Mixed bag: I have ordered three "in-stock" firearms from Vizards but only one ever shipped due to inventory inaccuracies. Non-firearm items and one firearm arrived promptly and in fine condition.

Falsely advertises cheap prices on Ammo in limited quantities and says it is in stock to draw you in. You then buy the Ammo and add other items to your cart in order to make the flat rate shipping price worth it. They will without notice alter your order and ship the more expensive items and you get less items for higher cost. Customer support is trained to just keep saying sorry no refunds , no returns! I just want what I ordered for the price I asked when I bought it or else take back everything and give me my money back. For their mistake I’m paying more per round (Ammo) and they act like their is nothing they can do. What you can do is make it right ! I’m not asking for extras , just what you agreed you had in stock when I made my purchase !

I provided proof of my age of 67 years old with my current state issued Arizona Concealed Carry permit, but they apparently wanted my Driver’s License number, which I was unwilling to provided so they cancelled my order. I will never place another order.

All I want to know is what completed on the order means? My credit card has been billed ffl dealer taken care of but no correspondence at all from Visards. Tried Customer service no answer (28 minutes) Chat no answer (25 minutes) all I want to know is where is my gun? If it's not in stock (was in stock when ordered),let me know if not in stock and refund my money Thank You.

Never got ordered item and had to contest a nearly $900 purchase through credit card provider. Customer service was unhelpful and at times rude.

I ordered a rifle gave my credit card number sent in my FFL to ship to. No one has returned my calls. They said that I did not send the FFL in and I sent them a copy of the email sent with the FFL attached. Ok course the rifle was sold to someone else. I did not even get a call or email saying they needed my FFL. Terrible customer service.

They had the very hard to find items that I had been looking for. Would definitely use them again.

The Vizards Company said they could not sell me a gun because of The State of Ohio Gun Laws of transportation of firearms.
Although the Gov. Of Ohio just signed a law saying you may carry sell, transport,buy a firearm without a license.
And I am a U.S.Marshal, on the State Police Department and in the Special Forces.
This I have no idea of how the firearm operates.

Vizard's had the best price around by far. They shipped my order very quickly and the communication was excellent. I couldn't be happier with my first experience with them and I will definitely be buying from them again.

I am not gonna lie, I was 1,000,000% skeptical when ordering from Vizards due to their very up and down reviews. There were a ton of good and a ton of bad. That being said, they had exactly what my Dad and I wanted and we have been searching for months. We took our chances despite the reviews and odd customer service and my experience was overall FLAWLESS!! From the purchase date to both of the EMPs sitting at my local FFL was less than a week's time. They were brand new and Vizards communicated perfectly with my FFL. I would 10000000% order from Vizards again, if they have what you want try them out! My Dad and I are happy we did!!

I ordered 308 Winchester and hard-to-find 30 Cal Luger. The online order status was a bit strange: at some point, the 308 showed as out of stock, even though it was still available to purchase on the website.
In the end, the 308 showed up along with the 30 Cal Luger, just as I ordered.

Ordered on a weekend and delivered before the next weekend.
Great price for these times too.

I like this gun shop when he was in Plaistow I went there once or twice a week a good guy got my purchase promptly everything was as it should be give him a try you will be happy

Vizards accepted my online order and payment (over $600) on a gun advertised as in-stock and ready to ship on the website. After 10 business days it had not been shipped and with no correspondence from them I sent a query and received no response. After a second query a week later, they responded that gun was back-ordered and would ship the next Monday. After that Monday passed without shipment or update on status, I filed a credit card chargeback and BuySafe claim for a refund. Two months later, my credit card company finalized my refund so it took 3 months total to get my money back for my payment that should not have been accepted in the first place on a back-ordered item, and that any legitimate retailer would have voluntarily refunded as soon as they realized it was back-ordered.

The ammo I ordered arrived quickly and at a competetive price.

Prompt online order processing and shipping, responsive customer service, and competitive prices. Would definitely buy from Vizard's again!

Purchased New Ruger and received Ruger with damaged barrel.

We all look for the total cost of an item. All I can say is a fair price, and shipping was very fast. Would not hesitate from purchasing again from Vizards.

I ordered a pistol three weeks ago. I called at the 10 day mark and no one answered. I attempted to email and chat online. No one answered. It has been three weeks and I still don't know what the status of my order is. If I don't here back from this, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and cancelling the order. I will also let everyone online know how this went down. Terrible customer service.
