I love this site they have such great clothes
I love this site Victoria's Secret have such great clothes. Years ago I found this site and I also visited there store in White Marsh Mall. Victoria's Secret Is a little pricey but they are worth it. I have bought clothes from them over 15 years ago. Pajamas, leggings, sweatshirts, tunics, bra's, fragrances, shimmering body powders and more. I love there items. There are made so wonderful from quality materials, they are put together so finely and never fall apart. I have clothes from them I bough over 15 years ago, that still look brand new. I love there sweatshirts, they fade so neat they get this kind of really neat used look that comments the wearing. They look better as you wash them. I used to love there Country collection catalog. But they discontinued it. I wish more people would request they bring it back. They had the cutest items very simple type looking clothes as if you were staying in a cabin in the mountains or going for a walk in field, or horseback riding. They still have beautiful cloths. I love there Long Jane Pajama. S They are so comfortable. They have really nice under garments as well. I love there 5 for $25.00 ladies bikini cotton underwear. Victoria's Secret. Is one of the best places I have ever shopped in my life. Check out there Angel's collection & there I love Pink collection. I hope everyone enjoys this site as much as I have In the last 20 years. I would be lost if I didn't have Victoria's Secret
Of my top 5 favorite businesses to shop, Victoria's Secret ranks #1! I have shopped at Victoria's Secret for over 20 years! The quality of their merchandise is what has kept me a loyal customer. Victoria's Secret also have amazing Customer Service, and I've never had an issue if I purchased something that didn't fit, it was always promptly taken care of.
One of my favorites about VS is bikini time! I love the fact you can order your bikini in your bra size! I also like the variety of items you can purchase! And the Lingerie is stunning. I also have about 5 different parfumes, Heavenly being my favorite, but I love them all!
Overall, some items may be a bit pricey, but the way I see it, you get what you pay for, and their overall quality proves how well their merchandise is worth it. I also Love their pink collection! I would recommend Victoria's Secret to anyone who wants quality in every aspect. Waiting patiently for their semi-annual sale! Happy Shopping! ~Jenny

Orem, Utah. University mall!
This girl at the cash register was all around horribl. She was mean, snobby, and all around horrible. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had! My mom and I didn't know about the card you guys had going on (she didn't explain it.) So I tried trying in my SSN and my zip code. I didn't have one, she turned to this African american girl and started talking bad about my mom and I. She gave us dirty looks and treated us like garbage.
Before all of this happene.
The girl named Bree was all around wonderful. She was so kind, so helpful, so caring.
She had to help so many customers, she was getting all of us fitting rooms at the same time as answering question. She was very polite and always asked if she could do anything more for all of us (all of us meaning the customers she had to help.)
Seriously, if it wasn't for that $#*!y cash register lady, our experience at this VC would of been terrific! And that's because of Bree! I'm sure I'm not the only customer leaving today who thought this. I visited today Oct 16,2015.

Don't Dare Try to Pay Your Credit Card With Cash!
Their credit card is issue by Community, but here's what happened. Our daughter purchased a couple hundred worth of product. She moved, lost her card and traveled out of the country, all in a span of a couple of months. During that time a couple monthly bills were sent out. One didn't reach her, due to the move, we suspect. The next one came after she had lost her card, and was out of the country, and the bill arrived at her parent's home.

First, the interest rate is ridiculous - 27%! Plus, since she missed the previous bill, there was an extra $39 fee on there. Ok, whatever - we'll move on

The due date was just a few days away, and we wanted to get the bill paid before another late fee was applied. We took the bill, along with cash - (legal tender, I believe), to the local Victoria's Secret store. Victoria's Secret would not accept the payment, without our daughter being present, or her driver's license?! The account number is on the bill, we have her birthdate, driver's license number, SS#, address, phone, location of her birthmarketc.

We weren't trying to use her account, but trying to give them money to pay the account in full. Nope. Can't do it!

Now if you go to Sears, Kohl's or just about any other store - as long as you have the bill and money, they'll take it.

We came home, and got on the phone. The first person we spoke to was a real bee-atch! The next person said, they'd accept payment if we provided all our banking information to them - which we weren't going to do. We figured they would end up associating our banking, credit information with the account - and that wasn't going to happen.

