Never Get Walmart Delivery
I would highly recommend not getting a Walmart delivery to anyone.My heavily pregnant wife can't get to the store because we don't have a car and I'm at work.We also have a two year old.On Wednesday 11 August 2021 she placed an order to be delivered on Friday between 10/11. About one pm it still hadn't arrived so she called customer service and was told Walmart Grocery Delivery had some difficulties with a van breaking down but another driver was on route with the shopping and would be here in the next two hours. Bye five pm still hadn't arrived so she called back, She was then kept on the phone trying to sort things out with none of the staff she spoke to willing to help it's was that bad she had to ask for a manager. After being promised the shopping would arrive Saturday morning August 14th between 9/10 it's now 12 pm and no sign of shopping, I find this totally unexceptable and will be avoiding Walmart at all cost. Shame you don't treat your customers with the respect your loss Walmart.

Walmart Delivery Service Not a good idea for long term
At 1st I thought it was a brilliant idea to have Walmart deliver my groceries especially since I had surgery and couldn't get around, but items were missing more and more frequently and the problem came in with the complaints about missing food. Over time Walmart Grocery Delivery decided to cancel my future orders and I still haven't received my refunds even though I have email confirmations stating that they would for food I have never received because they canceled it. How am I going to be blamed for food your store is not sending? What would Walmart prefer just robbing people blind. Now I don't now if the store or the drivers are to blame but I know that I am not to blame and I will not allow them to keep money for items I I don't receive. Eventually whoever is in charge will see how much this service sucks. And if ever there is a class action law suit filed I will be amongst the 1st crew to sue. Walmart punishes its customers for its poor customer service.No refunds only promises of refund after you cancel my order for a refund violation due to your store not bringing me my food I paid for. Upsetting!

Walmart grocery pickup option
After a disastrous experience with the ripoff schemes of Instacart, we tried Walmart Grocery online ordering service.

The experience couldn't be better in comparison with our experience on two orders with Instacart. We've been using the Walmart grocery website every week for two months. The Walmart website, https://www.walmart.com/grocery, is quite usable with some odd quirks, searching for items is pretty usable. Meeting the $35 minimum is not difficult, just use the "reorder option" to reorder the previously ordered items. Then as you add new items, delete any unwanted items from the previous order as you add items to the next order. Keep in mind in order to secure a P/U day and time slot, you need a $35 minimum order. I always try to chose a P/U time slot early, so it is convenient for ME. Securing a pick up time and day is no longer the crap shoot it was when we started shopping on-line at Walmart in early June 2020. The P/U days and time slots usually include the next 4-5 days, with times from 7 am to 8 pm at our store in Cranberry Twp., PA, USA,

Prices of the food items are, as far as I can tell, the regular shelf prices, no apparent up-charging like Instacart did for our orders, no tips, no service fees, just pay for the food at regular store prices!

The only issues we've had were with some items being out of stock and their "substitute" option items. The substitute chosen by Walmart's shopper may or may not be what you would have chosen yourself.

Two examples: we ordered Whole Wheat Hamburger buns and more expensive white flour buns were substituted at the same lower price as the original selection, no screwing you on price and indeed actually cutting you a deal, unfortunately, I try to keep to whole grain breads! We also ordered a pound of radishes and got a bunch of radishes that were far less than a pound, but the charge was the regular price for the radish bunch, not the higher price for the larger package.

A real bonus, if you need something from the non-food part of the store, it can be added to the food order just by searching for it on the grocery site and adding it to the order. For example, just last week, I added a 5 qt bottle of Mobil 1,0w-20 motor oil. There was no problem, it came out with our grocery order. In a month or so our cats will need another 35 # bag of Cat Chow and we will order it from Walmart.

One of the real pluses are the people (all sorts, from kids who look 14 to retirees trying to make few bucks) who bring the groceries out to your car. Walmart Grocery Delivery have been unfailingly polite and careful to discuss any substitutions and to remove them and give credit if we chose not to accept the replacement item, They have been careful when loading everything into your car. They have never put the potato chips on the bottom and the oranges on top. They put our milk and refrigerated items in our "cooler." One thing to mention is that the store has created about 10-12 stalls where we pull in during our assigned one hour time slot, phone the posted number, someone answers and takes our name, then within about 5-10 minutes we see our groceries packed in milk crates being dragged out on what looks like a kids wagon and in another 5 minutes we are on our way home.

