I had placed an order last minute and the sales rep made sure that my order was processed so I could get it the next day!

Ordered a fan blade, was canceled by them. Tried to call to find out why, emailed and was brushed off. Attempted a second time, again canceled, and was again brushed off. Would recommend avoiding this company.

Shipped me an obviously physically damaged motor. They told me to participate in a fraudulent scheme to lie to UPS and say that it was damaged in shipping (which it was not). Everyday they lie to me saying they're going to ship out the replacement motor that afternoon, but they don't. At least I got my money back from the credit card company. Scammers.

I work for an HVAC company and order parts for our customers. I proceeded to order a part from their website that they told me over their webchat feature was in stock. My customer had no cooling and wanted to pay next day air. I placed the order from my customer early in the day. The next day I went to check tracking and their was no tracking. I contacted Voomi and they informed me it did not ship out yet, but they would make sure it would ship out that day and give us a discount on the shipping, this was on a Friday. The weekend came and went and I went to check tracking again on monday, but no tracking. Contacted them again and they said they still had not shipped it out and it would not ship out until the next day! Not only was I misled, but my customer went 5 days without cooling because of this. This is not the first time I have had issues with this company. I do not recommend doing business with them at all.

I found what I need . But not being able to place a order with a live person I find really sad ! But if it don’t bother you I guess it shouldn’t bother me . Have a great day ??

Shipping is way to high. You could of put it through the mail for less then 1.00. Yet you feel the need to charge 17.00 to ship a small plastic piece. Glad to get the part but don’t change the rip off factor of your shipping prices.

Compressor is for A/C at American Legion Been a very hot summer so far and anxiously await the arrival of the part. Found what was needed right away.

Your shipping charges are crazy expensive. I can ship a 450lb generator for $250 and you charge me $219 for a 50lb compressor.!!!!!!!!!

Hard to find OEM heat pump compressor fan motor, exact replacement part, and you had it. Search feature on your website works great. It was not cheap but will be worth it when we see that delivery truck pull into the driveway.

Love doing business with Voomi. My compressor change outs actually make me some money now vs over priced manufacturer price gouging taking all the profits.

Received the item packaged well. Installed the motor and now the kids have their AC back!

( seat can be unlocked and lifted for cleaning without using tools )

I found what I needed and would to let to know further after I get it and it works. Pool products are
always needed yesterday. Praying that this is what I needed and then would love to give you a review.

have been looking for replacement compressor for one of the climatemaster geothermal water source heat pumps for some time. luckily stumbeled upon your site and there it was. thank you for the variety of sizes you have....

When I attempted to order this a few months ago I was given a $5 discount code. This item was out of stock, and the company failed to notified me when it became available, and did not send me a new discount code.

Your web site on June 15 offered a $5 discount using code 5offmay22 which I included. However, I do not see where it was applied to the order. Please review.

1) Your website made it difficult to find ducting at the different sizes in the 10 inch to 16 inch range....took me over an hour to get it straigth
2) Your missing out by not carrying some form of white OR black ducting for the "contemporary" look in an open air environment.

This 2 can be a 5 if the product is really in-stock and ships to me quickly. The phone call to you guys directed my question to the online page but it was offline so I nervous about getting a very important part with NO customer service. not the way I do business.

This should be sold with the dryer box, or be included as an option. Bought dryer box and paid shipping now have to pay shipping again.

The chatline was not very helpful. I was looking for the confirmation for a replacement product for my broken compressor. First they told me that they don't know and I should contact my HVAC contractor (who tried to contact you the day day before because he had the same question). Then they said that it would not be a fit although the webpage was suggesting exactly this. Then they asked me to call a certain nuimber. The support team called me back and the lady was very helpful and was able to obtain all the information that I needed. 5 stars because at the end I got what I needed but it would be helpful if I hadn't have to be as persistant. I was about to move on with a diffrent vendor.
