Vee Dub Transporters

I’ve ordered all sorts of bits and pieces and never been let down. Always delivered on time and kept updated.
Just fitted front splitter on my t6 and it looks great really pleased with the quality. And ease of fitting thanks vee dub transporters.

The best way to form an opinion about a business is not when things go well but actually when things go wrong (as it can always happen) and how the situation is handled to make sure the customer is a happy one. And that exactly what the team at VDT did when the item I received was faulty and as a result I will be a returning customer.

Initially I ordered a couple of seat covers and paid for them, only to hear that they were on their way to me and another email telling me that they were out of stock so what was on the way I don't know.
I contacted the office and eventually ordered a different pair of seat covers which cost more and when they eventually arrived they did not have the securing clips in the package.
When I re contacted the office they wanted me to take and send photos of my delivery which made me think they do not believe me when all along it was their failure to make sure that the package was complete.
I am not happy with this company after being let down by my order and totally frustrated by the response that they would not take my word for it when saying that the clips were missing.

We had bought and fitted different colour seats for the 2nd row in our camper conversation.The cheapest option was to fit seat covers.
Fitted they look very good and easy to fit.As other people have suggested the head rest covers are a night mare to fit.
All said and done great purchase.

I found the part I needed with ease. It arrived on time. Part fitted as described. The only thing I have to "complain" is that Vee Dub don't have motor parts I have been looking for. Will definitely look here first when I need something for my VWT5 campervan.

I ordered T6 spoiler splitter in gloss black. When it was delivered it was obvious that the item was damaged. I was not in to receive the item, other wise I would have rejected it straight away. I sent an email with photos showing some of the damage through the packaging. It looked as if the item had been thrown hard across a concrete floor...damaging the plastic covering and badly gouging the plastic finish. I assume whilst in the care of their courier. After a couple of emails too and fro, we agreed that a replacement would be sent out asap via their own transport van. A date was set for over a week later (Thursday). I booked a day off work to ensure I would be in. On the day before I received another email saying that they had issues with 2 vans and the delivery would be Friday instead. I explained that I had had to book a day off work and I was not happy with the plans changing at the last minute but I would try to swap my holiday. My manager refused, so I had no option but to ask that they provide a full refund and collect the item that I would leave in a safe place for collection. Not once did they offer any form of compensation. I am very disappointed by the courier they use and the service they provided. I'm still waiting on the full refund. It would be good to hear back after they have received the returned splitter and to say that they also find the damage unacceptable, but I somehow doubt it! In my eyes, the item is not packaged sufficiently. If it had been wrapped in cardboard then perhaps the damage would not have happened...I'm assuming that the damage occurred after leaving their warehouse?

However I didn't receive great service from Austin.
I ordered a front bumper spoiler kit and painter for my t5.1. The item was on backorder but Austin would not give me and ETA for the parts despite asking him a number of times.
I'm a parts manager for Europe's largest Hyundai dealer and trust me I am very familiar to the phase BACKORDER, But if a customer calls me and wants an ETA date on a part and I have no answer i will then contact the supplier of those parts to obtain and ETA for customer!
Austin kept basically saying "it gets here when it gets here" or "like I said I will update you WHEN it arrives"
Thats not what I asked for, Austin needs to brush up a tiny bit on his customer Care.
Apart from that all is ok and I will currently carry on doing business with you, specially as I have just got 3 more of my family members into vw campers who are now ordering from you.

Purchased various items from Vee Dub Transporters over the past few years. Generally pleased with the products I have bought. However the last item ( door sill decals ) were a complete waste of money. Poor quality which ended up in the bin.

Got the leather seat covers and fitted them onto my seats the other day, definitley gives my T5 a better look and feel. The only downside is I would make the elastic ties stronger/thicker but other than that the seat covers look the business.

It was very easy to locate the part I needed, and the price was fair. Delivery was just as expected and the product as described. I will have no hesitation in recommending vee Dub to others and using them again myself. Thank you.

Received email offering free purchase. Initially purchased small item, with a view to spending larger sum if all went well. Tried to use code again without success. Contacted Vee Dub who advised me it could only be used once. Nothing they could do! Not a great response, have lost a customer.

Brought 2 side windows for my t4, I think it would be a good idea to put fitting instructions and or a template, not having done anything like this before it wasn't as straightforward as I thought, I've managed to cut one out yesterday, not fitted it yet, sealer was really hard to get of the tube, so much so more came out the back than the nose, I will be ordering some inner knock on trim when I've fitted them both,apart from that the service and product was good,

Great product and finish. Certainly, a two-person job as you need to encourage it to sit in place but this makes for a snug wrap around the original bumper. My only criticism is around the fitting instructions. It does not come with any. However, a quick call and I was guided to the website. I'm all for that if it avoids printing out paper. I was told the instructions are for the T5/5.1 but it is the same. It is not. There are double the brackets and many of the fittings do not match what you get for a T6 fitting. I did call the customer support team to share this news. Come on Vee Dub Team, help future buyers and create instructions for the T6/6.1. You will spot the very noticeable difference!

Ordered a part in march,wasn't showing as out of stock although i was told this about a week after ordering,i finally received it 2 months later.
No discount or anything,i still got charged full price for the postage,perhaps a bit off a next order as a gesture? no nothing.
If you're still selling out of stock items perhaps mark them out of stock on you're website? Item was good but shouldn't be waiting 2 months and paying full price and full postage imo.

Needed to update my original worn out headlights with new ones. Veedub service was exceptional with delivery and after sales. As you can see from the pics.. these lights have transformed the dub.. love em. Thank you guys for your service 👍🤙

T6 OEM splitter arrived delivered by their own courier service which was brilliant. On fitting I discovered that my OEM spoiler had been fitted with 4 nut and bolt fittings and 2 of the holes didn't align. Neither of these issue was a problem although 2 extra nuts and bolts would have been a nice touch.
This minor point aside I am really pleased with the final outcome and look of the splitter. Highly Recommended.

Ordered the black gloss lower grill set, first set came with a poor paint finish with run marks and paint peel - costumer services were great sorting a swop out.
Second delivered in just as poor state with run marks and paint peel.
Customer services wasn’t helpful and still waiting to hear back from them with a resolution.
Unfortunately on this occasion I can’t recommend which is a shame as I have always had excellent products from you in the past

The website offers a great selection of kit for your van and I have ordered a few things for mine. Unfortunately I was disappointed with a couple of purchases. The first was anti slip dash inserts as they weren't configured to the right size. The second was a new gear stick/gaiter (I didn't like the one fitted) and for some reason after coming out of reverse gear the spring wouldn't release meaning I had to manually do it. Maybe I've been unlucky but I will still shop here as they have some pretty good stuff

Returned an item that I bought in error. Completely my fault. They exchanged the item as I wanted something else. Took it back to the depot myself. Charged me the same price even though the new item was £ 7 dearer. Superb service from start to finish