We are in our eighties and are not going into a store to shop until there is a COVID-19 vaccine.

I am literally totally astonished at how good this P/U service is at our store, it is as if they actually were concerned with their customer's satisfaction. They have gone above and beyond to please us. For example, I had a problem using the ordering system and called, after a short wait, my call was answered and the issue resolved.

FWIIW, I am not easily impressed with the performance of most stores and don't usually give a good 5 star review!

USE INSTACART, SKIP WALMART ALTOGETHER!
The issues with Walmart grocery are not limited to delivery, pickup is also insane. The shear amount of different issues I consistently have are astronomical, in fact I think the workers can check off every f--- up that could possible be f----- up. Stolen goods, employees who list an order as out for delivery but the order is sitting at the store, rotten groceries left for 2 days in the store pickup area, never actually delivered, zero communication, employees pretending to be answering machines so while their other employee friends giggle in the background, employees hanging up on you when you try to find your order because it's left out, employees who leave your order on hold indefinitely, rude staff, rude managers who know of there issues but don't penalize the employees, or find people who want to work professionaly. Ive had to pick up my delivery order SO SO SO many times at several local Walmart's near me because the stupid teens/college kids really quite simply DO NOT CARE about you, your order, or their job. Broken items, items in ripped bags, canned goods that look and probably were intentionally damaged upon arrival, orders that are are listed as delivered but are stolen... I mean honestly I can't even name all of the issues I have experienced MAINLY at my 2 local stores but also another location 30 minutes away because I THOUGHT it MIGHT have better service... it didn't. (check out my missing order since NOVEMBER of this year, I had it escalated but no one ever got back to me, and I was refused a refund several times by the a**holes Walmart Grocery Delivery hire online and by phone because supposedly they thought is was going to be delivered by USPS. I wrote corporate, never heard back. Called the store and got hung up on. Went to the store and management never showed up after having them paged several times and waited 30 minutes in the store.)

I have to say that after switching to INSTACART I am paying more, but I am also getting more out of it, and getting what every customer should be getting regardless of location... quality goods, real deliveries, no thefts (yet), ON TIME deliveries some even *gasp* EARLY, and most importantly polite and professional workers.

Love/Hate relationship with WalMart Grocery Delivery - mostly hate.
I have used their delivery service for over a year because it would seem that I am a glutton for punishment. It really is pretty damn terrible.

First of all, even before the pandemic, their delivery service was awful. Of course, it had not been too long before Walmart Grocery Delivery had begun the process of implementing it company-wide, so I figured a few glitches were to be expected... only here it is more than a year later, and things (still) S U C K.

They suck SO much, that I began supplementing my delivery orders with orders from OTHER grocery services such as HEB delivery, and just today, FiestaMart through Instacart.

Sometime after our fourth or fifth 'supplemental order' from HEB, I decided to complain about the awfulness of Walmart's Delivery service and emailed WalMart's executive office, including images of our HEB receipts. I was contacted by one of the local managers who assured me that they would look into it and try their hardest to resolve the issue. They never have.

THINGS LITERALLY GO AWRY WITH 99.9% OF THE ORDERS, and one really has to stop and wrap one's brain around HOW this can be. I bet that if they TRIED to actually get it as WRONG as the normally do, they'd probably fail at that, and would actually IMPROVE, since there is no way they can get worse.

Case in point, my experience on JUST MY LAST THREE orders:

Order 1: Received only about 1/3 of what I ordered. Called in and was told the driver probably left my items with another customer and that they would send out replacements. Replacements were mostly out of stock.

Order 2: Order was placed for delivery the following day between 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. (only slot available). At 8:34 p.m. the next day, no delivery, no update, no receipt, no contact, - nothing. Called the main number and was told they were closed for the evening and to call the following day. Called the following day at 9:00 a.m. and was told to call yet again, "later", because the agent could not get through to anyone at the Pickup and Delivery Dept. (Seriously). Called again, no one at store available. Called again and asked for a supervisor, but agent said she could try to help by calling the store itself and getting the GM. Was on hold for a while, and while no one came back to the line, while waiting, I did receive a text saying that the order had been canceled by the store. What happened to my items and do I have to go through this again to receive them?... Insanity!

