Hallo
We had a lovely time on Hvar, and the house was very nice.
But was disappointed with the host. They arrived every morning to collect garbage watering the garden and we felt they were controlling us.
Three cats were around the house begging for food all the time.
One picture was several sunbeds also in iron those we had for disposal were in wood and several of them in a bad shape.
There was no parasole as the picture showed.
The outside shower was barely water in.
We had looked forward to pick vegetables in the garden but there was nothing.
There were 6 bicycles, not 8.
The experience with Vip Holyday is very good !!!!!

Die Villa verspricht was sie im Internet zeigt. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Der Pool ist einfach himmlisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Eva ist eine tolle Managerin, vielen lieben Dank für deine Unterstützung bei unserem Ausflug. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Our experience with VIP Holiday Booker was nothing short of excellent! The experience was smooth, the staff was so helpful and always following up, and the villa they rented was exactly as billed (even better). I would recommend this service very highly. Five stars!

The villa is absolutely stunning! It's huge, with 6 bedrooms and easily enough room for 12+ people. Lovely pool, kitchens and outdoor seating areas with BBQs. It is a little way outside of Split, you need to get taxis, but you get the benefit of a lovely pool. The host was also really warm, welcoming and extremely helpfull!

A group of 7 adults stayed at Villa Night and Day from 25th June to 3rd July, 2022. The villa was spacious, clean and located in a quiet location 2 minutes walk to the beach and promenade and local restaurants. The closest Tommy supermarket and bakery were 4 minutes' walk from the villa. The pool was a good size and well maintained. Ample sun loungers poolside and seating areas in the shade. The upstairs balcony offered a nice view of the sea. Mrs. Anita greeted us and offered us information on the local area. She left her phone number and responded to our text enquiries very promptly. Two bikes were at our disposition which was a nice added extra although one was missing half a pedal! We arrived back one evening to find a bag containing tomatoes and aubergines discreetly left by the owner's mother's from her garden. I would highly recommend Villa Night and Day,

The villa was fantastic,well located and appointed.Everything was provided.Zelka the owner was so lovely and helpful, couldn’t do enough for us-you won’t regret staying here.There are about 4-5 restaurants and bars that are within walking distance. Then there is Primosten just 10 mins drive.We had a wonderful time,thank you.

The entire service from VIP Holiday Booker from the initial reservation all the way to arriving for our stay has been amazing. Our contact, Lucija, was really helpful and informative throughout and regularly made contact with updates and information to help us make the most of our stay and any questions were answered really quickly. Thank you for all your help to make it a great family holiday.
We also made use of the Chef Dinner which was one of our favorite nights and the couple that came was really nice and the BBQ menu they created was our best meal of the week - definitely recommended.

The house was really well put together in terms of practicality and space organisation.
The outside area gives you a quick access to the pool, the whirlpool tub, the sauna and an outdoor shower as well that comes really handy after an hot tub or a sauna session.
The host has been really kind and discreet.
We love to have our space and privacy, we hate crowded places and the villa is perfect to enjoy family time in total privacy and relax.

Everything was really good organized and everyone was really helpfull no matter what question asked. The pool area is really nice, the only thing there is, that are a lot of bees, also near the outdoor shower. So if anyone is allergic to bees might need to be a bit careful.

Ana was very helpful and booked us restaurants, boat trip and transfer from airport. However the price of the transfer and boat trip was a lot higher than if we’d sorted it ourselves. For example we paid €60 for transfer from the airport but later by Uber it cost us €10. I know you pay extra for the service but that’s a big difference.
My main feedback is that the company need to be more accurate in their description. We definitely needed a hire car as the beach was 250m away but it was up a very steep hill. We were told Okrug was 15 mins walk away - actually it was 30 mins. Trogir was not just a few minutes in the car but actually a 15 mins drive. So we needed a car to go anywhere.
Finally there needs to be a clearer definition of roles between the villa owner and the company. We were met on arrival by the owner who told us he could have picked us up from the airport for free and organised a boat trip at a better rate but we had already paid up front for those services, which was frustrating.

Amazing place to stay … great location … beautiful house … magnificent outdoor space with a pool. The host Ida as been of the greatest help and made our stay in Dubrovnik unforgettable with all her guidance, activity suggestions! Now we know why it’s called sweet memories! All ready looking towards our next stay there! Ciao!

Fantastic place to stay!! Would highly recommend staying, the owners are a wonderful family who were really helpful and made my partners surprise holiday the absolute best as they even helped with getting balloons made.
Would recommend renting a car as to travel around the island would be hard without.
Overall everything was amazing and I am already planning my 2nd visit with group of friends!

