I placed an order for an HP toner cartridge and when it didn’t arrive a week after ordering, I called to determine my order’s status. The customer service representative tracked down my order and determined that it apparently had no tracking number, which meant it hadn’t shipped. He apologized and indicated that he would upgrade my order to a longer life toner cartridge for free and expedite shipping. The upgraded product just arrived priority mail as promised. Love when a vendor goes above and beyond to make things right.

Customer service was quick to fix the problem. Price is very competitive. Ordered 2/21/2022. Shipping label was created 2/24/2022. was not taken to post office until 3/1/2022. received 3/3/2022. Slow Shipping that's the reason for the 4 stars.

I have never received my product. Someone on the “chat” feature is supposed to be checking on this. PLEASE HELP.

Excellent customer service fixing a supply. Inventory issue affecting my small order

Kind of bothered me that no tracking information was made available. As yet, 3/3/22 I haven't received my purchase. So, I can't say good or bad as yet. I appreciate the competitive pricing, prompting me to purchase again, should I actually receive what I paid for.

I have never received the toner cartridge that I bought from ValueTekno and no one at the company will respond to my emails. I suspect this is a scam! Don't buy anything from this company.

Great Company. There was a mix up on shipping and one of the managers contacted me directly, tracked down the package, and made sure I received the package in a timely mannner.
You do not get personalized customer service like this from the mega online stores.