Order 3: (Today) Received less than half of what I ordered, but did receive an 'update' to say they were "Out of Stock" on a couple of things and could not fill them and that they would be refunded - BUT ON TOP of the not-in-stock items, MORE items were missing (had not been sent, but were charged)!

The entire thing is simply maddening.

One of the issues, too, is that I cannot CHOOSE the store I want to order from in our area, despite customer service telling me that I should be able to. I am relegated to this one ridiculously AWFUL Walmart store which has no inventory to begin with, just pages and pages of "Out of Stock" items. Then, to add insult to injury, EVEN IF something says that it is in stock and it ALLOWS you to add it to your cart, upon trying to check out, the order is normally STILL kicked back with a notice of "We are sorry, but so-and-so item is no longer available. Please remove it from cart or pick a new delivery window."! When this happens, due too a glitch of some kind, I guess, you HAVE to go ALL the way back to the beginning after removing the item, then go through the process of picking your payment method again, choosing which items you'd prefer substitutions on or not, etc., and hope that while you do that, ANOTHER item doesn't become "unavailable" or "out of stock".

NOW, if you think that's it, HA! Again, after all is said and done and your order of supposed in-stock items has been placed, 99.9% of the time you still have missing items upon receipt of your order, not due to the reasons already covered, but because simply, they WERE OUT OF STOCK.

It's almost too exasperating for words.

Hopefully someone will take this new wave of the future which is here to stay, that being GROCERY DELIVERY, and will learn to do it right, because WalMart has had nearly two years in which to work the kinks out, and they haven't.

Missing items every darn time
I place a large grocery order every two weeks and 80% of the time I have several items missing from the order. Two months ago, it was so bad that I received only one out of 12 meat items that I ordered. Customer service thought the entire meat order was left in the freezer at the store, but couldn't even get through to check so Walmart Grocery Delivery gave me a refund. That's great and all, but I still need the meat, and had to place another order to receive it. At least that time it all arrived. This week I tried to place an order and my order was cancelled for "return violations." What have I returned? Nothing! However, when you go through the online system to say that you have missing items you must do so through returns. So now I'm blocked from placing any orders because they can't get the orders right. Literally, being punished for something I didn't do! And if they thought it was just a con job on my end, then let me just say this... nobody tips the drivers $20-$30 each time to steal $10 of merchandise. Duh! They need to fix their damn system! I spent enough time and effort with customer service to credit me for the missing items and now I've called 8 times about the "return violations" and can't get a straight answer. They claim there isn't one on the account, but says there is a security issue now. After four days, it still isn't fixed. What a waste of time! Buy someplace else is my best advice. The aggravation isn't worth it!

Horrible experiences!
I am still in the trial period of the Walmart $98 a year delivery and I will be cancelling. Not worth the aggravation of having to call every week to straighten out their mess. I place an order to be delivered on Thursday and on Tuesday their bringing a couple items... Wednesday a couple more... it's crazy! I feel bad because I cannot tip every person that brings an item or two, nor am I always home which is why I schedule it. Not sure why this keeps happening and neither is Walmart nor do Walmart Grocery Delivery care. I've spoken to so many people and all I get is "we're sorry". My biggest issue is I was going to use it when I go on vacation but I'm afraid they will start sending stuff when I'm not even there yet. Also scheduled a delivery and somehow they had it down as pickup. My disabled husband had to go pick it up because I wasn't home... this all after I called and told them it was not a pickup, but a delivery. I thought this was going to be great but it's been a nightmare, to say the least! Don't waste your money!

Security Breach
I've placed 5 orders in the last month. The first delivery was great. It went perfectly, the item that was not there was replaced. He followed my instructions. I had no problems.

After the very first order, none of the deliveries were complete. The second-order, Walmart Grocery Delivery mixed up my order with another person's order. However, again, she called when she arrived and had me meet her downstairs. Everything was perfect besides, they'd messed up on the order. I figured that happens and I just let them know... When I contacted customer service, they couldn't help, twice. They forced me to place the order again and had me wait for 2 days before the delivery.

They claimed management would contact me. I haven't heard from management.

None of my orders have come complete as ordered. NONE... most of my requests did not have replacements, and, after the first delivery, the ones that had replacements were unacceptable.