Finally after insisting on speaking to a manager we got Ryan. He gave us some mumbly excuse for why they couldn't accept cash payment, but finally agreed to take payment over the phone, if we used a debit card. After spending waaay too much time trying to give them money, my wife agreed.

Personally, I would have told them to send it to collections, were they'd get 20-30 cents on the dollar. But, they had worn my wife down by then, and she agreed to give them her debit card number. Ugh!

Drastic decline in quality
I have been shopping at VS exclusively for bras and underwear since 2004. After 2016, I have noticed a drastic decline in quality and with every new collection it just continues. Bras are pilling and underwires are turning outward after only a few washes (and I never put them in the dryer). The current lace Victoria's Secret are using is scratchy and gets these strings in it after washing. The straps are hard and leave blisters in your shoulders. The bras also creak and make noise they are so stiff. It's a shame now that they have such amazing models, it's a disservice that VS no longer has a quality product. Even their apparel has declined in quality, at least what little apparel they have available. I used to buy all of my dress slacks from VS, now they only carry loungewear and sport. Their sport apparel is so thin it's see through. And the fleece joggers I just bought a month ago are already covered in fuzzy lint balls and have lost all of their softness. If you can find older VS stuff, then it's definitely worth it but the new stuff is garbage.

If only all women looked like Victoria's Secret Models
Victoria's Secret do not carry enough plus sizes online or in store, I have visited many of there stores and online website. They have limited if any at all in sizes for women over a DD, this has been the case for over 13 years and it hasn't changed much in all those years... believe me I have been checking. Even when I was younger, skinner and wore a 32 waistband they still never carried sizes that truly fit busty women... which is funny & ironic because isn't that what there all about. Both myself and others I have shopped which in store have bad experiences with staff in stores, if your a larger girl they don't always treat you well, they either don't have sizes, try to get you to try on sizes that are to small or suggest you try a bra with a smaller waist or cup size than yours (this is the reason hundreds of women are wearing the wrong bra, not only do people not know how to measure themselves but also stupid pushy untrained sales staff try to make sales rather than fit you correctly in the proper size). I have had in one store a sales lady be so rude, suggesting we were to fat and to specific in what we wanted and that we won't find it in any other stores. We asked for a bra in one of 3 colors, in a size bigger than DD... WOW asking for so much OMG! She was sarcastic and in the end basicly told us we were too fat and go check there website. I suggest you spend a little extra and go to "Nordstrom", they will properly measure you, find you a bra in any style, size and color without complaint, they will bring a selection of to your dressing room and help you adjust the bra to fit perfect... you won't get this service or quality bras at Victoria's Secret ever!

Crappy service should be their name
If you are size 0, shop here. If you are anything above a 3, don't bother.
I went to get some "goodies" for my 10th anniversary trip. I am not a rich woman, but we have a good income... I saw those snooty salesgirls ignore women who were asking questions. Just because their jeans came from Walmart! (I overheard them talking and insulting the customers).
I looked everywhere for my size in a nice teddy and some panties... I was rudely told Victoria's Secret Victoria's Secret does not make morning for "women your size"! Then she walked away! I did find a bra I like, went to the counter and got the same rude snotty attitude!
As soon as I hauled out my Luis Vatton wallet, her whole attitude changed! I made sure she rang it up, and did everything... then I told her I changed my mind and was going somewhere that caters to " women my size!". (Just for comparison, at that time I wore a size 8)
I AM NEVER GOING BACK AND HAVE TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW THE SAME THING!

Customer care needs to flow through every store
Myself and my daughter on holiday for her 21st birthdaty! We were in Santa Monica last week. There was confusion about body spray free if full price accessory bought ( we bought make up bag) assistant TOLD us this offer had changed and so I gave her the promotion frame attached to shelf? No apology but TOLD to get body spray off shelf as was still valid? Have to say staff in PINK absolute opposite so very helpful! My daughter remembered that beanie and scarf offer if over an amount spent (sorry I could not remember exact amount as had jet lag (as most of your customers will have?) again assistant in Victoria's Secret said NO! So we went to PINK assistant who checked my daughters bill and told other assistant (Victorias secret) was valid and so beanie and scarf that were " out of stock" we're "found "thank you assistants of PINK We may now return!

Agents, managers and the corporate employees don't care about customer satisfaction.
My undergarments are not fitting me anymore so I needed to purchase some asap. I received coupons from vs so thought I'd use them. Had almost $200 worth in my cart and was told 3 out of 5 coupons will apply. Ok that's fine.

