Product was nice. Communication good too.
The cabinet arrived with some minor blemishes due to rough shipping, but nothing that couldn't be easily fixed. The unassembled cabinet is a bit delicate, so until it's assembled care must be taken. Connecting parts must also be handled with care. However, once assembled, it's sturdy enough. Follow directions carefully, or you'll end up having to take it apart. If you do have to take it apart, you'll need a very slender blade to slide under the locking mechanisms, and another blade to slide it apart. Tricky. I had a lot of practice, lol. I thought it would have shelves all the way across, but it has a vertical storage area on the right side. At first I didn't like it, but actually made good use of it. The cabinet has a lot of storage room. It's taller, wider and deeper than many competitors. VidaXL doesn't have frequent auto communication like Amazon, but vidaXL US do an excellent job on customer service. It's a good deal for the money IMO.

Finally a response from vidaXL
Thankfully, my honest review on this site prompted vidaXL to reach out to me and make things right. VidaXL US gave me a full refund and paid to have the hand pump returned. The customer service people who ultimately helped me were great to work with. I just wish it hadn't taken two months of my time and effort to get them to do what they promise to do in their own return policy. I'm upgrading vidaXL to 3 stars as a result. Again, the product itself was decently made and designed, but I still have questions about its safety and how much effort it took to return it. ReviewFeeder definitely brought about a positive outcome, and they deserve 5 stars!.

TERRIBLE DO NOT USE THEM
VidaXL US shipped our wedding tent to us... when it arrived all three GIANT BOXES were open. COMPLETELY! Then they said we had to transport them to UPS to get them returned. I called and explained there was no way that I could transport them. A- the boxes were completely open and B- I could not begin to pick them up and C- I do not have a truck and that was the only way I could get them there. The people I spoke to could not even speak english and would not help me. FINALLY they agree to ship them back and have UPS get them. NOW THEY SAY they never got the package and won't refund me or replace the item. I HAVE NO WAY TO TRACK THE PACKAGE because I never got a tracking number. So I am out $800. They do not care, nor will they help you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Lost Package/Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a Dog Kennel from Vidaxl and only 3 of the 4 packages were delivered. Customer service has been atrocious. VidaXL US have said they have requested a new package me sent, but won't provide a new tracking number. They have told me countless times that the "warehouse will get to it when they get to it and that I am not their only customer". I was told by JOHN that "they can't snap their fingers and have it magically appear on my doorstep." I am just wanting an update as to when the missing package is to arrive. No one will let me speak with a supervisor or give me any type of information. Stay clear of this company! Read all the online reviews!

Great customer service
I read many negative reviews and was leery to place an order. However, since vidaXL has the best price for the product that I wanted, I placed an order anyway. The product (razor wires) came after a week. I let it sit untouched for about 1-2 weeks. It turned out that we don't need the product anymore, so I need to return it unused. The product is big & heavy so I was worried about return shipping cost out of my pocket. After several email exchanges with customer service, vidaXL US provided me with UPS return label at no cost to me and I got full refund back. Almost like dealing with Amazon Prime. I'm fully satisfied with the excellent service and will not hesitate to buy again or recommend to others.

Horrible Customer Service
Stay Away! We ordered a lounge chair. After putting it together we noticed the bamboo was defective. Contact customer service and vidaXL US ask for pics and video which we provide. Then they ask us to take entire thing apart, repackage and drop off to UPS. We do it. They promise they will send a new replacement and process and exchange. They refund me saying it's out of stock. I go on line to double check and they are showing stock. I place a new order to not miss out but pay more and figure they can just credit me the difference. After everything we went though they refused to credit the difference. Now I am waiting for the item to arrive so I can send it back for returns to purchase it cheaper from Overstock. Go figure. Who happens to offer excellent customer service should there be any issues. Be very careful depending on what you are buying from this company. Really disappointed. They should pay us for all the time and hassle we have spent to end up with nothing from them in the end. Shameful.

Terrible product
POOR CONSTRUCTION... holes were misaligned. My husband had to drill holes and use our own screws to connect pieces
DAMAGED PARTS... a large, side piece was bent so the lid could close properly.
INEFFECTIVE... the plastic insert holes were misaligned causing rips in the plastic. The zipper was difficult to zip. Water got into the plastic insert and our cushions got wet.
CUSTOMER SERVICE... offered a 1% refund, which was ridiculous. We settled on 50% and decided to use the piece of junk for storage in our garage.
BOTTOMLINE... don't waste your money!