Then, 2/16/2021 upon my previous orders I began to notice that all of my deliverers have been African American through food stamps. All of them. I began to think about it. I felt like someone was aware of the complaint, however, I said nothing. I know that someone could comprehend my thoughts as when almost every other delivery person through food stamps was dark skin or African, and did most everything perfect... called when they arrived, waited for me downstairs, and gave me all that was available; The first caucasian American out of the food stamp delivery walks in the hotel, walks right past hotel security up the elevator, and knocks on my door during the pandemic emergency, in a hotel full of homeless. Mind you, that this security breach took place the day after someone was on my floor complaining that there was a stabbing in the building, yesterday.

Walmart cutting corners
My wife signed up for this a while back, and I got her to cancel it. You expect the orders to be wrong here and there (which Walmart Grocery Delivery were) but that's not what I had issues with.

The delivery service itself is cut price and unprofessional. It's just freelancers in their own cars, which in my opinion is an unsafe way to carry fresh and frozen grocery products. For the money they charge, I would expect Walmart drivers in Walmart branded refrigerated vehicles.

One guy turned up while I was outside my house, so I helped him grab a few bags to get everything in quicker. The bags were mixed up all kinds of crap in his trunk (including socks) and his own shopping in Walmart bags!

Another time, when the bags were left by the driver they stunk so badly of marijuana that our kitchen stank of it for two days after we unpacked the groceries. What the driver does in their own time is their own business, but how Walmart could allow themselves to be associated with this level of unprofessional an just to save some bucks is astonishing. I don't know if the groceries stank because the driver was smoking in the car, but if so, do you want that person driving onto your driveway?

Never received groceries
I have used Walmart grocery delivery a few times and only had 1 time that Walmart Grocery Delivery were half hour late. But today I was supposed to have delivery from 12-1:00 and they never showed and no updates. So about 2:30 I call and ask what's up. The lady tells me that the driver cancelled and they were supposed to reassign someone else. Well it got to be 7:00 pm so I called again to see what's up. That lady tells me they had another driver but he cancelled at 5 pm. I had called the customer service number and she was trying to help me by calling the store and no one would answer their phone so she sent them a chat message. I will have to call tomorrow to see if I am getting my food or need to ask for a refund. I assumed that if they are not answering their phone they have probably had people calling all day about their orders. This is when I found out Walmart contracts out delivery. I thought they had hired their own people to do this job. Maybe Walmart should hire employees to work there and do the deliveries. It would then be a more reliable service. I need eggs, bread, and milk so I put in an order for instacart for tomorrow morning. I hope that comes.

Pick up and delivery
I live in sulfur Springs Texas there's a Walmart supercenter here Walmart Grocery Delivery have pickup and delivery services I decided today to try them out I made a Express order paying the 1750 Plus $10 tip and what happened I was told it would be here to my house by 258 p.m. so I waited till 4:00 during this time of me waiting before the time run out I received one message or confirmation of the order and substitutions on the cheese I wanted and the orange juice and they were out of hamburger buns so 4:00 rolls around nothing I'm still waiting finally got in touch with two or three people one on chat nobody could find my order under the number I had that said order number this one woman I talk to on the 1-800 number she called somebody or something and she found out that she said that my order was be ready and the next 30 minutes to be delivered soon as I hung up with her I got a text message on my phone it said your order has been canceled your refund has been sent back to your cards and then it says there should be something that says reorder this order so I clicked on it it went blank page and nothing ever came up so I try to make a new one couldn't remember what all I had bought some of the stuff I did but it said it would be delivered between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. and I got a confirmation email then I got an email saying that they were substituting six items there was cheese there was butter rum Lifesavers there was more stuff like that so I waited till after 7:00 it was actually 8:00 when I look back at the clock nobody been here my order don't show to be finished it was not returned so now my orders just sitting there nothing being done to it and which it should have been gathered up considering they sent me the email saying they substituted stuff for stuff so now I'm here stuck and don't know what to do I don't know what they're going to do tomorrow or what but this is a lifeline for me because I live out in the country about a quarter of a mile from the highway a good way is back by high in the woods the people who used to live here by me moved and so I'm here by myself do not have a vehicle so this is something that I really need because people comes from an hour away to take me to the store and they're all grumpy because I happened to do it so this would be great for me if I can get it to work cuz you can't schedule nothing for the day because all the times are booked up for a week or so so I ended up sitting here all day for nothing on Father's Day two times I've waited and nothing this is really a lifeline for me that I need very badly I even tried having someone deliver food to me like from Sonic or somewhere a lady did it a couple times for me but then after that she said she would do it and she never got around to doing it anymore so I never asked her no more well I hope this changes soon I actually pay the 1750 just to get it expressed plus $15 on the second order for tip but like I said my money wasn't refunded the camp the order ain't been canceled the order still holding so I don't know if they're going to bring it tomorrow or not I was able to pull up on pick up and delivery I found where it does show the account where the other first one I did it didn't show no account number or nothing they couldn't find it

