active on U.S. Mobile. The reps have not been able to help me. This is a major inconvenience. Please proceed with caution. I will update this review as warranted.
Ammar was Outstanding! Patiently waited on the line while I contacted the Verizon “customer support”. it’s in quotes because Verizon “customer support” consists of a never ending phone tree and redirection to different departments none of whom actually can help with anything. I would recommend Ammar and US mobile to any Verizon wireless customer who is sick of their incessant price increases and complete lack of live, competent customer support!
Mr. Asghar displayed his conviction to provide his Excellent Service, Time, and Work Effort Ethics Skills. Going the extra mile to provide patience with an existing customer which demonstrates his ability to reassure the person by his actions that he is more than willing to provide the service which he has been instructed by his supervisors. Mr. Asghar performed admirably to an existing customer recovering from cancer whom cannot speak very well yet and that sounds like he has a mouthful of coins. (I hate the way I sound.) Mr. Asghar was the third Product Support Specialist I spoke with trying to set up my four new lines. Today, Mr. Asghar was, is impressive & Awesome! I have upgraded my initial Unlimited Plan to the New Unlimited Premium Plan! Ali has fine tuned my US Mobile account to my specific needs and saved me money. Supervisor's know that one customer writing a sterling letter of recommendation proves that you & your staff have excelled in providing this expert service of performance to hundreds of wireless customers. Thanks very much again Ali. Please feel free to forward this letter to your supervisors. Congratulations! US MOBILE for having succeeded in hiring and training personal who truly care about their careers and becoming the best in their field!
A Harrowing tale, I came in to the stores of U.S Mobile with Nobel who helped me unlock my phones super stubborn singular access point. The phone is at the time of writing this a Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown. The call took an hour, but that was only because my phone was fighting harder than people rushing into walmart on pre-pandemic black friday. All is resolved now and I no longer need to pay Straight Talk 40 dollars for service I almost barely use. S/O Nobel he is very cool and actually isn't british!
One of the phones on my account was stolen. After buying a replacement phone and ordering a Replacement SIM card from US Mobile, I called in to get the SIM card transferred and activated in the new phone. I worked with Nobel to get the replacement SIM card set up. He exceeded all my expectations and was very easy to work with! He explained what to expect at each step, was extremely patient and very through. Can't ask for anything more from a Customer Support agent. I have been very pleased with my US Mobile experience.
I am very impressed. I called the US Mobile service number for a rather complex and troublesome issue (no fault of theirs.) I was almost immediately connected with a live human! I worked with a charming agent named Nobel, who was not only incredibly friendly and polite, but was very patient in walking me through the troubleshooting process, was able to solve all of my problems, had immediate answers to nearly all of my obscure questions, and was able to very quickly procure answers for the rest. This level of service has absolutely solidified my decision to leave T-Mobile.
Customer support is one of the best out there. They give focused attention in every situation and always follow up with any situation that the customer does not deem resolved to complete satisfaction, no matter how minor the issue. This is very refreshing in a day and time when customer service for most companies is either non-existent or DIY. Living, breathing, well trained humans are easy to reach at US Mobile. Zeeshan recently successfully assisted me with a difficult situation related to issues with tracfone branded phone. He was thorough, patient, professional and courteous.