Absolutely Fabulous! I love it!
I have a collection of old airline uniforms I wanted to display and purchased a mannequin from VidaXL. WOW! Super Fast Shipping, easy to handle and work with and a real quality piece that I really wanted and am incredibly happy with. This is a unique and great addition to my collection and I highly recommend this business.
VidaXL US are really friendly, helpful and nice as well as having really high quality merchandise.
I give them 100 out of 100 on a scale of happiness. Thank you to all the good people at VidaXL and thank you for the opportunity to deal with you. I certainly recommend them to everyone, You won't be disappointed. I will certainly be back again in the future

Major Disappointment
The quality is poor for the cost. The patio set and loungers look very nice in the photograph, not so much in person. Assembly is tedious and I waited before forming an opinion during the hours (many of them) spent putting it together. Workmanship is poor when the pieces are assembled the weaving does not match up, the lounger only inclines 25-30 degrees so you cannot sit up, used 3 times (persons of average weights and frames) and is already noticeably sagging. Not worth the cost, aggravating, and I already planning replacement.

Great concept - bad execution
I liked the design of this table because I needed one that when closed would be thin enough to store easily off season. The quality control on this product is poor. Some of the screws were stripped. Some of the holes did not line up. Some of the wood was cracked where the hinges had been attached and the gate legs did not function properly. I basically rebuilt the hardware on the table and attached angle irons on both sides of all attachment points. I am glad I persevered! I got a UV/waterproof cover for during the day as my deck gets direct sun which is debilitating for teak furniture. Just to be safe I will sand, oil and varnish the wood to protect it further.

A+ Customer Service
We took on the Half Moon Teak Chairs 16 to be exact. Each Chair was a two man job. Some of them were missing metric fasteners, needed longer screws and or missing screw holes-all parts which we were able to find locally at our Fastenal. Some were rather challenging and It did take some time. Customer Service was great! VidaXL US helped us through the process and are helping us speedily to rectify the 1 chair we could not build. Ultimately... the chairs are beautiful and unique and I couldn't be happy with the customer service. Thank you to all those who helped me!

Cheap! Cheap! Cheap!
Very cheap products very flimsy the boards that make the coop were all splintered and uneven it's not a sturdy product very unsafe for my chickens it's very wobbly pour directions no concrete clear directions on how to put the product together you did not receive the right screws to put the coop together and you did not receive all the pieces to put the chicken run together as well I would never order from you again because I can see that your products are cheap and if vidaXL US are flimsy and if they are not well put together and they are not good quality products not worth the $500 I spent on the products I will choose somewhere else to go to replace them

Purchase review
Three boxes were delivered with all pieces intact. The instructions could
Have been bigger in size when viewing the drawings as to how the pieces
Fit together. The two main cabinet pieces have no bolts to hook them together at either the top or the bottom. So after assembly vidaXL US could be pulled apart. This is how the two main parts of the bar come together inj
The center so this is a design flaw which we will have to correct ourselves by somehow fastening them together. We are trying to figure out a way to secure them.

Do not order from this site: it was a 2-month awning nightmare!
Please keep reading this review because it starts out great! I searched for a reasonably priced awning on-line and I found one at Vida XL. It arrived in a timely manner in 4 boxes. There were so many parts when it arrived, that it was way too complicated for me to assemble. Therefore, I hired somebody to assemble it and to mount it on my pool house. He is very handy as I have hired him before, but it took him 4 afternoons to assemble and mount the awning. Once it was mounted, the motor that was included malfunctioned. It rolled up when you hit the opposite button, and only opened 1 foot. After much frustration, I called the company and asked how we could resolve this. VidaXL US were GREAT and offered me a full refund! I would have taken them up on this if I hadn't paid the handyman hundreds to assemble to attach to the pool house. I asked if they could send another motor that worked, and they took time to look into it. They sent me a parts list to request a specific part. I told them that I just needed the motor. They said the motor is on backorder indefinitely. While looking through the instruction manual, I noticed that the manufacturer of the motor has 2 different style of motors: 1 for blinds and 1 for awnings. The one that they shipped me says on-line that it operates blinds! No wonder why it didn't work on the awning! I emailed them with this information and they took time to look into this, and finally got back saying that they shipped me the right motor, but it was labeled incorrectly in the instruction manual! I went on-line to see if I could order the correct motor, and they were all on backorder. So, I had a fully assembled awning, mounted on my pool house, that wouldn't open. I went the entire summer without shade, after paying $1000 (with assembly/mounting fee)! I did finally say that I would take them up on their offer for a full refund (despite the fact that I had paid the handyman), and they told me it was too late but that they would try to get special approval to refund me $175. They were the ones who took so long investigating with their team about the motor and they actually said that I was past the refund date! After 50 emails and numerous 3-way calls with Capital One to argue with them (I would have to get a contractor write a letter detailing the situation etc to dispute the charge), I decided to walk away out $825 and a broken awning on the pool house! I will need to start fresh again next summer and start with paying somebody to take it down! Customer Service seemed so nice at first, but I think that it is an overseas company who is running the biggest scam ever! Buyer beware! Good luck!

