READ BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM VIVID RACING! Horrendous company!
So I ordered some wheels in the beginning of April through Katapult(Affirm) finance, a few days later Vivid Racing tell me they dont have them in stock. Kinda weird you have products listed that arent in stock but fine, so it took nearly two weeks for the cancellation to finally process. Okay so now I want to re order wheels and I sent them messages emails and left voicemails asking for help and if they had 3 wheels in stock I was interested in. A day or two later I get a response and they only answered on one of the wheels and they didnt have them in stock. Go figure. I eventually got an answer and I proceeded to order them but something didnt seem right, so I checked out Extreme Wheels and those guys were prompt, excellent customer service, stayed on the phone with me as long as I needed it and helped me order the wheels I really wanted easily and come to find out the guy helping me use to work for Vivid and said they use to be a good company back in the day but after they got a big name they became horrendous and all they are is a call center filled with a bunch of kids who work there and its a $#*! show. So I went to cancel that order 2 days later from Vivid since Extreme wheels was 1000x better and this was on 4/14/2021... I got no reply or response after trying to message/email/call, finally a reply to my email said they would cancel it. Well guess what the wheels still came so I rejected the order. I then contacted Katapult finance and they said they sent a confirmation to Vivid but have received no response. Today is 5/02/2021 and I still have not had my order cancelled, I still have my finance agreement open that im paying for and out of the dozens of messages/emails/calls to Vivid ive gotten a response a couple times and all they do is give me the run around and say something like "we're sorry, we're looking into this."... what do you mean youre looking into it? Ive been blowing you guys up about this daily for weeks and all you have to do is confirm the cancellation to Katapult. Anyways most of the good reviews for Vivid are for sure fake, if you do some research youll see that they have a plethora of bad reviews from real customers and 9 times out of 10 its because they have the worst customer service on planet earth. Meanwhile Extreme Wheels took care of me day 1 and although Gianelle didnt have the wheels I wanted in my bolt pattern they had blanks and Extreme Wheels is having them machined to my bolt pattern at no extra charge and Ill have them in a few days. DO NOT ORDER FROM VIVID RACING!

Vivid does not care about customers and Motobilt products are Junk.
When I viewed product, 13 Bolt shaved diff cover the shipping cost was advertised at $13.00. Upon check out after entering my zip code the shipping cost went up to $15.00 as expected the $13.00 was just a estimate no big deal. Upon completion of transaction I reviewed my receipt and I was charged $20.00 for shipping.

I contacted customer service 4 times with zero response to the error. I guess Vivid Racing just don't care about me.
It took over 2 weeks for the product to arrive when promised 7-10 days. You lied.

After pulling product Motobilt 13 bolt diff cover out of package the product was warped from the welding process. Upon research all Motobilt products come this way that's how they keep the price down. By not taking the finally step of milling down the face mounting surface to machine flat they save money and pass some of it onto the customer by sell for less. In return you get an inferior product that doesn't seal up well.

I will never purchase from Vivid Racing or Horsepower freaks again. Nor will I ever buy another product from Motobilt.

DO NOT SHOP AT VIVID RACING
I have had the worst experience with Vivid Racing. I ordered an exhaust through them weeks ago. I called before ordering to check availability, and I was told that it was in stock and ready to ship. So I proceed with my order. Weeks go by and I get no confirmation. I call and was able to connect with someone after nearly half an hour on hold, and she tells me the exhaust is NOT in stock and is being shipped from the manufacturer and should be shipping soon. Another two weeks go by and I still hear nothing. I send an email asking for an update. I'm told Vivid Racing asked for an update. I wait a few more days, and send another email. No response. I call, I go through the menu, and am told what position in line I'm in. I stay on hold for 20 minutes. Once I become next in line, the line rings and rings for another 10-15 minutes, only to be hung up on. I have called 10 times per day for multiple days now with the same exact thing happening every time. I send emails daily and do not get a response. At this point I just want a refund and I can't even talk to anyone who works there. It feels like they are just blowing me off at this point and trying to steal my money.

Cadillac 2.0T Tune..."Buyers Beware".
I've read quite a few reviews on Vivid Racing's website claiming the great results from the tune Vivid Racing received from Vivid Racing. Well, maybe they did, maybe they didn't..., I don't know. What I do know is, I purchased a tune for $766.00 after shipping and taxes. The tune did nothing in regards to improving the performance to my Cadillac CTS 2.0T. I emailed them to see if the flash modification provided could be tuned better. I received a reply from them indicating my tune on torque was max out. They add, they could accommodate some other modification for a small fee. I cut my huge loss and seek assistance at another business. With the mod provided by the other company, my car performs as if it should have been tune like that from the factory. The Torque through my car's gear range is amazing. Throttle is very responsive, and 0 - 60 is so quick, I didn't bother timing it. It's that satisfying. I was considering trading my car in because it didn't perform as expected when I purchased it. Now, I love my car. Now, that's what I expected from Vivid Racing. Instead, I was either rip off or sent the wrong file. Or, maybe the company was trying to milk me for more money. At any rate, the file sent was trash. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Go to TRIFECTA. Legit, for real.

