I have used WH to order three varieties of herbal products in bulk. The consistency of their high quality offerings is unmatched.
The thoughtfulness present in the communications I have had back and forth is also unparalleled. It's obvious they really do care about clients.

I was very impressed. I was sent the wrong product that I was able to use I was just less familiar with it but it also was an upgrade. I contacted them to let them know of the mistake and that I was able to make it work. They still sent the correct product and a little gift. Rare form but this company values it’s customers.

After my source, for years, changed ownership and the quality tanked, I was referred to Waking Herbs. I am so unbelievably happy with that decision! I wish I had known about Waking Herbs from the beginning. I am grateful for all they do to provide beautiful, quality items.

I emailed to add additional items to an order and they didn't say the order was in process or anything, they just said to order from their other location instead of the one I had ordered from. I understand they believe it was a better idea to order from the other location, but they should recommend the idea, but also allow me to do what I had wanted to do....I was put off a bit by the response, I felt like i was being blown off. The product selection, price, and quality seems great, i was just put off by the customer server response. (and no, i didn't order from the "other location", i just decided to use a different company instead).

The Packages always arrive quickly and safely and always have a little something extra tucked in for free. On the occasions when I've had a query, my emails have been answered in a very quick and friendly manner. Overall Waking Herbs are a joy to shop with and could set a few other firms a good example on how to conduct themselves.

I've found Waking Herbs to have high quality plant materials, shipped discretely and as fast as is humanly possible to the US from the Netherlands. Amazing site and amazing product. Always receive my order on time and never have had a problem. The only reason I don't give five stars is because I've placed quite a few orders and spent a lot of money with this business and they've never offered me any discount or anything like that

First 2 orders got here fast. But this last order I had ordered April 30th it's now May 28th for 1 small item. I totally get that mail is iffy sometimes but just the frustration as I am in the middle of moving and now have to switch addresses. You all are amazing and doing amazing things to help humanity realize what knowledge and healing we as humans have lost along the way, well almost lost. 🙏 many thanks from my family to everyone

I've tried a few different vendors, but Waking Herbs has had the best dry herb kanna and extract of what I've found so far. I can't compare it to Liftmode, but WH's prices are so much more affordable that I don't see why I'd bother paying exponentially more for substantially less kanna than what I can get here.

This was my first (of many more to come) purchase from Waking Herbs. There was slight damage to the product when it arrived and the customer service was great in responding. I have happily referred my friends to them and will definitely purchase again.

For quite some time I've been searching for Memosia Hostilis... I could not find the native species naturally. So I went online and here Waking Herbs has an abundance. I ordered, they shipped and I received them. Now I am looking at a potting box full of sproutes. It feels so good to check off times from my wish/to-do list. I will be checking again real soon for more items in their store to order

The product is consistently good quality. I accidentally ordered my last pkg from the Netherlands and it took several weeks to get here but it clearly states this on the website, I just wasn’t paying close enough attention. I will definitely be making future orders here.

got a broken product delivered, took some mails to get a reship.
The reship was claimed to be with tracking but never arrived, no tracking given to me.
Waited for weeks, since the support claimed the sending could still arrive.
Now it is more than 4 weeks and i have not jet got a refund or the payed for product.
Will never order again, since problems are delayed for weeks instead of solved.