Trellis
Trellis #43371, Invoice # 11084881, Product not produced as advertised. Very flimsy, will not support two climbing roses without beefing up attachment areas for containers and re-enforcing Arch system. Only held together with staples and small screws. The bolts to attach arches to up rites give a false appearance of a solid construction. Construction of product must be with heavier dimension lumber. I had to repaint Trellis with added waterproofing to extend the life of the product. Product not advertised with honest photos or verbiage.

False advertisement, absolutely horrible quality and customer service. Stay away from this company!
I ordered a $450 Acacia wood outdoor table that is advertised to be treated for outdoor weather. Once received, 3 chairs and one leg had large splinters that are safety issues. I asked for them to ship replacement parts which vidaXL US said they can't do. The pre-drilled holes did not align, the wood is rough with small splinters all over it, and it was not treated for outdoor weather. After a few weeks of being outside under an umbrella the wood is starting to turn colors and crack. It looks horrible.

I sent photos to customer service who said they could give me a $50 refund for quality and $50 refund for not being treated for outdoor weather, then to come back and say they can only give me a $60 refund. When I asked for the care instructions on what I should do to treat the wood for outdoor use they replied saying there isn't any care instructions. They said I can return the table, but I would need to completely disassemble the table and package it for return. I wont get a refund until they receive the product. Who wants to disassemble a 6 piece table and find a new box in a pandemic that can fit the entire table in it when it took be all day to assemble the table due to having to drill my own holes. I also have NO TRUST that this company will actually refund my money based on the customer service reps who don't understand what you are asking and keep saying the same response over and over again instead of working with the customer to find a solution. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY. I WORK IN THE FURNITURE INDUSTRY AND THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Reclaimed Wood Shelves
The ordering process was simple, the delivery was quick and the product was not damaged. I was disappointed that the reclaimed shelves did not have colors as displayed in the ads; however, it does state in the product description that the product varies -- my shelves are sturdy and well made, required little assembly -- I just wish there was more color. The ads showed lots of color and my shelves are mostly brown with a tiny bit of blue on the top shelf. I love the product line and wish I could afford to purchase the desk! The furniture is timeless and fits nicely in my office - would fit well in my home too. All of my clients compliment it when vidaXL US come in. I bought it specifically to put little pottery pots with jade plants from the mother plant that I bought when I opened my office. I give every estate plan client a plant. This shelf was perfect!

Terrible
Despite requesting to return these items about 2 weeks ago, I still don't have the info to return them. I have no where to store them, which I noted in my original note. I finally received a response after 2 notes asking if I would like a $20 credit or to return them. I immediately responded that I wanted to return them, as stated in my initial 2 notes. Then no response. I followed up again, and received a response that it may take a few days to get back to me. At this point I'm about to dispute the charges with my credit card. These chairs are not only designed wrong, but smell really strong of petroleum finish. VidaXL US are in the box, on my patio. I can not store them inside due to the smell and space constraints. They need to be returned asap.

LOVE MY OUTDOOR COUCH
I love my new outdoor couch! It is just as beautiful in person as it is online. We did have some issues with the direction on putting it together but once you figure it out it's not much to it. The UPS man broke the glass to our table and vidaXL US replaced it with no problem. Had to manufacture defects but they also replaced it with no problem. Call about each issue I had and they responded very quickly. It was nice being able to talk to a person about my issues. I would definitely recommend VIDAXL and will buy from them again in the future.

Product not functioning, customer service not helpful at all.
I sent a picture of the garbage can shed that I bought which was not functioning. I've asked to get a refund and the customer service wants me to disassemble the huge product and put it back in its original box and haul to the UPS store and return it to them in its "original" form in order to get my money back. This is almost impossible since I spent more than three hours to assemble the product. When I told the customer service that I can't do that the answer was we are sorry but that's the way it works. I don't know what to do with this broken product. Very very disappointed at the product but more than that at the dismissive customer service.
