Excellent product and service. Melatonin through their site costs a fraction of the price than it does through Dr then with pharmacy script in NZ and has the same results - a warm fluffy sleep. Delivery takes about 4 weeks and its been reliable. Highly recommended.

Melatonin sustained release tablets are a reliable quality. The price is still better than that charged in Australian pharmacies. Delivery is a little slow, but I know to plan ahead when placing an order.

The Melatonin 2mg slow release is perfect and saves a lot of money compared to buying in Australia. Only problem is that it takes so long to arrive, but with planning that is solved. I think the tablets are sent to a Chullora address and then forwarded on to us from there. Not direct from the US I think.

ITEM HAS NEVER ARRIVED so my review rates as really bad service. When ordered it appeared to be from an Australian company and not till a receipt was sent was it obvious that items would be comming from USA

3mg fast dissolve came in post to Australia in about 2.5 weeks as promised. Product is effective, and I like the strawberry flavour and not needing any water to consume it saves waking too early for bathroom too, all part of being an effective insomnia solution.

I was delighted to discover Vitamin Grocer in the first place as they are able to supply me with Melatonin capsules, a product not available in New Zealand except via a doctor! Firstly, the range available is wonderful and the ordering and delivery of the product has been first class. In these COVID times nobody would expect a next-day delivery across the Tasman, but Vitamin Grocer was realistic about the time it would take to arrive and has kept to it each time, if not exceeded. I will be extending the range of supplements I buy from them.

Ordered product 5 weeks ago; still hasn't arrived. No communication at all. Advised to download Shopify app. It indicates the item is still in the US but hasn't been updated for 4 weeks. Still waiting.

Package still hasn't arrived after almost a month. I have no confidence it will ever arrive. Also, the package was apparently sent from USA, not Australia. So if you're hoping to have something sent locally to AU or NZ, forget about it - it comes from USA.

I ordered a very small package (one lipstick) on June 3. Was advised transit time 10-20 days from US to Australia. July 5 and I'm still waiting for delivery or any updates other than "it's been shipped and is in transit".

It did take 2 months for my order to get here and I'd decided that someone had stolen it out of my letterbox, so had given up, but then Wallah!! I got it. Happy days!! That's just how it goes I guess in these covid times. Might have been stopped by customs? It was in a yellow bubble bag then wrapped in clear plastic, so guessing that may have been the hold up. I don't care just glad I got it in the end!!

So greatful that vitamin grocer ships American products to Australia. Pill Pockets are the only way I can get my cat to take her thyroid meds, and I wouldn't be able to get them without vitamin grocer.

Very quick shipping compared to other online site received order within a month to NZ , these pills are a life saver my daughter can go to sleep straight away once taken where without takes her to 3-4 hours to switch off.

Very pleased with my order, found the website easy to use, the pricing was great, the only problem is that it took a little longer to arrive but that is quite understandable in our current world.

Unfortunately, these guys use a very slow parcel service from the US to AU and after 5 weeks I still didn't have my order but they were very quick to refund my money, which I appreciated. I just think they need to switch delivery companies to protect their international buyes
