I visited Sylvia Park Store on 16/8/22 after reading some great reviews and I must say I wasn't disappointed at all. Great atmosphere and really great Service. I was served by Navin Mathreja and Sophia and both provided me with excellent service - thank you to both of you and thanks for the coffee too. keep up the good service.

I purchased three bracelets for my daughters online and received a response from Sandre immediately after placing my order. I was a wee bit nervous that the jewellery wouldn't arrived on time as it was for an event, but the items were wrapped and delivered the very next day! Super impressed with the very efficient service.

Excellent service! I appreciated the 'live chat' facility to correct my error in the initials for engraving the cuff links. The very helpful lady assured me the correct initials, FGD, would be engraved :)
The cufflinks are for a gift to a fourth-generation member of our family. The family has enjoyed using Walker & Hall cutlery and other dining table accessories for over 100 years. I appreciate W & H are still here!

Not happy with overall experience. Ordered a necklace with engraving that was sent to an ex lover. The engraving ended up having spelling mistakes, not one but many resulting in the gift being thrown away by that individual altogether.
The end result being I wasted money time and effort on this order. eeeeeeeeeeeeeee

The best service I have ever had!!! Purchased the Karen walker bow necklace in 60cm, it arrived in the mail and was too long, I phoned walker and hall and they made the process so easy to send it back and get a smaller one sent back to me!! Cannot recommend them enough!!

Very happy with my recent purchase. I lost one of my favourite earrings, I couldn't remember the exact name and size of the earrings, phoned the store to ask the details and they were ready to collect a short while later. Excellent service as usual.

My daughter and I wanted to buy a pearl pendant for a friend. The website was clear and easy to navigate. The picture of the pearl was large and easy to see on my phone. Purchase was straightforward.
The purchase came quickly and contained a gift bag as well as the pendant which I thought was a great addition.
The Pearl pendant was true to the picture and we were very happy with it. The Friend loved the gift.

Extremely fast shipping especially considering it was engraved - great quality. Only wish that there was confirmation of the engraving in the email as I was really nervous it wasn’t engraved and it was wrapped so I couldn’t check before hand(at my request) but 10/10 :)

It was so easy to make a decision, I knew what I was looking for and out of all the options that came up, I knew that dealing with Walker in Hall would be a great experience. Many years ago, we purchased for our daughter's 21st birthday - Walker and Hall -quality and excellent service.

I reached out to support late one night with very little hope of finding a necklace that I was given as a gift over 10 years ago that I had lost. I couldn't find it on the website, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. The representative that I was connected to managed to not only find the necklace I was looking for but was able to get a special order in for me! I really love the selection of New Zealand designers and being able to purchase online. Had a few items arrive by post quickly and with a sweet little hand written message from the staff which just makes me feel good about supporting people in our beautiful country and the customer service

After looking online we found what we wanted, we went into the Albany store to look at it and left without it having been shown so many other options to consider.
Once at home we again went online to start the process again and after some considerable soul search agreed that what we had seen was indeed what we wanted and so purchased our engagement ring online.
It was delivered two days later and looks perfect, we now just need to go in and take advantage of the free resize :-)

The item I purchased online was beautiful but a bit smaller than I had expected, I returned the item online and it was a very easy process. I will absolutely purchase again but will likely go in store unless I’m sure of exact size etc.
