Overall had a great experience, website is easy to navigate and check out. Also fast and easy shipping which I loved! Only downside, when I was ordering the bracelets their wasn't any size measurements, or sizing on them so I just assumed VampireFreaks were smaller bracelets and they weren't so ended up not fitting me :( I'd love if you guys offered more petite sizing on things

I love the selection of items you guys have and I love...
I love the selection of items you guys have and I love how quickly you ship things out. I usually receive my packages pretty quickly. This time there was a slight delay, but that was on the USPS side of things and didn't have anything to do with you. I love the little freebies of stickers and pins as well! You guys are a favorite small business of mine! I truly appreciate you! Thank you!

My overall experience was great I had a easy time navigating the site and I found exactly what I wanted and I love the fact that you offer after pay. My only concern was the packaging it came in, I don't like having any satanic symbols in or near my home because of my past experiences with demons. It took me years to cast them off and occasionally I still come across one and I have to cast them away and I would just rather not draw any attention to them. It was just a little triggering to me that's all but other then that great service! I loved the free pen btw

Children's sizing and no you can't return
Recently purchased a skirt for almost $40. I wear a Woman's Large. I purchased a Woman's XL. It literally sits around my knees it is so small. I wrote and complained. The person who wrote back a one sentence email just refered me to the size chart, which legitimately says my skirt should have been at least 3 inches bigger! Don't purchase from these people if you are an adult. Look at this photo and tell me that looks like an adult XL. You can even see it's 30 inches. That's a Medium.

Unfortunately one of the items i ordered was actually out of stock, despite being listed as in stock on the website (inventory discrepancies happen, no biggie!) So a customer service rep reached out almost immediately after placing my order to let me know, and provide a range of options to fix it. I opted for a simple swap for a different shirt that was the same price. VampireFreaks were extremely helpful in answering all my questions and lightning fast to respond. 5/7, perfect score.

I remember having a pair of Tripp pants back in collage. VampireFreaks were a lot more durable back then. I used to wear them while building sets for stage productions because the pockets were big enough to hold all my tools and fasteners, yet dark enough that I could sneak around on stage and work without the audience seeing me. The quality seems to have diminished since then. The fabric Tate's a lot easier than it used to. Maybe make a note to Tripp Pants, NYC?

Great! When I first got notice my order has been delivered, it hadn't been received yet and I reported it. VampireFreaks were prompt to follow up and diligent in getting my assurance that my order has been received. It showed up a day after the notice. I'm very happy with my purchase & will buy from them again. Product is as-advertised. Great customer service!

I really appreciate VampireFreaks. I have ordered wrong pants (daughter is picky when it comes to pants) and was able to return them no problem. I love the quick responses and wonderful customer service. TrippNYC pants are totally worth the cost and purchasing from VampireFreaks is the way to go. The website was very easy to navigate, I found what I was looking for very easily. My phone or the website changed the size that I wanted from small to a medium but that was no problem. I emailed the store and VampireFreaks were able to email me back and fix my order to the correct size I wanted within 24hrs. Also the package arrived a day quicker.

When using Vampirefreaks on my phone I placed a order for a jacket and I selected a small but it changed to a medium and I didn't realize it until after I placed my order. So I emailed the store explaining what happened and gave them my order number an they replied back within 24hrs an fixed my order on my jacket and changed it from a medium to a small with no issue.

This is my 1st time buying from them but I will definitely...
This is my 1st time buying from them but I will definitely be returning again! Not only are their tripp pants cheaper then the actual website but my shipping got here much faster! I also found a lot of other cute things to get my friends and VampireFreaks carry brands like killstar that I already shop out. Now I can do a one shop order to make it easier! Very pleased I found them so far.

No problems ordering from beginning to end
No problems ordering from beginning to end. I received my order within the time frame stated which was quick (within 4 days). I received a friendly email before I got my order to thank me for business & received a free gift & stickers when I got my order. Very pleased with this company! I had been looking for Furry Bones at a lower cost & found them significantly cheaper through VampireFreaks. I will be ordering again!

I Really Enjoyed Shooping Here
Smooth checkout. Really pleased with how easy it was to buy things. VampireFreaks have a lot of nice things, some of the prices are a bit up there with certain brands, but you expect that. I do wish that they had more items for plus sizes-- I mean, it's 2020 and the average size in the US is 14. The plus sizes are often sold out very quickly when they *do* have them --and this is evident on a lot of clothing sites.

Vampirefreaks totally rocks!
Of all of the Gothic and dark stores that I shop at both personally and professionally for my company Ghoulish Goodies, Vampirefreaks is the best.
Their prices are always great, awesome deals and VampireFreaks usually have the things i want in stock and much cheaper than their competitors.
Their customer service is also one of the best that I have ever experienced.
I have been shopping with Vampirefreaks for years and I will happily continue to do so for all eternity.

Really friendly and helpful. They always do what they promise and go out of their way to give you a great experience. They really make you feel like an important and valued customer.

Everything shipped promptly, the site was easy to navigate, and there was a lot of cool stuff.

The sizes seem to be an issue. I ordered a pair of shortalls that were Large, and VampireFreaks ran very small. I checked and rechecked my measurements prior to ordering and they were between the Medium and Large sizes, so I sized up for a looser fit. They were so tight. Due to it being a clearance item, I cannot return it.

I was surprised and a little disappointed
This site has great variety! I really did like everything I wanted to buy it all, I filled up my cart to my budget of what I could try to take out of the cart lol I got a lot of jewelry (bracelets, necklaces, no earrings) and it was definitely not the quality I didnt expect cartier but I really didn't expect wish quality. If I would've seen the jewelry in a store IRL I wouldn't have bought almost all of my cart. Everything else was good.

I found a bag from Killstar that I wanted, but it was cheaper through VampireFreaks, and I'd rather support a smaller business. I'm so glad I ordered from them and I will definitely be ordering again! VampireFreaks shipped quickly, sent an email to make sure the transaction went smoothly, and to see if I had any questions. It was packaged very well, and I absolutely loved all the little goodies they included! Thank you so much!

I got my order just a few days after I ordered and...
I got my order just a few days after I ordered and absolutely love everything. My friend told me she gets her Killstar stuff here cause its way cheaper, and it's true! I also noticed some of my other fav brands for wayyyy less. All my items were packaged really carefully and were great condition. I love my dress, shoes, and shirts... thank you Vampirefreaks!

Could not find size chart on website, so shirt i bought is too small
I could not locate clothing sizing measurements, so I decided to take a risk because I loved the design of the shirt so much. I do hope that you all will consider carrying plus size women's clothing and more unisex tshirts as your designs would be loved by all! I would not normally pay $25 for a shirt, but I made an exception this time. I hope I can catch another awesome sale with you all in the future. Thanks.

I ordered a bag and it came before the wallet at spencers and both ordered were placed the same day WITH the same type of delivery (being one-two day's delivery). Bag is cute, a little small. But no bigger then my last bag. Only difference is it don't have a handle. It's supposed to represent a book. And it's super cute. Love the cat on it. BAG: Spellbinder