False advertising and horrible customer service
Absolutely horrendous customer service. Vivid has ignored my calls and emails for 4 weeks now, and I was only able to get in contact with them via chat. Their phone line has hung up on me several times after moving me from "2nd in line" to 9th. This whole company appears to be a scam.

Vivid Racing told me, despite sending me a part i didn't order, that I couldn't refund it because it had been 30 days. But I reached out the day the item was delivered and heard nothing. They are now refusing to send the part I ordered, because even though the listing says "PPE Engineering Spun Race Car For PPE 2ZZ GE Swap Header 2.5" Outlet 304" and the picture is of a header on an engine, this part is actually a catalytic converter (what they sent me).

I was told on June 8th that I would hear back on "what [they] can do for me" within 48 hours. It has now been a week.

I'm sure these guys are fine when they dont screw up. But when they do, they will go out of their way to make it seem like it's the customer's fault.

AUDI A5 BIG BRAKE KIT AND VR TUNING
ON 08/18/202O I spoke with Austin at Vivid for a VR tuning for my Audi. I paid $600. Same day I shipped the ECU ( Engine Control Unit) to Gilbert, AZ. Following their instruction as per the website. The ECU arrived on 08/19/2020.
I spoke with Austin several times about having this done same week. He promised me that it would be done. About after a week I called again and after waiting for 42 minutes on the phone I was told Vivid Racing were having problems with the ECU. To make the story short, they burned my ECU and after me e-mailing daily and calling, they returned the ECU burned and 15 days late. All lies after lies!
I also ordered a big brake kit, same thing. All lies and never shipped to me.
At this point I am over 3k dollars down, I have retained the law firm of Efrain Morales In texas to file a lawsuit in Texas and Arizona. If any of you would like to join. Let me know. My cell is *******799

Worst online ordering experience I have ever had
In order to keep this review short and to the point... Ordered wheels on Dec 8th, 2020. Told Vivid Racing would take 10 - 12 weeks to deliver from Japan but should come in quicker than that. Later told they had left Japan on a ship, on Dec 17th. Keep in mind... I am only told these things when I spend the time to call them up and talk to their support. They certainly aren't sending out any status updates on the order of over $2150. Told I will have them in hand February 26th. Told they are at Port in LA on February 16th. Told they are running behind due to Covid 19. March rolls around, no wheels... Told they are still in port. April rolls around, still no wheels... Told they are still in port and they don't know when the manufacturer will get them. Yes, they are supposedly in port of LA for 2 and a half months sitting on a container ship. Sounds reasonable if I were an idiot. Port congestion is causing port to run behind at most 26 days but typically more like 7 days. There is also, no way they were on a ship that left Japan on the 17th of December and took 2 full months to cross the pacific. Container ships take 20 days tops, to cross the Pacific. Every time I call into Support I am told the same story in regards to what they will do... They say they will keep an eye on the order and / or make sure the Sales Rep reaches out to me. Nothing ever happens though. If I want to know where my wheels are, I get to call in and hang out on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a support person to basically tell me they don't know anything about the order but they will stay on top of it and let me know of any changes... Completely useless. If you think that finding out where your order is, is hard... Try getting a refund! It is proving to be even more challenging. It is amazing how they have stayed in business this long. They are a middle man who just forwards orders to manufacturers. They literally have zero ability to track anything, from what I have seen. I can't even get the Supposed Sales Rep to respond to an email for the past month. I can imagine the reason they are so busy is they can never handle an issue to begin with, so the issues just continue to stack up. Been dealing with them for 5 months. Basically just gave them an interest free loan of nearly $2200. That is... When I actually get my money back.

