Vuori

Some of the clothes fit and they are great! But maybe 60% didn't fit me. I am 38 y/o, and I stand 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, and have basically been in the same size clothes since I was 15. I verified that the sizing on Vouri was what was recommended for each item I ordered and found out quickly that these clothes are made for a smaller version of me...so pretty disappointed as now I have to go figure out how to return stuff which is a huge hassle.

One of my clients told me about Vuori because I recently purchased leggings from my usual go to brand and the quality was horrible. I purchased my first set of leggings and they are amazing. I’ve been converted, so to speak! I’m 5’8” 145lbs and the large I ordered fits so well! Some leggings you can see my little cellulite dimples, but these gave me an airbrushed, smooth look. I’ll be ordering more soon.

Love the clothes. I originally gave them as gifts and those folks told me to buy them for myself - I did. I'm hooked.
My second order was confusing as they sent me a different item rather than the one I ordered - but I let it go - Loved the new item.
Quick and easy - communication is very good. And they ship quickly.
Just an overall grand experience.
Dealilng with them is like wearing the clothes - buttery soft and relaxing.

I'm finding your sizing to be inconsistent making it hard to shop online. A medium in one jumpsuit fits, but another does not. I've ordered 2 tank tops, the first medium was very small and so I had to return and then I tried a large and it was also tight. Yet the top of a size medium jumpsuit is baggy and gapes. I've ordered joggers that I had to return because they were too short. I am 5'11" so that's more reasonable but you should consider offering pants in length to be competitive with other athleisure brands. I want to like this brand but at this price point I can get things I know will fit from Lululemon or Athleta much easier and without all of the returns.

I like their rip stop pants and shirts. However they take a long time to fill your order and ship. The first order was frustrating because I was trying Vuori for the first time. I ordered several items on sale and a couple for full prices. All sale items were cancelled due to them selling out, but miraculously they became available the next week online, in my size and full price! So I’m not sure I’ll be ordering from them again. Unfortunately they don’t have a store near me.

The shorts I ordered or nothing like the previous ones that I have purchased in store. I called to request a refund and waited on hold for 30 minutes. Once I finally got someone that they told me that I need to send the email and request a refund and show them pictures of why the sizing is so off this is a lot of hopes to jump through in order to try to get a refund out of product that I’m not happy with. This was my first text online and I’m not sure I will be a repeat customer now.

The jogging pants I bought were very expensive but I am delighted with them. The first nice surprise was how promptly my order was shipped and arrived…right in time for the young man they were a gift for. The fit was perfect and he says they are so much better than the ones he had. They are much more comfortable and cooler for our Texas summers. I will be using Vuori again.

I just opened the package because it was a gift for a friend's birthday today only to discover there's a black stain on one of the drawstrings. SO BUMMED! I went through the return process just an hour ago and will be sending it back tomorrow for a refund. Then I had to go order a new one...there should be an easier way to make an exchange, especially for a defective piece. I wish you had a phone number for customer service.

The quality of ripcord pant and tank top are fabulous! Love the feel, drape and construction! I bought a medium pant wanting roomy feel and they are way too big. Unfortunately I already took off the tags should have bought a small (athletic build in my 50’s) lots of space in hips butt and legs and waist!! Almost can’t tighten enough and usually wear a size 6. Small tank is perfect and long. I like it that way and am flat chested . Will buy from Vuori again 😀

In the past, I’ve had excellent experiences with Vuori; both their clothing and customer relations. However, when I first tried on these pants, the drawstring snapped. I emailed Vuori and they said they’d sent a replacement ASAP. Great! Then I received another email, saying they needed more photos, that the request had to go through a claims department (or equivalent), and that I’d hear back in 3-5 business days. Really? $115 pants and you can’t just send me a drawstring? Guess I’m going back to Lululemon.

