Very bad experience with VLEBazar. I ordered JBL headphones, they delivered different model of less quality. When I called customercare, very poor response. After getting connected to the customercare guy after long waiting of 45 minutes, he doesn't have courtesy to resolve my issue, inbetween he disconnected the call, which is against the call centere guidelines. I will given ------- rating for this company. Never buy any product from this company. Don't be cheated by discount, go for best e-commerce companies where the servcie is good.

I have purchased duo pod m40 from vle bazaar. I was worried about my money after completing purchasing process. It's showing my product will be delivered in 3 working day. This was my first product shopping from Vle bazaar. That's why i worried so much. after completing 2 days i worried so much but after that day, vle has deliverd my product at my home. I have checked my product carefully, everything was perfect as want. Thank you Vle bazaar for your services.

Very nice service. In lockdown I am at my village in a bit rural area outside City then too Vle Bazaar accepts orders of my Address. Thank you Vle Bazaar. Also Thank you to your Courier service polite n nice service. Just their is only one issue while adding product to wishlist and also adding product from one wishlist to other wishlist it takes too much time. Too much! Though app is updated. You have the option of saving your wishlist which help to track the price and buy the product at lowest price. The customer service is excellent. If you are not happy with the product you can easily return. For low priced items, if the product damaged on transit they will refund the money without any second question.happy customer 😊

Dear Sir/Madam, I am in the duty to inform you about the fact that I , Anmol Gupta, am a resident of Gurgaon in Sec.67 and operate my business of export - import in Sec.50, Gurgaon. On 25th May 2022, I made an online transaction on www.vlebazaar.in for an amount of Rs. 29,980.00 ( Twenty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Rupees ) via their integrated payment gateway known as Razorpay and the transaction was successfully processed with the Razorpay transaction ID as pay_JZS856cD42y0HE.This payment was being made against the purchase of 2 pieces of OPPO A5 S ( Green , 64 GB, 4 GB RAM ) ( Screenshots of order confirmation page on www.vlebazaar.in as well as product pictures are being attached with this email for your reference. After the order was being processed i have never received any order follow-up, no emails about shipping and nothing.i contacted vlebazaar.in customer support on 06th June at there provided number 9026655551 and to my surprise i was told that the products were out of stock! I ask ed the lady ( name told as Ms.Preeti, may be a fictitious name ) why I was not informed about the same and she had no answer. I was then told by Ms Preeti that my order has been cancelled and I will be receiving the refund back in my account on 01/08/2022 which is almost 3 months from the date of transaction. I asked the reason why it will take 3 months when PCI ( Payment card industry ) compliances clearly say that any refund must be processed within 7-10 business days. She gave me a reason that this refund date has been given by their payment gateway, Razorpay. I contacted razorpay on 18005726676 and I told them everything. Razorpay clearly denied any such unusual refund time guidelines. I again contacted vlebazaar.in on 10th June 2022 for the same reason and I was told by Mr Sachin ( so called their senior executive and this may be a fictitious name ) that the refund will be processed within 7 days. I asked them to provide the refund ID from Razorpay and he was not sure what I wa s talking about. Razorpay clearly told me that during refund they generate a refund ID according to which I can track my refund but in my case there was no such id generated. By keeping all above facts in view i hereby summarizing my apprehension as follows: 1. The website www.vlebazaar.in is a bogus e-commerce portal that was created just to dupe innocent people. They do not have anything in their stock to ship. 2. The website www.vlebazaar.in was registered and hosted by GoDaddy LLC ( whois domain is showing as https://www.whois.com/whois/vlebazaar.in and they have taken privacy options in order to hide their real identity. 3. Their payment gateway Razorpay is also in question on what basis they have given their approval and services without investigating their establishment identity. 4. While asking for the refund they keep on giving just one statement that " There is some error in payment gateway " which is completely incorrect. They do not want to return the money once the transaction processed which clearly shows the fraud intention and behaviour of www.vlebazaar.in 5. The address given by them on their website ( Plot No 4, Numberdar Market, Grace road Sec 28 Gurgaon 122002 ) and their " contact us " page is a bogus address that does not exist. I personally went to this address and it's unidentified. This address can not be found. 6. There are many other users as well who are also in the same soup and who have been duped financially by this bogus website. Vle bazzar worst in customer service. i bought one product on december 2021. that was not fresh one. that is already used product. so i requested for return. after following them for long time then only they took return on march 2022. still i didn't get my refund amount. i am continuously following them. but no proper respons. 13999rs i paid through online. i didnt get my money .

It’s a fake company , sends damaged and non working products and there is no customer supports. No return no refund and you can not reach out to them.

Hi Myself Devi Charan i have ordered Redmi #s prine for Rs 5099 on 18-02-2022 with order number 1419242.But VLEBAZAR send me some gionee neo phone .When i requested refund on website there was still no response as on 08-05-2022 even no response on call my.I will never suggest to anyone this website because this is FAKE and BOGUS.They just took my hard earned money and cheated me.

Vle bazar send us broken and damage product supply and they are can't any response for return product we have received used and broken supply earphone.i don't trust this company this frod company

After seeing many of the images and product I thought that damm I just wasted my money but I received my product today and it’s totally fine perfectly packed and new fully seal packed I think from this type of sites just order less then 500rs product it will be good I just got 16GB for just 197 rupees I got good deal and please I am not fakeing it’s really happened

Vlebazaar is a fraud company and a fake site. I had ordered for printer made payment through online on 23-2-2022 but till today they have not delivered the product and i call the customer care they will not respond properly.
Plz be careful and do not purchase any thing from this site. The price will be less compare to others but u will not get the item and u will loose the money

This is fake site.. I ordered havells extension boards and they delivered local chinese product. Now customer care never support, no return of money, no exchange of product.

Vlebazaar is a fraudulent site. After going through a harrowing customer service experience for a late shipment, I saw other review sites and noticed that they often sell refurbished / used equipment. My order for a APC Backup UPS (1100) also was an obviously used piece. The original Styrofoam packing was missing and the UPS had been shipped in a very old, obviously used carton

This is fraud site. They cheated me two times. First one is after 20 days they said product not available. Second time I ordered mi dual in-ear earphones but I received mi basic earphones. Don't trust this site.

Vlebazaar is totally a fake company. They are showing prices much less than their competitors and get the order. But I have personally found the item sent was a different model that was too incomplete and can not be used. I requested for replacement or return, the company after intimating that we shall respond within next 48 hours but with subsequent reminders, there is no reply from them.
THEY ARE BIG CHEATERS.

I ordered a redmi mobile worth Rs. 16999. It is the only website which is giving huge discount on this model.
But the mobile I received is only worth Rs. 7000/-.
They have sent a lesser value mobile and since February,2022, neither refunded nor exchanged my mobile. Totally fraud website.

Worst service and worst of the worst e-commerce website i have ever seen, hey are selling defected products and now it's been more than 1 month, no--one is responding no-one is attending calls, no-one is replying on mail, no return no replacement done yet, my order id is 1517141, I personally don't recommend anyone to buy anything from this website......0/10 I rate this company and their after sales service and customer support too....