Awful delivery service
I use to order products from Walmart to be delivered by FedEx/UPS/USPS/Ontrac. Rarely had any issues. At some point this year, Walmart Grocery Delivery switched me to same day delivery by local drivers. A service I don't want and I hate! There is no way to opt out of it and get normal shipping.

I have had 3 bad experiences and I have complained to Walmart corporate about it 3 times now. The latest was last night. My order of 6 items was divided into 3 parts with 3 different drivers. How inefficient is that? The app can only handle tracking one driver at a time, so I have no idea when the other 2 drivers are supposed to arrive. I have to wait around at my house for 3 people to arrive over the span of 4 hours because porch pirates are rampant around here. The app gives me wrong delivery time estimates all the time. They usually arrive 1-2 hours late. 1st part comes, 2 of the items are missing. I have to get on chat support for a refund. 2nd part comes, what is delivered is actually the part 3 order, but part 2 is marked as delivered, and the item is missing, so I have to get on support chat again for another refund! 3rd part of the order is never sent a tracking number but gets marked as delivered. So on an order of 6 items, I only received 3 of them. Now today I have to go to a store to get the missing items, which totally negates why I use online ordering in the first place.

On top of that, I was charged a "beverage container fee". Well the beverages weren't delivered in any kind of container, they were just dumped on my doormat, so that whole fee thing is a rip-off. The whole experience was stressful, infuriating, and a huge waste of my time. Unless Walmart gives me a way to opt-out of this service, I am going to stop using them and shop at Target instead.

DO NOT TRUST WALMART WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! MADE A $150.00 GROCERY ORDER AT OCEANSIDE MARRON WALMART THAT ONLY I KNEW ABOUT, WAS TOO SICK TO PICK UP, TRIED TO CANCEL ORDER BUT NOT ABLE TO-NO WORRIES WALMART WEBSITE STATES YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED. BUT WAS CHARGED VIA CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD ORDER WAS PICKED UP SO I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT. I TRIED TO CONTACT OCEANSIDE MARRON WALMART MANAGER AND WAS DISCONNECTED. I WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND OUT WHO LOADED THE CAR NOR VIEW VIDEO OF "PICK UP". MADE
DISPUTE WITH MY CITI CREDIT CARD FOR FRAUDULENT CHARGES BY OCEANSIDE CA WALMART AND NOT RECEIVING ITEMS. WALLY SENT CITI CREDIT CARD A SALES RECEIPT THAT READ ORDER WAS "PICKED UP". CITI CREDIT CARD DID NO RESEARCH SUCH AS PROOF OF WHO PICKED UP ORDER SO CITI CARD SIDED WITH WALMART AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE "PICKED UP"=STOLEN ORDER. NEXT STEP IS TO FILE POLICE REPORT AGAINST WALMART AND ALSO REPORT TO CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU AGAINST CITI CREDIT CARD. UNLIKE 1000'S OF OTHER DISSATISFIED WALLY CUSTOMERS I WILL STILL SHOP THERE BUT CASH ONLY. I LEARNED A RELATIVELY INEXPENSIVE LESSON ABOUT CREDIT CARDS, DO NOT BELIEVE THE "YOU ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR $50 LAW" BECAUSE THAT IS ONLY IF YOUR CREDIT CARD SIDES WITH YOU AND IN THIS CASE CITI CREDIT CARD DID NOTHING TO RESEARCH THE SITUATION (Walmart Grocery Delivery MAY NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY BUT JUST THE SAME YOUR GOING TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DOLLAR AMOUNT OF FRAUD UNLESS THE PERSON WHOM COMMITTED THE FRAUD ADMITS IT. BEWARE/BE WARNED. I MIGHT OF EXPECTED THIS FROM A ONLINE OVERSEAS MERCHANT BUT NOT A LOCAL OCEANSIDE CA WALMART. WHETHER IT WAS A CLERICAL ERROR OR WALMART INTERNAL EMPLOYEE THEFT I AM PAYING MY MONEY FOR THIS INJUSTICE.