I love the entire VUORI line.
It’s my go to for comfort & gift giving- everyone loves it!
Customer service is usually great but can take a while to hear back from somebody. This past order was actually the only order I found slightly disappointing.
I bought a pair of joggers and a pull over hoodie for my mom for Mother’s Day and the greens were not at all the same dye lot. Online, they looked like they were a matching set but they are not. I really wish you created more matching sets or depicted more accurately.
I’m also still waiting for a reply to an email that I sent 10 days ago with no resolution..

The service and quality of the products are very good. The only issue I have is they seem to run small. I needed to order XL but ordered large since that is what normally wear in your competitor's product. Would have returned them, but was just to be a hassle. I will order XL next time. So glad to see you have 9" lined shorts. Just need more color options and more inventory. Looked forward being a long term customer.

Staff was very helpful. I was about to purchase online with my offer after I tried on everything. I asked if it was possible to honor the discount and the gentleman said yes. I was thrilled so I ended up purchasing more because of the discount and service.
I love the cut and softness of fabric. Suggestion would be to add more color. Tops could use some tweaking. Not quite the right fit. Does not feel comfortable. Buckles in some areas. Have recommended to friends and family.

I received my first item of Vuori in the form of a pair of Kore shorts as a birthday gift from my wife. Little did she know that from the moment I tried those shorts on, I knew that I was going to be replacing every item in my wardrobe with Vuori! I now own close to 2 dozen Vuori items, from Kore/Banks/Ponto shorts to the Sunday/Transit/Ponto Joggers to the t-shirts and tanks (Just now remembered I even have 2 pairs of boardshorts now!). I flip-flop back and forth constantly on which material I LOVE the most between the Strato Tech or Tradewind shirts. Their 'Dreamknit' fabric is exactly how it sounds... It is a dream fabric given to us by the Gods. If only they could invent some business dress attire, I really would have a closet of only Vuori :) If you live an active lifestyle - Vuori is for you.

I love all things Vuori. I have three pairs of the same sweatpants (in different colors) and every week they are all worn. I've had one pair for more than three years and it is still in perfect condition.
Recently, I was in California and had the opportunity to visit a Vuori store. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I wanted to buy everything.
I fell in love with a sweatshirt, but the color I wanted was unavailable in my size, so I ordered online and received it when I returned home. It arrived quickly and is exactly what I wanted. Super happy!!!

The leggings are a great weight and style. The design of the print is muted so it doesn't come across as too busy. These leggings are durable enough for Crossfit and they stay put. I do not have to constantly be pulling them up like some styles. As a bonus the shipping is super fast. The only negative is there is no customer service number to call if you have any issues. I have tried numerous times to contact them via email and my issue with updating birthday information never gets resolved. I missed out on a discount code because they couldn't help me update my birthday information and now my birthday is past.

I had previously purchased the performance jogger, size XXS, in heather grey. Amazingly super-soft fabric, great fit. Perfect!!
My most recent purchase, however … same performance jogger size XXS but different color (terracotta heather) … does not fit the same. The legs are much wider, especially in the thighs, and the seat was larger as well. I so wanted to love these as much as I love my first pair! So I tried to shrink them, washing & drying at hot temperatures. Although they are still baggier in the leg/thigh they do fit slightly better with a bit of shrinkage. Poor quality control overall. Disappointing.

Purchased the Performance Jogger as many in my travel group raved about them, & I loved the look! I was skeptical as I don't normally spend that much on joggers. I'd do it again and again - in fact I want more colors! The Vuori Performance Joggers are so soft and so comfortable - worth every dollar! Fit is great and very lightweight. I'll be wearing them on my next flight, and buying more!

The products have nice materials and are well-made…just need to find an item that fits.
The “retail experience” could use some improvement:
The labels - including the size - are printed in a font so small it is impossible to read without a 10x magnifying glass
The receipts to do not confirm the price paid per item (only a link to the web site)…
When you do a return, they default to the price paid…but your receipt does not record this amount for verification

I absolutely love Vuori's products. For the most part, they fit well and they are always made of top-quality materials. However, I was less than impressed with my recent purchase (Halo Wide Leg Pant). They were much too long and I did not care for the feel of the fabric. Even if these pants were the proper length, I doubt I would have kept them because of the nature of the fabric.
