I have inquired twice about the missing bolt for repairs Uber foot pad on my ox bar and all I have in return are two bot emails saying you got my email…still no resolution
I am very happy with this rower. It is so much better than expected and competes admirably with the Concept 2.
Great value for the quality product you are getting. Love my Rubber Hex Elite dumbbells. Probably the same quality as the REP equivalent..if not better, but for a bit less money that's a win. I bought a 30 & 35 lb. set as I had an adjustable pair that goes to 25, I'll buy 40, 45 & 50 as I progress.

Great products. We love the bumper plates and close out barbell.
Product is good. Bumper plates came discolored. Customer service made excuses for this, rather than just apologize and exchange the plates when I contacted them. It was clear I was happy with it. That’s why I was reaching out. Why would excuses change that? In the end they did exchange them. However, now I had to find someone to print the packing slip, package them up in the trashed (through shipping) box and take them to a UPS store. I’m out my precious time and without a product I paid full price for. Because of their poor quality control. They should have sent me the new plates with the return packing slip inside. That way I’m less inconvenienced by their mistake. I still have not received the new plates and we are on day ten. We may be going through all this again if it’s not corrected this time around.
So far love these dumbbells, ordered the 5-50lbs set. One dumbbell has a weird yellow colored stain on it but otherwise all is in good order. They are comfortable to grip, and do the job they're intended for.
This bench is awesome. It is sturdy for a big guy and looks fantastic. It really made my home gym complete.
Super nice quality. I’ve never seen this level of quality in any gym I’ve ever been in. Weight is 100% on point too. Weighed exactly as it should. Hands down worth the money
Great addition to my home gym. They have only been out of the box for about a month, but it's not difficult to notice why the 280lb set of bumper plates rate so highly. They are very well made and look to withstand years of use. Anxious to invest in additional plates in the near future.
