I contacted customer service 4 times with zero response to the error. I guess Vivid Racing just don't care about me.
It took over 2 weeks for the product to arrive when promised 7-10 days. You lied.
After pulling product Motobilt 13 bolt diff cover out of package the product was warped from the welding process. Upon research all Motobilt products come this way that's how they keep the price down. By not taking the finally step of milling down the face mounting surface to machine flat they save money and pass some of it onto the customer by sell for less. In return you get an inferior product that doesn't seal up well.
I will never purchase from Vivid Racing or Horsepower freaks again. Nor will I ever buy another product from Motobilt.

Vivid Racing told me, despite sending me a part i didn't order, that I couldn't refund it because it had been 30 days. But I reached out the day the item was delivered and heard nothing. They are now refusing to send the part I ordered, because even though the listing says "PPE Engineering Spun Race Car For PPE 2ZZ GE Swap Header 2.5" Outlet 304" and the picture is of a header on an engine, this part is actually a catalytic converter (what they sent me).
I was told on June 8th that I would hear back on "what [they] can do for me" within 48 hours. It has now been a week.
I'm sure these guys are fine when they dont screw up. But when they do, they will go out of their way to make it seem like it's the customer's fault.
I spoke with Austin several times about having this done same week. He promised me that it would be done. About after a week I called again and after waiting for 42 minutes on the phone I was told Vivid Racing were having problems with the ECU. To make the story short, they burned my ECU and after me e-mailing daily and calling, they returned the ECU burned and 15 days late. All lies after lies!
I also ordered a big brake kit, same thing. All lies and never shipped to me.
At this point I am over 3k dollars down, I have retained the law firm of Efrain Morales In texas to file a lawsuit in Texas and Arizona. If any of you would like to join. Let me know. My cell is *******799
Update: they tried to push it back to the end of the year which means it would've been almost a year waiting, so I canceled and got it from American trucks with 3 days!
I have been researching pre runners for my 14 ram sport for a couple months. I noticed that most times when it states that it won't fit a sport it will also not fit a rebel. On Vivid Racing's website there was a pre runner that stated all rams except rebels. Naturally knowing what I've found out over the last couple months I called to make sure that it would fit my pickup. After explaining exactly what I stated above I was told that if it states on the website that it only excludes rebels then it will be good to go for my sport. I again explained to them that I haven't found this to be the case in my research over the last couple months. I was assured that if it stated only rebels were excluded I was golden. The website also told me it would fit when I entered my vehicle information on their website. After waiting for 2 weeks without ever getting a confirmation on when my item shipped, it showed up. I carefully unpacked everything and checked to make sure all the parts where there. After verifying all parts where indeed present I noticed on the installation manual that it stated," will not fit vehicles with one piece bumper covers", which a 14 ram sport has. I spent the next three days calling and emailing to get any human being with a pulse to return a call or email. Finally I got through on the phone. I explained everything to the girl and she said she'll call the manufacturing direct to verify. Why this wasn't done initially I haven't a clue. Manufacturer verified that indeed it is not a fit. I'm then giving an email address to an Ashley to work on my return. After emailing for 4 days twice, sometimes 3 times a day I finally get a return email. She asked for my vehicle description to verify that it will not work on my vehicle. I explained that this was already done. 2 days later I receive an email with a ROA and a return address. I noticed that there wasn't any credit issued for shipping. I asked why there's not credit for shipping, which was around $87. She stated that Vivid Racing don't do credits for shipping because basically I ordered the wrong part. Needless to say I explained to her about my phone call to verify that it was the correct part and even my concern as to what I've found over the last 2 months. I also explained that their website list it as a fit for my vehicle, the whole entire reason I called in the first place, to verify. Needless to say, haven't heard hide nor hair for over 24 hours. I'll return the package tomorrow at the UPS store which I'm sure I'll get hit up for return shipping costs also. At this point I just want to salvage the money I can from this disastrous experience and move on to a more reliable company in the future. I cannot express enough, do not do business with this company just for the simple fact you maybe me next. Your order may go as planned but I would never take that risk knowing what I know now. This company is pure garbage and needs to lose all its business. To put it simply, they're crooks.
Order 1 thing then you find out 2 weeks later you're not getting it. So you're offered a more expensive item that they just happen to have.
Then when It finally arrives 3 weeks later, it's missing hardware to installed it.
COBB is so much more professional and COBB customer service is perfect.
So I would have bought so much more at VIVID Racing. I had plans to spend up 20,000 on upgrades over the next 6 months.
Forgot it. No way. Don't waste your time or money. I have no idea what VIVID Racing really is? Is it a real company? How in the hell do they stay in business. I am planning on filing a complaint with AG. Not sure if it will do any good. But I don't like being lied to. Advertising is misleading.

Unbelievable bad company. I think there is 1 or 2 people there that care I think, maybe. But this company should not be in business no longer.