Two separate agents spent an hour each trying to apply it and wouldn't work. Then I wasted another 2 hours with 2 supervisors. It total 4 hours wasted and no order placed.

One of the supervisors stated she applied the code manually but placed the wrong order on hold, the third discount wasn't applied and the order wasn't even processed even though she said it was.

Corporate was no help whatsoever. The woman stated there's nothing she can do and I need to just wait a few more days for the supervisor to get in touch.

I'm extremely disappointed and don't feel like continuing my business with VS nor would recommend this store anymore.

I am utterly frustrated. I have been a customer of yours for years and I keep on buying at your online store from every country that I've lived in.

I placed an order from South Africa (where I live now) as I have in the past, and you are not using USPS anymore to deliver, but eshopworld instead. My parcel has been in South Africa since the 30th of May and I have requested in several opportunities via email to Customer Service for the name of the local distributor here in South Africa, so I can call them and find out why 11 days later, my parcel is showing "clearance events" without being shipped. Please understand that if this status is showing continuously, it means that Victoria's Secret need to speak to the recipient and make them aware of the local taxes and duties, therefore, someone needs to phone them.

Customer Service responded that they are not allowed to give me the name of the local courier company, and that they cannot contact eshopworld either, so what option do you leave me as a customer? It is extremely frustrating. Customer Service said that if I don't receive my parcel by tomorrow, you will issue a refund. Now I ask you: HOW DOES THIS SOLVE THE PROBLEM? It does not! Somebody needs to contact the responsible party here in South Africa to authorise the release of my parcel, which I NEED. I would have not paid for express shipping if I did not need my parcel. Issuing a refund will only make it worse for me and as a loyal Customer, I expect some kind of post-purchase support from Victoria's Secret.

My parcel will not be delivered tomorrow (which is the shipping deadline) for the reasons explained above. Please can someone with an open mind and the will to assist be able to follow up with eshopworld? I have contacted them directly, but they are not replying any of my emails either, which is also a disappointment.

Wish they would bring back the soft v-string
I have been displeased with the panties the last 6 years. Seems like Victoria's Secret get more and more uncomfortable with elastic waist bands that are stiff and scratchy and am bummed that there are far less 100% cotton options than there used to be. O I have been buying more panties and bras from Gap. I wish they would bring back the former v- string with super soft or encased elastic, rather than what they are currently producing that feels like a luffa more than an actual waist band. I also wish there were more 100% cotton options. Another area of displeasure is the fact that they have gotten rid of the classic VS wide sweatshirt that I adored. Had I known they were going to phase out their lounge ware I would have bough enough of those to last me a life time. All my friends say the same things about the elastic and the fact that their panties are more like the Loved Ones now and less like under ware and bras you want to wear every day.

Bad customer service
I waited for my order(s) for over a month and was nothing but patient. In these orders were the $20 off a $50 purchase... I read that Victoria's Secret would be extended due to the wait times and I also called and talked to 2 very lovely ladies I wish I had remembered their names and they were going to honor it for me as well... I went ahead an placed another order that totaled almost 300 dollars. I called back today to apply that coupon and was told "no, there's no reason why we would do that." I explained to them everything above and told them I would like to cancel my 300 dollar order then and they said "ok we are not honoring it, we got it canceled for you!" Wow. To the "manager" Lisa... You have very poor customer service skills and should NOT be a manager and so does your team that also denied me of this coupon even though I was already told it would be honored and it was no problem. I have spent over a grand just this year at Victoria's Secret & am a card holder. I will also be canceling my card an no longer ordering... Thanks to Lisa and her team member that initially took my call tonight! Great way to lose business and go down hill.

