I have been purchasing and enjoying the newsletter and enjoying VH products for a few years now. I feel it is brand I can trust .They are always appear to be honest in description of the products, I also find Shabirs knowledgeable and the articles extremely interesting and I’m grateful he offers his knowledge in guiding us with our choices of products. After searching for a suitable mosquito repellent spray that I could use on the whole family I decided on Mrs Whites Unstung Heroes. Delivery was quick and I was initially impressed however upon opening the product I found the lid was broken and unusable and the product was already leaking. I had planned to take this product in my suitcase but couldn’t because I knew the product would leak everywhere. It was too much hassle to try and think of a make shift solution to try and avoid the leakage there and back and I was annoyed as this was one of the most expensive repellents on the market. I tried to contact the Victoria Health customer service via email with a photo of the lid but it bounced back so Unfortunately because of this I would be wary to purchase again.

I ordered the Vitamin C Serum and the Multi Peptide Serum. I have only been using the products for a short while, but the packaging is nice and they both feel good on the skin. The value for money seems good. I had to contact customer services about my order and the lady I dealt with very helpful and very responsive, so that was great! I look forward to continuing to use the two items I have ordered and there are a few other products that I have lined up to order in the future!

I live in the American Southwest, so my orders take some time to reach me. The parcel is fastidiously packed. My last order were for eye care products as I had badly injured both eyes, the cornea of my left eye had a splinter of wood piercing it! I especially loved the eye wash, and the high dose hyaluronic acid capsules. Thank you, VH, for products not otherwise available to me, and for superb customer service. Deborah

Victoria health is my go to supplement company always, they do a lot of research into the supplements we can buy, Shabir has a wealth of knowledge a lovely lovely man, always happy to advise and help with any problems you might have, the staff are always quick to respond to queries as well and Gill writes a fabulous weakly letter every Saturday regarding new products and treats.

I like the ethics of this company. There is extensive information for each product on the website, and no hard sell. I’ve discovered products that I will buy time and again, because for me they are the best on the market. These include Fulvic Face Cream, Fulvic Nail Cream, Hyaluronic Acid Capsules, Superior Joints and Sage Complex. Customer service is prompt, helpful and courteous.

I have been using the ultimate collegan tablets for about 4 months and have noticed a wonderful difference in my nails. My skin has also improved but in all fairness I have been trying several new skincare products so I’m not sure which one is helping in that regard. But I have tried so many products for my nails over the years and this is the only one I have gotten positive results from. Very pleased

I have ordered many products from Victoria Health - beauty and vitamins over the years and have emailed Shabir with many questions about what would be suitable for me. I always receive a response within a few hours with a detailed reply. Amazing and so helpful. Enjoy the weekly newsletters too. The videos with Trinny are a wealth of information too. all products are researched thoroughly prior to being sold on the website.
Just had to update and enhance on how Victoria Health surpasses any other company in the UK. I have just placed an order Saturday 11/6 evening at around 10:00pm and requested a delivery day change and received a response immediately from Lara. Products are well researched and there is always someone to ask for advice and not a chatbox or automated message. Thank you Victoria Health.

I am usually a fan of Victoria Health and generally love the products. I also look forward to the news letter and often purchase the recommended products. However I have written poor reviews for my recent purchases. I found the itchy scalp shampoo and conditioner I bought really expensive, poor quality and they didn’t work. As money is tight in the current climate, I think I will just stick to buying my favourite fulvic products occasionally as a treat. I wasted my money on my last order and feel let down and a bit cheated. Sorry!

This was my first purchase from Victoria Health. The product I wanted, I have brought from other company's previously, and although there wasn't a problem exactly, there was some delay in the product arriving with me, and I had to pay extra shipping costs. With Victoria Health, there were no extra follow-on shipping costs, and the product arrived well packaged, and it arrived so quickly after ordering that it actually took me by surprise, I had anticipated that it might take longer. This all being the case, I am so far extremely happy with the service I have had from Victoria Health, I would absolutely recommend them based on my experience so far, and I will certainly be using them again. Very Happy.

I’ve been buying from Victoria Health for quite a few years now. What sets them apart from other companies is that they only stock what they believe in. I used to have to do lots of research and take certain reviews with a pinch of salt before I would buy something ( be it supplements, skincare or whatever) now I am confident that if Victoria Health stock it then it’s the real deal!

Products are good and I purchase a fair amount for the family - however, it is disappointing that no loyalty scheme allows regular customers to get something back. The offer in the newsletter very rarely at all has the GOW products on offer which is rather disappointing as well. As I said, the products are good but overpriced as there is no option to purchase elsewhere, so a bit of a monopoly to be frank - would purchase elsewhere if I had the option

Victoria Health are a great company to buy from - they put the health and wellbeing of their customers first, unlike many of the large Health and Beauty conglomerates. I have been buying from them for several years, and know that what I buy will be ethically sourced and not overpriced. All staff that I've come into contact with have been helpful, friendly and feel a bit like one of your family. I trust Victoria Health implicitly.

Victoria Health are always courteous and efficient. However, since they have joined Amazon there is more carelessness with packing and packaging. My last package was damaged and there was only one of the 2 items I ordered. When I phoned Victoria Health to explain this, they answered straight away and could not have been more helpful. The missing item was re-sent immediately. I cannot fault their service in that respect.

Bought several items from this site on the back of the news letter. I find them very informative. I have tried GOW niacinamide for Rosacea, and find it has reduced the redness across my face. The best result I have had is the Lash serum, I did not think it was having any affect until I put on mascara and boy what a difference it has made. They are back to pre menopause length.

Victoria Health is amazing in getting orders filled from the UK to the USA. They have very nice customer service to help and they make the Fulvic acid products I use for my hair. I use the Elixer, Shampoo and Mist. I have very fine hair and I have found that around my face my hairline is fuller than it was before I began using Fulvic Acid products, which has been about 5-6 years. I am in my 60s.

I have been buying from Victoria Health for many years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Delivery is always fast and reliable, products are carefully packaged and presented and the impression I get is that this is a retailer who really cares about the products and brands they represent and the customers who invest in them. If great service and quality products are important to you, I would certainly recommend Victoria Health.