Don't waste your time and money!
Things seemed to be fine until it got to be around the holidays. It seems Walmart Grocery Delivery can't keep up with orders when it gets busy. Take my advise, do not order groceries from them on or near a major holiday. They are totally unreliable. Since October 31st (Halloween) I've made 8 orders, and 4 of them had to be cancelled because they were delayed. I have Instacart as well, and have never had a problem with them. I was even able to have things delivered on Thanksgiving day. Why is this not possible with such a large operation as Walmart? With this latest order, it's been 24 hours and I have not received my order, nor have I received a refund or even a confirmation of a cancellation or refund despite calling customer service 3 times. They just give you the run around. I used to subscribe to Walmart plus, but I'm done with them now. I cancelled my subscription today. If you're really counting on a grocery delivery, and if it's really something important, don't count on Walmart.

I can't take it anymore. I canceled my delivery subscription.
I have been getting Walmart delivery for almost 2 years. In that time frame, up until recently, it got a solid B from me. Usually the deliveries were on time, well packed, and the driver friendly. Sometimes the substitutions were wonky, or the produce about to expire too soon, but Walmart was good about resolving those issues. Within the last 2 months, I have received only 2 of my online grocery orders. Mind you, I would order religiously from them once a week. I get a message that the order is delayed, now, each and every time, and then, poof! No update or order at all! It's like it vanishes into the cosmos. I then have to call CS back, because the system won't let me cancel the order, and then you have to wait for an eternity for Walmart to refund your money. I spend hundreds of dollars on food weekly, because I have children. I then have to turn around and spend time on the phone with customer service who then typically has to cancel my order on their end after I have waited 10+ hours, and then I have to go to Kroger or somewhere else in person, pay more, but at least I will have the groceries I need. Funny how other grocery store delivery services are not giving me these same problems. I shop at Walmart to save money, but it's not worth it anymore. I will gladly pay more to be done with this headache. This is really a shame. I was able to get a lot done by not doing my own grocery shopping for my family anymore, because it would take 2 hours - shopping, loading in car, unloading, putting up, and I shrunk that down to a 30 minute time period which was much appreciated. Now, it's not even worth it. One time due to this, I was on the phone with customer service for over 30 minutes and the matter still was not resolved. Do not use this service. Something has happened in the last 2-3 months, especially with the website and the way orders are entered etc., that has caused MAJOR problems. I have told Walmart that there is a problem, Walmart Grocery Delivery are losing customers and money because of this, and the issues still continue. I am done. Shopping elsewhere. The headaches you get from this mess are not worth it.

Stop and Think before you get caught up in the Wait 7-10 Days for Refund...

Placed an online grocery order 11/17/21 paid for expedited services and received confirmation delivery time before 5:56 pm.
Email Notice received at 5:54 pm order delayed. Contacted Help Center at 7:00 pm was told order would be delivered by 10:00 pm. Order was not delivered and no updates by 9:45 pm, Called Help Center and was advised my order would be delivered on 11/18/21 between 8-9am. 11/18/21 10{40 am No order no update. Contacted Help Center (again) advised order would be delivered. 12:27 pm Notice received I had cancelled the order. I never canceled my order. Another call to the Help Center, only to be told the cancellation was done by driver (?) Money taken from my account by Walmart, yet no groceries and no other options being offered. All attempts to reach anyone at the store have all gone unanswered. For those who cannot afford to wait 7-10 days for a refund in order to purchase food elsewhere... I would not recommend using this service, it is not worth the risk or inconvenience. Time to eat will not understand!