Poor service 4 the Handicap in Ala Moana Mall
I had 4 back surgeries in about 1yr time And I wear a medical back brace to help me walk The Victoria secrets in Ala Moana mall in Hawaii You have to get in the store through the mall (open air) the outside door to the parking lot is locked but on Ala occasions Except! For today of course I bought to bra's and several panties and after my purchase I ask to be let out the customer maindoor to the parking lot and the guy said the manager won't let him so the manager Leah came up there And told me she knows I'm hurting but she still cannot open the door I have to walk all the way around to get to my car. I told her everyone else always let's me go out even when it's locked knowing I have a hard time walking. This was absolutely horrible knowing I was in so much pain i came in to get my stuff and then just wanted to get to my car but she said she can't help me I guess I Won't be helping her out Iam NOT! Going there any more. She doesn't care about helping the handicap@ all If it wasn't for that OPEN drawn on the bottom by my feet that I almost fell over that made my Back Hurt even MORE! But she done care about things like that

Order placed online was incorrect. VS would not credit my account
Victoria's Secret would not credit my VS credit card for the difference when I placed an order where I was supposed to get a discount if I ordered two of same item. Reg price $46.95 and $59.95. The price was supposed to be $32.99 and $32.98 but somehow the items went on two separate orders that didn't allow me to get the discount. I called customer service and Victoria's Secret refused to credit my card for the difference, instead wanted to send me a $5 coupon. I don't know why the 2 different original price on the 2 items since they are same thing just different color. With the prospect of more VS stores closing it seems as though they would bend over backwards to make card holders happy instead of doing this 2 different order scam where VS gets the original price and not give the discount. This will be the last order I will place with VS and I will be sending the orders back for a refund. I thought I'd give VS another chance by placing the order as their products have become dull, uninteresting and overpriced.

Ripped underwear
So in December I purchased the seamless underwear and thongs. Over the next 2 months i bought a total of 38 pairs and out of the 38 pairs I had 7 of them rip in the vagina area. I went back to the store and I was told I could get a full swap out for these. When it came time to return them I brought them in to the manager at VS and she said she would only swap out 1 pair. I told her how many I have bought and I am a VERY loyal VS member. She gave me a lot of attitude and replied,"things aren't meant to last forever" in a very degrading tone. I then replied if i am paying $12 for a pair of underwear Victoria's Secret should last more then 6 months. She repeated her snarky comment while swapping the one thong. A majority of the time they are so rude and act like they are so much better then you. They need to get the pole out of their ass and be nice to the customer if they are paying $12 for a pair of underwear and $60 on a bra. Its ridiculous.

A very dissappointed and disgusted online shop experience
A very dissappointed and disgusted online shop experience- I will never ever ever use their online shop again! Do NOT purchase anything from Victoria Secret website if you live outside of the US!

I live in the UK and purchased some items from their website. After a few days I have received an email from their E partner shop and asked me to pay for a ridiculous amount of import duty. This import duty was NEVER mentioned when i made the payment online and over the phone (also bear in mind that we have VS shops in the UK). According to the English import law, I do NOT need to pay for any import tax when an online purchase is below £135. I will only need to pay for 20% VAT which would be waived if the VAT amount is below £7. Surprisingly, VS has decided to charge me £12.72 with an $38 order.

I called VS customer services and complained about this hidden import charge. I was advised by the customer sales that this is how much import tax that my country is charging me. She also admitted that there was no mention of the extra import & admin charge under the payment screen, but there was nothing she can do.

Because of this, I strongly believe this money is NOT charged by my country but VS's admin fee! After nearly an hours conversation with a customer service girl called Jamie, she finally agreed to give me a full refund (including the handling fee and shipping charges i paid when i made the order). I then asked her to email me the confirmation. She said she didn't have any email access but I could take her word and I would receive a full refund. She also promised that other customer service handlers would be able see the refund agreement in my account. I then took down her name and telephone time and then emailed VS customer service for the confirmation to protect myself. Guess what, I never received an email refund confirmation as Victoria's Secret said in the email that they couldn't confirm how much I would receive until they received the items back. More importantly, they can't even confirm that I would be able to receive a full refund. I was also threatened by VS that if I refuse to accept the package, I would be responsible for the items if it is lost or stolen even though I never signed to receive the package. I don't understand why I will be responsible for something I never received! Up until now, I'm still waiting for my refund.

I can't believe a big company like VS will lie to their customers and not treating their customers fairly by applying all the hidden charges.

If you live outside of us, do NOT purchase anything from their website as you will be charged for a hidden charges including ridiculous amount of handling fee, admin fee and 'import duty' which is applied by VS NOT by your government.