Wir haben uns vor 2 Jahren für VIP Holiday Booker entschieden, da es auf der Website hieß, dass man wegen Covid 19 kostenlos stornieren kann. Das war leider nicht möglich. Wir haben nur einen Gutschein bekommen und unseren Urlaub um ein Jahr verschoben. Die gleiche Villa kostete aber dann über 400€ mehr. Diese Kröte haben wir geschluckt, da uns das Haus sehr gut gefallen hat.
3 Wochen vor unserem geplanten Urlaub kam die Nachricht, dass die Villa leider an jemand anderen vergeben wurden und wir nicht zu dem Zeitpunkt dort Urlaub machen können. Wir waren geschockt. Von Holiday Booker kam der Vorschlag, ob wir nicht eine andere Woche haben möchten. Was so kurzfristig bei 6 Erwachsenen natürlich nicht geht.
Nach vielem hin und her und Nachfragen wurde uns dann eine Villa 4h weiter südlich mit 20% Ermäßigung angeboten. Diese haben wir dann genommen. Die Villa an sich war sehr schön, sauber, traumhaft gelegen. Die Organisation war leider Katastrophe. Obwohl wir genau zu der angekündigten Uhrzeit da waren, war niemand vor Ort. Am ersten Abend kam unangekündigt ein Makler auf die Terrasse und wollte Fotos von dem Objekt machen, obwohl wir schon am Pool lagen und überall unsere Sachen hatten. Das Wasser war leider noch abgedreht, so dass der Hausmeister anrücken musste.
Am ersten Abend haben wir festgestellt, dass die Spülmaschine nicht geht. Also kam wieder der Hausmeister, der nicht mal Werkzeug dabei hatte und auch nichts reparieren konnte. Am zweiten Tag kam ein anderer Handwerker, der stundenlang an der Maschine rumschraubte und sie schlussendlich ausbaute. Es wurde uns angekündigt, dass irgendwann in der nächsten Woche der Servicetechniker kommt, bis dahin waren wir aber schon wieder weg.
Das Haus an sich war wunderschön und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Die Organisation von VIP Holiday Booker war eine Katastrophe und wir werden dort definitiv nichts mehr buchen.

We had the most amazing stay at the Barronesa Villa. The location is perfect for families and a short walk from lovely bars and restaurants. The villa itself is beautiful and big enough for 10 of us to stay comfortably. The service from both the VIP holiday booker and Danijela was exceptional! I would highly recommend booking the villa or another VIP holiday booker.

Our concierge at VIP Holiday Booker was very informative and always at our disposal. She was very helpful in making dinner reservations, finding a chef to come in and prepare dinner, connecting us with the property manager and met any other needs that we had during our visit. I would definitely use them again on our next vacation.

We had a really perfect stay in this very very beautiful house.

Die Villa, der Service und alles Drum herum war einfach nur top! Die Eigentümer waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir wurden mit einem Begrüßungs-Snack nett im Empfang genommen. Die Villa selbst war super sauber und ausgestattet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben noch einen Cocktail-Meister und einen Koch dazu gebucht und beides verlief einwandfrei. Die Cocktails waren lecker und das Essen von aller feinsten. Im Großen und Ganzen gab es wirklich nichts auszusetzen, außer dass die Zeit leider viel zu schnell vorbei ging. Wir werden definitiv noch mal eine Reise über VIP Holiday Booker buchen.

What can we say … Villa Contessa/Diana has truly been the 5 star villa, making our group holiday perfect, situated in the beautiful Dograde village. Ivan & his family were welcoming and so helpful, our shopping list bought and delivered pre arrival made it easy to start our relaxing first day by the pool. Our Private chef was fantastic for our first evening of luxury. Our excursions were tailored by VIP concierge services - Danijela you are fantastic in organising everything we wanted and the holiday booking portal is also very simple to use. The private boat tour around coast and waterfalls and wine tasting again just perfect. Local areas were easily accessible using a local taxi company who were very reliable. Trogir 20min drive from villa and old town split 40min drive, both areas are so beautiful with fabulous restaurants and nightlife. Overall we want to thank Villa Diana owners who have made such a lovely villa very welcoming and all amenities available. Huge thanks to Danijela from VIP holiday booker nothing was too much trouble .. we will be back soon. Many thanks Sarah, Jody, Faye, Kiszy, Lisa, Vicky and Michelle

The booking process is easy.
We booked the villa through the website and immediately received an email.
Later, the agent helped us with the transfer to the villa, dinner with a chef, a day trip to the national park, etc.
She booked a table for us at the local restaurant and we loved it!