WHAT HAPPENED?
IVE BEEN USING DELIVERY FOR ALMOST 2 YRS W/O ANY PROBLEMS. BUT NOW EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED AND Walmart Grocery Delivery DONT CARE THAT I CAN'T UNDERSTAND THEIR NEW WEBSITE OR WHY IT'S TAKEN ME THE PAST 3 DAYS TO TRY TO FIGURE IT OUT WHEN THEIR OWN CS CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT... THEY DON'T CARE THAT YESTERDAY 26 ITEMS WERE OUT OF STOCK AND THEY CAN NO LONGER SHIP... THEY DON'T CARE THAT SO MANY ITEMS OFFER PICKUP BUT THEIR OWN DELIVERY PEOPLE CAN NO LONGER PICK UP AND DELIVER... THEY DON'T CARE THAT I DON'T WAN'T LIQUIDS LIKE CLOROX OR HEAVY ITEMS LIKE SODA SHIPPED... THEY DON'T CARE SOME OVER THE COUNTER ITEMS SHIPPED ASAP WHEN THEY ARE NOT AVAIL AT THE STORE... THEY DO NOT CARE THAT I SHOULD BE REFUNDED ANY CHARGES THAT I PAID FOR FREE DELIVERY THAT ARE NO LONGER CHARGED... CORPORATE DOESN'T CARE THAT PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES DEPEND ON DELIVERY BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT SHOP AT THEIR STORE OR LIFT THE HEAVY BOXES THEY WANT TO SHIP... CORPORATE DOESN'T CARE HOW I CAN FIND OR AFFORD ANOTHER SERVICE... CORPORATE AND CS DO NOT CARE ENOUGH TO RESPOND TO EMAILS/FEEDBACK OR FOLLOW UP ON PROMISES THEY MAKE... WALMART DOESN'T CARE THAT ALL THIS STRESS CAUSES ME MORE PAIN. WALMART NO LONGER CARES. AND I CAN NOT RECOMMEND WALMART FOR GROCERY DELIVERY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Unprofessional and rude! No communication for online orders!
I shop online Walmart groceries and the last few orders every time has substitutes that are NOT suitable but there is no way for someone to get a hold of anyone to correct this! I tried chat and contact support and both times I was ignored and hung up on because Walmart Grocery Delivery didn't want to deal or help! This is so unprofessional and rude! Walmart you need to make the online app more communication friendly and easier for customers as this is ridiculous. You can't even have access to your order or to edit substitutes or chat to anyone about it! And I am very passionate about the environment so I get eco friendly flushable wipes but every time I order through your online service you NEVER have what I ordered and you NEVER substitute for what I asked or a suitable substitute that is eco friendly and flushable! This is very frustrating and I even contacting the driver to get a hold of someone from Walmart and even though the associate from Walmart was still at the store when I told him my situation he still told me he cannot and won't do anything and that the order is final! This is so frustrating! Walmart your customer support team is a joke and I have always been a loyal customer! This really makes me think about either switching stores completely and not shopping with Walmart anymore or to use the Instacart app instead because at least we can communicate with the shopper!

The worst delivery service in the industry in the US!
I've used Walmart delivery since it started in my area in October 2019. It has been a series of complete dissatisfying incidents. Walmart Grocery Delivery NEVER EVER have some of my staple groceries in stock. They do when I order but by delivery time they are out. But is that the worst thing? Not even close! There have been MULTIPLE incidents of delivery personal dropping it the entirely wrong address without even notifying me! I get the delivery message and POOF! Nothing there I mean MULTIPLE times! This last fiasco (I literally mean last because I WILL NEVER EVER USE IT AGAIN)! I ordered approximately $150 worth of groceries, changed my mind before delivery instead only spending $56 and 5 days later Walmart has yet to process this $100 back to my account - stating it's ‘the bank processing' like hell it is! I made another order for the next day and AGAIN it was delivered to THE WRONG place! They issued refund which went promptly into my account. I've started using Instacart it may be a bit more costly but worth every extra cent because I have never had ever one single issue with Instacart!

Can't deliver
I rely on deliveries, and the company can't seem to get it right. I have lost track of how many times in 3 months that I have had order issues. Today, it was particularly egregious; NINE out of 23 items supposed to be in the order were not delivered to my address (all 9 were in stock). I have to assume that the delivery person stole them. That means half of the items on my order did not arrive. Today, like many other times, I didn't need a refund. I needed my order because I rely on them.

Over and over, Walmart can't deliver the goods and then blames it on another company while Walmart Grocery Delivery cheerfully charge my card every month. Walmart is not holding up its portion of the contract. I see a lot of Walmart advertisements that purport to watch out for their employees, communities, and small businesses. You can't support those if you don't have customers that feel that they are supported. I have challenged them to discuss the issue with me, but I am not very optimistic that the mega-retailer gives a hoot. I will of course update this if they do follow up.
