I live out of state and needed a quick idea of what my deceased family member's home was worth so that the estate could be settled. In less than 5 minutes I had a printed report, actually with more information than I needed for only $1! For help in probating the estate, this was an exceptional value.

I went on this site to see if there were any liens on my house. There should not be. I did not see a lien section so I am assuming there aren’t any. Wish the report gave a date and statement saying No Liens found.

It tk a few minutes to have the report sent to my inbox, then I had to re-run the report to see it. The information was accurate and helpful.

I live alone in this home now. My homeowners policy will renew soon. I want to compare the insurance company's replacement value and Zillow's. I understand replacement value is not always the same as property value.

The Photo from Street View was wrong it was dor 427 Columbia not 409 Columbia W
