Has been my GoTo for pet food shopping and accessoires for years; and has outstanding service, including flexibility and good communication. It also has a great reward system with point that can be used at each re-purchase. I highly recommend Vetopia.
Great selection of products and even better customer service. I've been using their subscription service for all my fur babies' needs and it makes it so easy since you set it and forget it. I would absolutely recommend.
The product delivered is excellent. 3 stars for it.
But the delivery service is bad, no phone calls or WhatsApp messages before the delivery. If no one was at home, the courier just left the product at the door, also without any notice! No star for delivery service.
I tried to contact Vetopia via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages about this issue. It took half day to reach them! The customer service has no star again.
Got my online order very fast as promised. Products are cleaned and well-packed. more than sufficient expiry (Dec 2023). A free complimentary chicken canned comes with the order. Since my dog is on a strictly renal program, this free gift has passed to a young pal of my neighbor.
We got referral by the vets shop, and was told using the code we would be entitled for a discount, however when we input the code and it was invalid, also we registered which supposed to give us a first time buy discount code, which was only sent after we paid our order…. Apart from this everything was alright.
Very good selection with some of the best brands on the market. The food subscription service comes well handy as we wouldn't need to worry about the future in case we ran out of the kibbles. Also, Dr. David got back to me with some very professional advice on a brand and gave me additional thought which I appreciate. The search option on pet problems is superb, and useful when you need an asap solution. Real-time feedback on the delivery time would be a nice addition to the user profile as I had to ask via Whatsapp after 2 days of "ready to deliver" status.
Your delivery service is very efficient.
However, you don't carry many commercial items. Some items like the Japanese brand potty pads, I would have to order them from another online company. If you carry these items, I would like to order everything from Vetopia.
The service is always good in Vetopia. I was just a bit disappointed this time. I received an email that the cat food will deliver on 28 June. End up I received it on 3 July. It could be better if I receive a message or email about the delayed delivery, then I would be able to get another cat food for my cat in advance. But I appreciate the prompt reply from the customer service team.
It’s wonderful to have the support of Creature Comforts’ exemplary vets, but also so incredibly helpful to be able to reorder prescription medication with not only such ease, but such efficient delivery - such a great and greatly appreciated service.
I wonder that my order has been missed not once. Usually, the delivery starts less than two days,sometimes even a day, but when I did not receive the delivery notice for two days, after checking with your staff, then delivery notice comes immediately. That means your staff need my reminder to delivery my order. It is not acceptable right? Anyway, hope this not happen again. Thank you
I just popped up at their shop just when they were about to close. All of the team working at that time received me with a smile and were really helpful showing a deep knowledge of their products and offering solutions. Great service!
I was most impressed recently when I made a mistake with the size of my order. I ordered 4 kgs instead of 400grams! Ended up buying 2kgs. It was handled very well by Vincci who credited me the difference between 4kgs and 2kgs and the larger bag was returned.
Impressed with the efficiency of my online purchase. Though i mess up my recurring order, help from the whatsapp staff was helpful and they rectify it for me. Delivery was prompt, ample notification from delivery dispatcher, and when asked to leave item at gate, they sent a photo to show item is delivered as requested. Overall, happy customer
Online booking access easily. Very clear to the cart and variety of products both for dogs and cats. Once I place the order, will get order confirmation by email immediately and next day delivery. The driver is very polite and patient and give me notice in advance

I highly recommend ordering from Vetopia as their service is excellent. I am somewhat of an anxious online shopper but have been impressed with Vetopia's customer service staff. Now I always order my cat food etc. online.
I desperately needed canned food for my dog which was out of stock from all of my usual sources. I had never used Vetopia before but decided I didn't have much of a choice.
It was a great choice in the end - the food was delivered within 24 hours and furthermore, the customer service was great. Will definitely be using them from now on especially since I live near Science Park and the options are limited and expensive.
Great products and fantastic service. I've always had a great experience dealing with the Vetopia team. I almost exclusively shop for my pets here vs other online retailers, especially as they have a good rewards program.
The staff of Vetopia is very friendly even the driver, who always chat with us upon delivery. The only thing I could think of is the price of the product which is not as competitive as other pet shops. Overall we are happy as being a Vetopia’s customer.
Vetpia ships real quick , i got my order in 1 day !!!!!!!!!!!!! The products r really nice but I would love to have more hamster products or small animal products . Not all are the best options of course and changes can definatly be made to small animal products.
I am extremely happy to order from Vetopia. My dog was suffering from gastric infection due to food poisoning and I was in desperate need for I/d digestive care or otherwise he would have nothing to eat. I placed an order via Vetopia and asked for asap delivery. To my surprise, the cans arrived on the same day I placed the order. Amazingly efficient service.
