I had forgotten I had a subscription, and they sent me the product and charged my card in file, without so much as an email notice prior to completing the purchase. When I noticed the charge and immediately emailed them to stop the shipment and cancel the subscription, they refused to answer my emails and requests for a refund. After several attempts at contact via email, as I am working during their business hours, I had the USPS refuse the package and returned to sender. After 2 weeks since the package was sent back to VidaCap, I have yet to receive either a response to my many emails or my refund. I am SO NOT impressed with this company! I definitely recommend you so NOT do business with VidaCap!

I decided to give all the products in the ‘Reduce Stress’ section a try. They’re all okay, but the reishi capsules are my favorite - they worked a lot better than Chaga for me. I felt much more clear-headed and experienced better sleep with Reishi.

The VidaCap team are experts in what they do. So far, I’ve found the info they provide to be really valuable. I definitely expanded my mushroom knowledge, whether that’s growing methods or general information about their therapeutic effects.

I was not given an alert for my automatic refill, as most companies do, and even though I emailed that did not want the item they sent it. Email correspondence has stopped once I asked about return policy...
I refused the shipment and item was returned to company, yet still not seeing any refund on my credit account!

The Lion's Mane powder is my favorite product on this website. I highly recommend it. I'm willing to try their other products. I'm about to order the cordyceps capsules and sleep blend.

I’ve never seen as stylish packaging as VidaCap's mushrooms before. Aside from that, the quality of the mushrooms is great too. Prices are more than reasonable. I recommend their products!

I’m slowly working my way through all the capsuled mushrooms! So far I’ve tried Chaga, Reishi, and Lion's Mane. All are fantastic. I need to try the other two but I’m very excited to do so.

Overall I found the site easy to navigate, the checkout process was simple and delivery is fast. I only wish there are a few more products on the site - would love to try more powdered mushrooms.

I’m very conscious about what I put in my body. I feel comfortable using VidaCap's products as I don’t have to worry about that because they are transparent about the growing process.

I ordered an incorrect item by accident. I noticed my mistake and within 2 hours of ordering tried to cancel it. I tried calling, text messaging, and emailing. Two days later, I got an email saying my order had been processed. I reached out again to cancel and got an email saying that it was too late to cancel and that I could just return the item when it gets to me. Then, a couple of days later I got another email saying the reason why I couldn't cancel initially was that it had already been processed by the time I'd reached out to cancel. If you're unable to cancel orders within two hours of ordering then your system is set up to scam consumers. If you take days to respond to your customers then your business is set up to scam customers. Now, I have a bottle of pills that have no value to me that I have to st up to ship back. Do better.

An interesting range of products and I’ve only tried a few so far…I like the reishi capsules, very easy to take with me when I’m out of the house. I’m also curious to try their immunity gummies.

Made a little mistake with my ordering details. I got a little worried about receiving my parcel. But I spoke to customer service, who really put me at ease, and they sorted everything out for me. I would definitely order from vidacap again. Thank you!

Ordering the sleep mushroom blend capsules took a minute and the process was easy. This online store is great. I really like the cordyceps and reishi they have. I've been using these three for the last 2 months and the results are more than satisfying.