Dishonest, Scam, Lies after Lies
On 10/14/2020 I call vivid to place an order for a complete set of wheels. I speak to Tyler the rep who tells me he has one last set of TE37Sl wheels in stock, he told he was looking right at them... about 5 days go by I email them asking about my order I was wondering if I'd get a tracking number and some other rep responded and told me she was waiting for the manufacturer to respond to her request, me confused as it is, I respond and ask if the wheels are even in stock at their warehouse? - I don't get a response. So I call and speak to Tyler he told me Vivid Racing had sold the one wheel out of the set so I asked for a refund on that same phone call, that took place on the 19th of last month, since then they have been constantly lying about when my refund will hit my account, I've called several times, emailed several times, filed a complaint with the BBB and still nothing, it might be time to lawyer up but we'll see if I get a refund or not... buyers beware this company is a scam their reviews are fake and they know it they are very dishonest with their customers and this is not what the car scene/ Enthusiast/ hobby world is about and it is a shame that they're doing this I've done plenty of research now and it definitely shows over the last 20years of them being in business they have been scamming just like this the whole time...

Failure to Communicate
I spent $2000 here for a steering wheel and Cover Craft car cover. The car cover came apart and I called for the 4 year warranty. Vivid Racing first reported to CoverCraft that I wanted a refund. I corrected them and repeated that I need a replacement. So then they ask me to cut the car cover in half so when I get the new one I wouldn't end up with a free cover. Communication was lacking. I refused to cut anything unless I know that a replacement is on its way. Sent them about 7 emails on the matter and still no cover. The steering wheel I ordered for my Maserati took about 10 weeks to arrive from China. I ordered a center flag colors at the top at mid point. The flag was put on crooked and sits slightly to the left. Lousy job for $1500. I don't recommend this place, customer service is drastically lacking along with quality control.

Shiped Despite Cancelling
Ordered a tent on September 2nd from Vivid Racing. The next day, September 3rd, Vivid sent out a shipping update email stating that the order was being processed and we would receive a tracking number when available. Later on that afternoon, September 3rd, a customer service representative sent us an email checking to see if the shipping ETA would be okay with us before Vivid Racing actually processed the order. Note: I used the email I normally do not use and didn't realize this until later. On September 4th, we called them asking exactly which date this would be shipped, and when they let us know the expected delivery date, we let them know we would think on it. 5 minutes after the call ended, we came to the realization that we would not have the tent in time for our trip and needed to cancel. We went straight on their online chat system to cancel the order, and the automated system let us know that the cancellation request had been sent to the cancellation department. On September 10th Vivid then reached out with an email stating: "I apologize that this product will conflict your camping date. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. We can either try to find you something else you like or we can cancel this order for your and refund you." Like stated before, unfortunately the email did not go to my main email, and it went to one that is not used as often. When I finally realized that it was sent to my 2nd email I replied to cancel it, again, on September 19th. Monday September 21st rolls around and this tent is dropped off out our house with no shipment update or follow up email on checking what we would like to do with our order. All while it was supposed to be on hold, they said they'll send a shipping email and we never received one, and we specifically told them to cancel it. After it was delivered to our home, we instantly went to call them. When calling, we were told we were the first caller and we're next in line to be helped. After waiting on hold and being told 3 times that we were first in line, we were sent to a voicemail. We left a voicemail and we're hoping for a call back today, September 22nd. After not receiving a call back today, the 22nd, we called again, and got the same situation with being told we were the first caller, and being sent to a voicemail. We left another voicemail, and are hoping to finally get this issue resolved. This has been an almost entire month process just trying to cancel this order just for it to surprisingly show up at our doorstep with no shipping email or tracking number. Keep in mind, we also are currently stuck with a purchase charge that should've been handled weeks ago. We have already filed a dispute with Discover and are wanting to return the tent that shouldn't have even been delivered to our home.

Terrible customer service!
I ordered 4 tires and a valve body for my transmission. I chose a tire that I have never heard of before but Vivid Racing had pretty good ratings and for the price was worth it. 2 days after my order was placed I receive an email stating the manufacturer raised the price of the tires there for they had to charge me more. I thought this was very odd so I checked the website and they still had the tires listed at the price I ordered them at. I was busy at work so I waited until the next morning to give them a call and handle the situation I waited for quite some time so I gave up and sent an email stating I would like them to honor the price they had listed. At this point the tires were still listed at the price I ordered them at. I got a response 2 days later stating per my request the order has been canceled. Still the tires are listed for the price I ordered them. Terrible customer service and seems like a scam at this point.

Vivid still hasn't delivered my entire $2,654 Lift Kit (for 3 months) and told it will take 4 months
I'm still waiting for half my Icon Stage II 3.5 inch Lift Kit for a 2019 Toyota 4Runner to ship after I ordered it on 4/27/2021 when item was in stock on vividracing.com. The kit costs $2,654.75 on vividracing.com and still doesn't show as out of stock or on backorder after 3 months. It's now 7/19/2021 and after multiple complaints and promised shipping dates, the latest is that my order will ship on 8/17/2021, which is 16 weeks (4 months) from my original order. Customer service continues to blame warehouse and push shipping dates back. Vivid Racing will not respond to me about replacing missing parts on time, issuing a refund or a providing me with a partial refund. I'm moving on August 6,2021, before their latest shipping date and I now fear I will never get the second half of my suspension system. Vivid hasn't responded to me since 7/13/2021 when I asked for a refund or partial refund and will not respond about changing my shipping address.