Discriminatory and Racist Company
I visited the San Juan, PR location on 3/6/21. While standing in line being the next person to be checked out I noticed the two front cashiers making conversation and shortly after the male cashier directed me to go to the BACK of the store in the fitting room of all places to be checked out. I was told Victoria's Secret were sending other customers back there to check out as well which was a lie. I noticed when walking up the cash register was closed and a sign had to be moved in order for me to insert my card (which indicated we were the first ones to be checked out at this register). The cashier who checked us out assured that everyone would be checked out the same if they were next in line but while leaving the store, I watched and noticed that she in fact did not call another customer to the back as the lines were still long, she went to assist another customer in the front of the store. I surely hope colorist and discriminatory ways are in fact not in your policy. I would have been happy to wait in line for the next available cashier at the FRONT of the store instead of being sent to the back being that I was the only BLACK woman in the store and not fair/light skinned Puerto Rican. Meanwhile, it took this company a month to return my calls and get back to me only to tell me nothing could be done for me but a gift card lol. I had to leave 3 voicemails and continually call and get the run around until Brittany Gunnaway could make time to call me back on two different occasions (which she continually missed the deadline she set to call back) only to basically tell me that while my experience in the store wasnt ideal there was nothing more that she could do. Please stop spending your money with this company who REALLY only cares about your money and doesnt truly value you as a customer or hold their employees to a higher standard when it comes to discrimination of black women.

Chat Service
Today I tried the chat service because my coupon was not accepted for a current order that I was trying to proceed with at my checkout. I asked if Victoria's Secret could deduct the "free panty" coupon, or possibly merge my order with my previous order that I had made only minutes prior, and add the "free panty coupon" to the total order. Instead of telling me that they could no longer do anything about my already posted order made moments earlier, Philip, the sales associate, took the price off of the previous order where I ordered numerous panties, thus making them cheaper, as opposed to my current order of just the one. Needless to say, I removed the one panty out of my basket. I wasn't going to pay the full price since I had already ordered numerous panties on the previous order. I don't know why he couldn't simply tell me that the order had already posted and that he could honor my current order. It's because VS wanted the cheaper way. As though their products aren't already overpriced.

Awesome customer service
Today was the first day walking into a Victoria secret store, without my wife, I assumed before I walked in a would be judge and widely stared at but no it was the exact opposite from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a genuine hello from one on of the girls, I was shopping for underwear (for my wife) and asked if Victoria's Secret were on sale the second girl quickly showed me all the ones that were on sale and different ones at different prices, I was lost so she was very helpful showed me how each size and style was in a different drawer made it so much easier and less Awkward to do my shopping they let me look around at the diff rents styles and shapes, it took me a while but every couple minutes a girl would walk by with a big smile and ask if I was doing ok I loved the fact they were so happy to truly help me, I have never been in a store this happy with the way I was treated from the moment I walked in til check out I've never wrote a review but figured these girls need positive recognition, the one who checked me out was by for the nicest one didn't make me feel weird like I thought I would and carried on good conversation while she was ringing me up I truly help at home in this store they all treated me with a goodbye have a good day, the experience was so good I went back a second time that day to buy more( take advantage of the sale they told me about) within walking in the girl told me" nice to see you back so soon" she went out of here way to make a point to remember me, I have worked in retail all my life for 13years and never seen a team of employees treat me this wonderful I will be shopping there many times because of them and I hope someone high up at Victoria secret reads this and takes the time to thank all of the girls and the Rome Mount Berry mall store!

I ordered a $30 sweater, and had to pay an equal $30...
I ordered a $30 sweater, and had to pay an equal $30 in shipping fees. Their "free shipping" and discount promos NEVER apply to Canadian customers so don't bother ordering from here if you're shipping to Canada. The website said that shipping takes 10-14 business days. Victoria's Secret forgot to mention that it takes a FULL WEEK for them to even process it. I ordered ONE sweater, there is no reason it should have taken 5 business days for my order to leave their warehouse, and then another 14 business days for me to receive it. And I never received my tracking info, if I'm paying this much money in shipping fees, I expect a damn tracking number. Talked to their representatives, was lied to and told that my order had shipped when it hadn't just to get me to leave them alone. They were rude and took forever to reply. Bottom line, don't order from this website if you don't want to receive your clothes until over a month later and you really enjoy terrible customer service. Also, their clothes are SO overpriced, the crappy quality is not worth it. And you will pay double the price of your order in shipping fees. Would NOT recommend ordering from this site.