Bad choice
I recently purchased some lowering springs for my car. I purchased the Express package. Upon waiting during the week I was never notified when my package would arrive. So I called them after hitting every option and not getting hung up on I finally reached someone who ensured me the package would be there the next day. Once I received the package I began to install the springs. Never have I ever had to fight with lowering springs and k we something wasnt right but I was able to get the front ones on. I lowered the Jack and the car was actually sitting higher than before. So I called back and got ahold of someone on a monday. He explained to me that he would have to get with the manufacturer and see what happened. I waited 3 days and no call back so to this I day I I continue to call and leave voice mails but have never recieved a call back or any explanation on what happened

Terrible Customer Service
I had ordered a set of Swift sport springs with Austin that were ultimately deemed to have a design flaw by a very well known BMW garage in Jersey. Vivid Racing slip beyond the strut base when driving over bumps and make creaking/banging noises (marring and scarring very apparent). I sent these pictures of the damaged struts to Austin at Vivid Racing after removing the springs (on the car for about 1,000 miles) and he has completely ignored my emails for almost a month after saying he would reach out to Swift. Very unprofessional to leave me hanging when all I want is to hear Swift's end of the product/story. A refund or partial refund seems far fetched when it's obvious a simple reply from Austin seems to be too much. I can appreciate a "Swift hasn't gotten back yet," but being completely ignored for a month is the complete opposite of good customer service. There are too many other companies to get automotive parts from. Stay away and pay a little more for products supplied by a company that stands by their customer.

BUYERS BEWARE! BE CAUTIOUS WHEN BUYING FROM VIVID!
I purchased some new locking lug nuts back in August. The package took about 6-8 weeks to come in. FedEx had a hand in the late delivery and the package was damaged and the order was missing the locking wrench for the nuts. No fault on Vivids part, however it is now almost December and I am still waiting to return the parts for a refund. I've called the VIVID number over and over again. No response. Online help was as helpful as the phone calls. 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE. I paid around $90.00 for the lug nuts and just want a refund and return the product, yet I cant get anyone to give me a striaght answer. I will be reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I have also keep all communications between the company and I as proff of the lack of service. Vivid Racing are more than happy to take a payment but of the order is wrong or something is wrong, they seem to refuse to help out the consumer. THAT MEANS YOU AS A BUYER! I would look elsewhere to purchase your products. I have enclosed pica of the package as it was recieved below and they still refuse to help me with a refund. This is no way to treat a customer.

Charged me and shipped a product I didn't order, wouldn't return my call
I ordered a carbon fiber PSM Dynamic Trunk Deck Lid V2 BMW M3 F8x 15-19 from Chris Kolodzinski at Vivid Racing. If you look on their website Vivid Racing do not offer a fiberglass option (ONLY CARBON FIBER) and fiberglass was never presented on the phone as an option. Yet, what I arrived at my house was a fiberglass version. I immediately called Chris on the phone and told him the mistake. He said he would contact PSM and get back to me. After a few days of not hearing back I tried to contact Chris via phone and email. No response. I tried Vivid Racing's main line and no one answered so I left a voice message to call me back about it. Weeks later I received an email from them asking me to rate them and provide a review. I emailed back and said I would like a refund and a shipping label to send them back the fiberglass deck lid I didn't order. Zero response. They charged me for something I didn't order, for something that is not even offered on their website, and made no effort to resolve their mistake. Of course I would highly recommend ordering products elsewhere. I have screen shots of my original chat with Chris and his quote on the carbon fiber version. They charged me $480 for a product I didn't order.

TERRIBLE! AWFUL! SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Would give 0 stars if I could! Ordered my exhaust in March, immediately took my over $700 and have not been given a shipment email and have spoken many times to customer service, sales, everybody but Vivid Racing are all unhelpful, telling me different things all for them to keep pushing back the shipment month after month! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's most likely gonna happen this month too! ESPECIALLY, the fact that when I placed my order it said in green IN STOCK, checked the bottom of their page explaining the shipping on how if its in stock it will be processed in 48 hours and shippedout in 2-3 days, which never happened! THIS IS BULL$#*!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! JUST AWFUL!

Update: they tried to push it back to the end of the year which means it would've been almost a year waiting, so I canceled and got it from American trucks with 3 days!

Horrid customer service.
I hope everyone will read the reviews on this awful company. I normally do but was so exited when I was told that I had a march for a pre runner for my 2014 ram sport I neglected reading the reviews. I believe this is the second review I've ever written in my life. That's how imperative it is that I hope people read these reviews.
I have been researching pre runners for my 14 ram sport for a couple months. I noticed that most times when it states that it won't fit a sport it will also not fit a rebel. On Vivid Racing's website there was a pre runner that stated all rams except rebels. Naturally knowing what I've found out over the last couple months I called to make sure that it would fit my pickup. After explaining exactly what I stated above I was told that if it states on the website that it only excludes rebels then it will be good to go for my sport. I again explained to them that I haven't found this to be the case in my research over the last couple months. I was assured that if it stated only rebels were excluded I was golden. The website also told me it would fit when I entered my vehicle information on their website. After waiting for 2 weeks without ever getting a confirmation on when my item shipped, it showed up. I carefully unpacked everything and checked to make sure all the parts where there. After verifying all parts where indeed present I noticed on the installation manual that it stated," will not fit vehicles with one piece bumper covers", which a 14 ram sport has. I spent the next three days calling and emailing to get any human being with a pulse to return a call or email. Finally I got through on the phone. I explained everything to the girl and she said she'll call the manufacturing direct to verify. Why this wasn't done initially I haven't a clue. Manufacturer verified that indeed it is not a fit. I'm then giving an email address to an Ashley to work on my return. After emailing for 4 days twice, sometimes 3 times a day I finally get a return email. She asked for my vehicle description to verify that it will not work on my vehicle. I explained that this was already done. 2 days later I receive an email with a ROA and a return address. I noticed that there wasn't any credit issued for shipping. I asked why there's not credit for shipping, which was around $87. She stated that Vivid Racing don't do credits for shipping because basically I ordered the wrong part. Needless to say I explained to her about my phone call to verify that it was the correct part and even my concern as to what I've found over the last 2 months. I also explained that their website list it as a fit for my vehicle, the whole entire reason I called in the first place, to verify. Needless to say, haven't heard hide nor hair for over 24 hours. I'll return the package tomorrow at the UPS store which I'm sure I'll get hit up for return shipping costs also. At this point I just want to salvage the money I can from this disastrous experience and move on to a more reliable company in the future. I cannot express enough, do not do business with this company just for the simple fact you maybe me next. Your order may go as planned but I would never take that risk knowing what I know now. This company is pure garbage and needs to lose all its business. To put it simply, they're crooks.

Never ever again.
Terrible experience. And a customer who spent nearly 7000 $ would think Vivid would do better. Compared to business I've done with COBB, Vivid is no good. Vivid Racing lie, they cheat, they act like they care. They don't. Yes Adam and a couple other people try and make things right. That's not good enough.
Order 1 thing then you find out 2 weeks later you're not getting it. So you're offered a more expensive item that they just happen to have.
Then when It finally arrives 3 weeks later, it's missing hardware to installed it.
COBB is so much more professional and COBB customer service is perfect.
So I would have bought so much more at VIVID Racing. I had plans to spend up 20,000 on upgrades over the next 6 months.
Forgot it. No way. Don't waste your time or money. I have no idea what VIVID Racing really is? Is it a real company? How in the hell do they stay in business. I am planning on filing a complaint with AG. Not sure if it will do any good. But I don't like being lied to. Advertising is misleading.

Unbelievable bad company. I think there is 1 or 2 people there that care I think, maybe. But this company should not be in business no longer.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Let me tell y'all about this company right here. Vivid Racing possibly have the WORST customers service that I have ever experienced in my life. They sold me the wrong parts for my truck back in June & when I told them I wanted to return them & get a full refund, they said they can only refund the amount of the part & not the tax & shipping because according to them I ordered the wrong part & they are 100% not in the wrong. I argued about it with them until I decided to just get what I can get back for the part. I mailed the parts back in July when they FINALY sent me the return label. Up until August they were givig me the run around about where the parts were. They apparently couldn't find it. I finally threatened to get my lawyer involved if I didn't not receive my refund. They sent an email that same day saying that they found my return order & I will receive the refund after they do their little inspection ( the parts never left the package I just took them out of the box & immediately realized it's the wrong part) well it has now been 2 months & I have YET to receive a refund. Nobody is answering my emails or my phone calls. I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Would rate them -5 star if I could. Screenshots of emails they sent are attached. They said that they needed the tracking number so they can see where it's at AFTER they said they have the package. There is not tracking number because the package was delivered 2 DAMN MONTHS AGO!
